.....Aalekh felt a lurch in his stomach.....Major Sharma was conscious.....and confused.....why was he fearing her company? why didnt he want to come anywhere near her? how could she easily access the emotions he had concealed for so many years.....those which he never expressed?......he stood there....and within the second while the song changed, Meethi came near him....quite confidantly, and gestured him to dance!

Naina.......faced him! She never wanted that to happen....the mere brushing of his fingers last night had reawakened all the quiet feelings and they were roaring in her heart.....she couldnt imaging being held by him.....dancing with him.....doing something that had so many memories attached to it......doing something they loved doing.....doing something that bought them tog.......

......Naina gathered up.....she told herself....she wont fall apart.....it was her right to be offended.....it was her right to question him.....it was him who should be bowing his head.......she wont let this ruin her already tasteless life again.....no....never.....

.....her eyes reddening.....her hand trembling....she pushed it forward to a thunderstruck and victim-like Rajveer.....

"May I....."

Rajveer realised what had happened......Naina......he was facing her....once agian.....his memories and his deeds tormenting him.....killing him....distroying him.......

He took her hand....and then waist......they dint know when they drew nearer....when Rajveer pulled her close.....when she put her correct foot forward......

The song started....and they swayed......

Naina is looking straight into his eyes....and he is trying to avoit her impossible gaze.....her eyes are full of accusations and full of unanswered question....getting redder every second!

The song has the worst lyrics that can be chosen for the occasion.....it was like Naina asking....and he couldnt bear it.....everyone danced.....but Aalekh was glanceing sideways....careful not to let Meethi get suspicious......Rajveer trying to look away and Naina constantly looking at him.....as if demanding answers.....

....this was unbearable for all three of them....Raj, as he was killing himself....feeling guilty and cursing his every breath.....Naina, as she suffered acute pain, felt hatered and immense love for the same man at the same time.....and Aalekh, as he was feeling extremely helpless.....

....Naina suddenly felt somone placing a hand on her shoulder....she felt where she was....came back from a whirlpool of memories....good...bad....painful....
