Episode 71

 

Josh and Shazmin go back to Sharma house. Everyone is very happy to see Shazmin and they hug her.

 

K: Shazmin ab tum ghar agayi ho toh kal ghar mein pooja hogi sab kuch tike hojaygah mein abhi panditji ko phone karkeh kehti hoon kal ki pooja keh barreh

 

Naina: Beta mein phone karthi hoon tum behtoh

 

K: Tike hain Mama

 

Naina goes to ring panditji

 

The next day. Shazmin and Kripa talk

 

Shaz: Di pooja ki kya zarooth its ok mein tike hoon

 

K: Shazmin aise nahiye keteh pooja zaroor hogi

 

Shaz: Tike hain Di lekin mera betanah pooja mein zaroori hain u know Di I don't like wearing traditional clothes aur mera nails pooja ki thali hold karteh karteh mera nail karab hojageh

 

K: Shazmin tum pooja mein zaroor betooghi tike hain its important

 

Shaz: Lekin Di

 

K: No lekin wekin Shazmin go and get changed ok wear a trouser suit not this skirt and top ok (she gets her a blue trouser) here where this

 

Shaz: But Di yeh (interrupted)

 

K: Shazmin wear it ok

 

Shaz: lekin Di my nails

 

K: Shazmin tum kabhi nahiye sudrooghi go and get ready

 

Shaz: Akhir mein I am Shazmin Sharma

 

Aliyah comes

 

Aliyah: Not for long Shazmin

 

Shaz: Why Bhabhi?

 

Aliyah: because Mummyji is fixing urs and Joshs wedding date today toh shaadi keh baad u will be Shazmin Kapoor

 

Shaz: Koi baat nahiye Bhabhi woh naam bhi acha hain

 

Aliyah: Shazmin jaldi seh tyaar hojoh warna Mummyji will come and shout at u pooja ka waqt ho raha hain

 

Shaz: Tike hain Bhabhi

 

Shazmin goes to get ready and Kripa and Aliyah go downstairs to see the pooja arrangements.

 

Everyone is sitting down for the pooja Shazmin comes and sits down and she forgets to put her scarf on her head.

 

K: Shazmin do u scarf ur in the pooja

 

Shaz: tike hain Di

 

The pooja goes on. Once the pooja is done Naina goes to talk to Panditji

 

Naina: Panditji mujhe apseh kuch zaroori baat karni thi

 

Panditji: kahiye hain kya baat hai

 

Naina: Panditji meri beti Shazmin ki shaadi keh liye mein chahthi hoon keh aap shub mahuruth nikaleh

 

Panditji: Acha beti mein abhi dektha hoon beti theen din baad bahuth acha mahuruth hain

 

Naina: Tike hain panditji

 

Rishab: Lekin Naina theen din mein sari tyariyaan kaise hogi

 

Naina: Hojahgee aap fikar maat kijiyeh

 

Rishab: Lekin phir be meri sabseh chotti beti Shazmin ki shaadi hain toh sab kuch perfect honah chahiye aur (interrupted)

 

Naina: Rishab sab kuch hojaygah (interrupted)

 

Josh: Aunty,Uncle mujhe aap sab seh bahuth zaroori baat karni hain

 

Everyone comes in the lounge

 

Naina: Haan boloh beta kya baat hai

 

Josh: Aunty mein chahtah hoon keh yeh shaadi dhoom daam seh na ho aur yeh shaadi madir mein ho aur usemeh sirf hamaari families ho koi guests na ho. Jab hamaari shaadi honeh walahi thi woh bahuth bareh hall mein thi isliye Rishi neh Shazmin ko kidnap karliya aur humhe patah he nahiye chalah toh agar iss baar phir yeh shaadi hall mein hui toh kya patah Rishi phirseh aisah kareh uskah bharosah nahiye woh kuch bhi karsaktha hain

 

A: Yeah I think ur right Josh yeh shaadi mandir mein he honi chahiye hain waise maine police mein complain kardi hain Rishi keh bareh mein

 

K: Haan yeh shaadi mandir mein he honi chahiye hain

 

Shaz: Mom I agree

 

Naina: Tike hain shaadi theen din baad mandir mein hogi

 

Everyone is happy.

 

After 3 days the wedding day arrives and everyone is in the mandir for Shazmin and Joshs wedding. All the Sharma family is there and Natasha and Kripa and Angad are there that's it.

 

So Josh and Shazmin get married, everyone is very happy. Shazmin goes to Joshs house.

 

Shazmin stands by the window in Joshs room. Josh comes in.

