judge: present the defendent..
(charu comes in)
judge: Miss Charu...u r arrested with the crime of attempted murder of Amina Shergill..how do u plead? guilty or not-guilty?
charu: not guilty...i ddnt try and kill her...plz...judge saab..i didnt...
judge(banging): order! order!
(charu remains quiet)
judge: Prosecutor may present his case..
lawyer: thank u yur honour...yur honour...i would like to comment that the law neva witnesses the crime...so...the law depends on the witnesses that have seen the crime...may i have the permission 2 call my first witness?
judge: permission granted
lawyer: thank u yur honour...

(first witness: akshat)

lawyer: mr. shergill..can u tell us..what happened jsut before the incident occured?
akshat: yes sir..sir..my wife and i were in our bedroom...then suddenly we hear this bang...as gunshot..it came through the window...and we saw the bullet..so i closed the window...but then shortly...another bullet was shot...into my wife...
lawyer: did u see who did it?
akshat: no..
defence:objection..yur honour!! he neva saw the criminal..and my client is being disgraced for nothing...
judge: overruled!
prosecutor: so...what did u do when yur wife was shot?
akshat: i immediately took her 2 the hospital...i didnt have the time 2 inform my family...
prosecutor: what were yur family doing?
akshat: they were asleep...my wife and i were the only ones awake...bcoz of our work...
prosecutor: thank u mr. shergill..yur witness..defence
defence: thank u...mr. shergill..?
akshat: yes?
defence: so..if u didnt see the criminal...how do u suspect charu then?
akshat: bcoz the police has caught the man who shot my wife...and..he confessed it all..that charu paid him 2 do the work...
defence: how can u be so sure?
akshat: u can call the police inspector ..if u want...
defence: very well..then...may i have the persmission 2 call the inspector?
judge: permission granted...

(police inspector comes in)

defence: inspector...?
inspector: yes...?
defence: inspector...accoridng to mr.shergill...have caught a man who claimed to have mrs. shergill shot?
inspector: yes, we did caught him, and he cofnessed that he shot amina shergill on the command of someone
defence: can u tell us on who's command?
inspector: that the man will tell u
defence: thank u..u may leave
inspector: thank u(leaves..and the man who shot amina comes in the witness box)

defence: yur witness, prosecutor
prosecutor: thank u..like the defence council has said, i will interrogate this witness..cna u tell me...r u the one who shot the patient..mrs. shergill?
man: yes...yes i did...
prosecutor: why..especially after that woman defended u in a murder case..why did u shoot her?
man: i was told too 2 do so
prosecutor: who told u to?
man: Akshat Shergill!!!!

(akshat is shocked)

akshat: thats a lie!!! yur honour...thats a lie....i luv my wife..more than my own life....i can give up my own life...let alone taking hers!!!!! charu....i swear on amina...i will not spare you!!!

charu(thinking): why is he lying...he knows that i told him to do so...so...why is he lying?

judge: this case is adjourned till thursday...

(sohan-tuhina on their date)

tuhina: so...howz revision for exams going?
sohan: oh...i dont care...rite now..lets 4get about exams..
tuhina: why...?
sohan: bcoz this is our date..we have university 3 talk about exams...but rite now...
tuhina: so..after lunch..where r we going?
sohan: oh..the same place..that beautiful park..
tuhina: really...i would luv 2 go there...
sohan: see..i knew u would luv that place...
tuhina: so..have u got the tickets for "kabhi alveida na kehna"?
sohan: yep..i got plenty of tickets....like about 20...
tuhina: kool...2 4 us..2 for sujal-tashu...2 for kavya-shirley...2 for adi-amal..2 for akshat-amina...2 for arjun-marriyam..and we will take everyone...
sohan: oh..hope it was the two of us..but alrite..as u want..(smiles)

(both go to the park..and sit down)

sohan: dont worry..i'm there...(hugs her tightly 2 keep her warm..then...moves awya...and both...r about 2 kiss each other...when sohan's phone starts ringing)

sohan: erm...pyiush bhaiyya...neva gives me a break...

(shefali's car passes by...and shefali sees sohan and tuhina on their date...)

shefali: ooh...sohan and tuhina out together in secret...hmm..i think marriyam's third task is decided..(grins)

(yug is carrying paints 2 the hall...in the hall..gauri left her fashion clothes she designed and her paintings..)

yug: where shall i put these paintings..?(he accidently trips over a wire...and drops the paints...the paints are dropped all over gauri's fahsion designs and paintings....she created witn such hard work)

yug(shocked): OMG....what have i done? margaya main..i'm dead for sure...now..now...i'm gone...main tho gaya....OMG...did they have to be her paintings...?
shirley: what happened...yug?
yug: shirley..i destroyed yur sister's things...she is going to kill me...
shirley: uh-oh...yug..oh...(gauri comes down)
kavya(coming in): wassup yug?
yug: kavya...i destroyed gauri's designs..
kavya(surprised): yug...in case..u dont survive...we will give u a grand funeral..and we will remember u..the whole of RAF...will honour u..
yug: oh kavya...u r not helping..(gauri comes down..and sees the fashion designs messed up)

gauri: who....did....that.....to....my.....paintings...?
shirley: erm...erm...
gauri: u did it?
shirley: no..its was...
gauri: kavya?
kavya: no..i just came down...
gauri: yug?
yug: it was an accident...
gauri: an accident?
yug: eyah...
gauri: i spent...8 weeks creating that lengha...that white lengha....8 weeks....8 WEEKS!!!!
yug: but gauri...luk..they r stitched...perfect...!!
gauri: really...well stitch this mate!! (gauri punches yug)
yug: OWWWW!!!!!(falls back down)
shirley(gasping): ahh!!!
kavya: oh..thats gotta hurt!!
gauri: well...he deserves it...(leaves)
yug: did u see that...that cheeky monkey...jsut punches me...
kavya: yeah..well...u destroyed her work...she has a right to be angry...
yug: yeah but...
kavya(interrupting): and a right to punch u...
yug: oh..but...this is not over...i will get my revenge...Gauri Sinha!!!(leaves)

Precap: The court trial continues, Charu wonders why did the man lie, meanwhile Aksh realises the truth and is hysterical, and Marriyam meets her fate.
