Kripa goes to Sharma house she tells them that she has come to stay for a few days her parents are very happy to see her. Shazmin knows the real reason she is very upset.

Kripa goes to her room she is very upset that Angad didn't trust her. Shazmin comes to her room.

Shaz- Di I am very sorry meri wajah seh yeh sab hua mujhe maaf kardijiye mein aapko kunah nahiye chathi Di

K- Shazmin tum please joa yahaan seh tumhaari koi galthi nahin hai tumneh jo kuch bhi kiye mere liye kiya lekin Shazmin Rishi ko sazaa zaroor milengee tum please court mein akeh gavayi do Rishi keh kilaaf kya tum nahiye chahati usko uskeh gunnahoh ki sazaa mileh auseneh tumharre best friend ko marah itneh bureh kaam kiye lekin phir be tum chup ho Shazmin mujhe kuch nahiye hoga

Shaz- Di I am sorry (Shazmin goes cryingly)   

In Khanna house Angad is also sad and upset on Kripa leaving the house and everything. Natasha comes to talk to him.

Natasha- Angad chaloh Khana ka loh

A- Bhabhi mujhe bhook nahiye hain

Natasha- Angad mein janthi hoon tum Kripa ko miss ker rehay auseneh yeh sab kuch jan bhuj kar nahiye kiya auseh zaroor koi galath phemi hui hain

A- Bhabhi maine useh bataya that keh Rishi ka koi haat nahiye aise case mein lekin phir be woh manthi he nahiye maine auseh kaha keh woh case chor deh lekin she said no patah nahiye Kripa ko kya hogaya hai

Natasha- Angad tum fikar maat karo jab useh apni galthi ka ehsaas hoga sab kuch tike hojayegah

Damini and Lalit come inside

L- Angad beta phurso case ki second hearing hai humhe ek acha lawyer chahiye jo yeh case lar sake aur woh Kripa seh behetaar ho

D- Beta humhe jald seh jald Rishi ko jail seh nikalana hain

A- Haan Mom and Dad aap fikar maat kijiyeh mein Kripa seh behetaar lawyer ko yeh case doongha

L/D- Tike hain beta
The next day Angad gets a lawyer for the case. She is not better than Kripa but she is her competitor.

A- Toh kya aap yeh case larenghi

Someone- Ofcourse and I will win as well

The lawyer is none other than Mishthi she is a criminal case lawyer not better than Kripa but she hates Kripa coz whenever there is a case that they are fighting Kripa always wins and she always loses.

A- Thanks you here is the case file

M- I will study it when is the hearing

A- Tomorraw

M- Ok I will see u in court tomorrow

Angad leaves and Mishthi reads the case file

The next day is the second hearing

Kripa goes to court, Pritivi and Josh are there. Angad comes court with Mishthi and Natahsha comes as well.

Kripa is very shocked to see Mishthi

Mishthi- Best of luck Kripa your definitely lose this time

K- I don't think so Mishthi best of luck to u need it I don't

Mishthi- We will see just let the case begin

The judge comes and they start the case

M- Well Ms Kripa has put blame on my client Rishi Khaana for murder and drug deals which is not true he hasn't murdered anyone I have proof to prove it on the day of Emraans murder it was Mr Rishis engagement and Mr Rishi was present there.

K- I object ur honour Rishi wasn't there in the engagement he went somewhere for a long time after the engagement was done and I have witnesses who can prove my point.

Judge- Call the witnesses

K- I have 2 witnesses Angad Khanna and Natasha Khanna
So Angad goes in the witness box

K- Mr Angad Khanna was Rishi present in the Engagement at the time of 9pm to 10pm

A- No

K- My next witness Natasha Khanna was Rishi present at the time of 9pm to 10pm

Natahsa- No

K- This proves my point if he wasn't present at the time of 9pm-10pm when Emraan murder took place where was he

M- This does not prove Rishi Khanna being the murderer well I have proof which proves that Rishi Khanna at the time of 9pm to 10pm was with his friends in Club Hilton and I have a witness the clubs manager Mr Croft please come to the witness box (he comes) so Mr Croft and the time of 9pm to 10pm was Rishi Khanna at ur club.

Mr Croft- Yes he was

M- So it proves my point and also I want to make another point the docuements of the drug deal which u rekon Rishi done are fake they don't have a proper stamp on them and heres the report which proves it (the judge reads the report) and Emraans Dairy could be fake so all of this proves that my client Mr Rishi Khanna is innocent

K- He is not innocent

M- What proof do u have ur honour Kripa has a personal problem with Rishi thats why she is accusing him of murder

K- No I don't

Judge- That's enough!!! Ms Kripa as u don't have enough proof on it which proves Mr Rishi Khanna the culprit we therefore are (Interrupted)

Someone- Ur honour we do have proof which proves Rishi Khanna the culprit