 

Josh: Shazmin kya hua are u ok

 

Shaz: Nothing I am fine

 

Josh: Shazmin u can sleep on the bed and I will sleep on the sofa. I understand Shazmin we are married, we will live as friends ok

 

Shaz: Thanks Josh for understanding ur really a true friend

 

The next day Shazmin is ready wearing her mini skirt and top as usual and is in the living room. Josh comes downstairs

 

Josh: Shazmin yeh tumneh kya pehnah hua hain

 

Shaz: Why Josh u have a problem?

 

Josh: Yes I do agar meri Mom neh tumhe in kaproh mein dekh liye toh woh mujhe aur tumhe ghar seh nikal denghee

 

Shaz: Koi baat nahiye hum mera ghar chalenghe tike hain

 

Josh: Shazmin kabhi toh serious hua karoh

 

The door bell rings. Josh opens the door and its Angad and Kripa

 

A/K: Hi Josh

 

J: Hi Acha hua tum donah agayeh

 

A/K: Kyun kya hua

 

Josh: Tum donah he Shazmin ko samjoa. Ajj meri Mom arahayi hain Canada seh aur agar unoneh Shazmin ko in kapro mein dekh liye toh woh hum donah ko ghar seh nikal denghee

 

K: Shazmin ja kar Sari peheno or a trouser suit

 

Shaz: Di I hate Saris

 

K: I don't care u have to go and wear it

 

Shaz: Di I don't have any

 

K: Tike hain go and wear trouser suits u have loads

I will choose for u

 

Kripa sees all of Shazmin trouser suits and they are all very modern

 

K: Yeh sab ache nahiye hain they are too modern

 

Shaz: Di its fashion

 

K: I don't think so

 

Shaz: Ok Di shall we go shopping

 

Hearing the word Shopping Angad and Josh say they have to go office and try to go, but Kripa and Shazmin call them

 

K/Shaz: Kahaan ja rahey ho ur coming with us shopping

 

A/Josh: We are going office

 

K/Shaz: We don't think so ur coming with us shopping

 

A/Josh: No ways

 

K/Shaz: u both are coming and thats final

 

They have no choice and they go shopping.

 

They are in the shopping centre now choosing Shazmin some saris and trouser suits

 

Shaz: Di isn't this nice

 

K: I don't think so Shazmin the kameez is backless ur not wearing that

 

Shaz: Jeejs isn't this nice

 

A: Yeah it is and its latest fashion

 

K: U call this latest fashion it horrible

 

A: Kripa I think u should wear it also u will look very beautiful in it

 

K: I don't think so Angad

 

A: But I think so

 

K: Angad just be quiet. Shazmin u will have to wear something traditional a nice sari ok

 

Shaz: But Di

 

K: Ur wearing a sari and that's it ok u will only wear saris and trouser suits now

 

Shaz: So Di ur saying that from now on I have to wear saris and trouser suits

 

K: Yes

 

Shaz: No ways Di

 

K: Ofcourse u are Joshs Moms coming today u have to wear it

 

Shaz: Fine Di

 

Kripa buys some saris and trouser suits for Shazmin.

 

Kripas phone rings

 

K: Hello

 

Person: Hello Kripa mein office seh bhol raha hoon Mr Oberoi

 

K: Haan kya baat hain Mr Oberoi

 

Mr Oberoi: Kripa ek urgent meeting hain so u have to come office now

 

K: Tike hain mein arahayi hoon

 

Mr Oberoi: Ok (he puts the phone down)

 

K: I am so sorry Shazmin but I have to go now I have an urgent meeting in office

 

Shaz: Tike hain Di

 

Angad and Kripa leave

 

Josh: Shazmin I am going to the car park u do the shopping and come ok

 

Shaz: Ok Josh I only have to buy the jewellery now can I have ur credit card

 

Josh: Yeah ofcourse here

 

Josh gives Shazmin the credit card and leaves

 

Shazmin buys lots of jewellery and buys some modern clothes for herself tops and skirts too. She comes to the car park where Josh is in the car she also goes in the car.

 

Shaz: Thanks Josh heres ur card

 

Josh: it's ok Shazmin

 

Josh was about to drive, when he remembered something

 

Josh: Shazmin I just remembered I have to go and buy Mom her favourite book

 

Shaz: Ok

 

Josh goes in the book shop and gets the book and gives his credit card but it's finished so he pays by cash. He goes back to the car

 

Josh: Shazmin u finished all the credit card

 

Shaz: I am so sorry Rishi u know I was shopping and (she realized what she said) I am sorry Josh I didn't mean to say Rishis name I am really sorry

 

Josh: It's ok Shazmin I understand
