Chapter 57

Armaan and Riddima rush over to Muskaan.

 

Armaan – Muskaan! I can't believe that you came here with Rehan! You have NO idea what Rahul will do if he finds out.

 

Muskaan – Chill Armaan! He wont find out! He CANT find out!

Riddima – Lets just go, please Muskaan! Lets get out of here.

 

Muskaan – Okay fine! But let me just go to the wash room and clean myself a little bit.

 

Saying so Muskaan runs towards the washroom.

 

Riddima(calling after her) – Hurry!

 

Meanwhile Rahul parked his car outside the pub. He slammed his car door shut and was just about to enter the pub when the guard stopped him.

 

Guard – It's a couples only sir. I am sorry but I can't let you in.

 

A female voice – Its okay. You can let him in. He is with me.

 

Rahul turned to see who it was. It was Trishala.

 

She caught him by the hand and lead him inside.

 

Rahul – Where is she?

 

Trishala – She just went to the washroom…ahh…there she comes

 

Trishala points.

 

 

Meanwhile Rehan is order to agitate Rahul even more goes up to Muskaan and gives her a big hug.

 

Armaan and Riddima gasp. Trishala smiles and Rahul grunts.

 

Rahul – That bloody arse! I am gonna beat him to pulp.

 

Rahul makes a movement towards Rehan but Trishal holds him back.

 

Trishala – You know…Its not Rehan you should be angry at.

 

Rahul gives her a confused look.

 

Rahul – Then who should I be angry at.

 

Trishala – Muskaan of course!

 

Rahul – Why?

Trishala – Rahul don't you realize. Muskaan LIED to you and came here so that she could enjoy some free time with Rehan. She is two-timing you!

 

Rahul – WHAT?

Trishala – Its true! I always see her hanging out with Rehan in her free time. They surely have a relationship.

 

Rahul – Impossible. Muskaa could never do that !

Trishala scoffs.

 

Trishala – You havnt seen the REAL Muskaan, Rahul. She is not as innocent you think she is! She always hangs around with Rehan whenever you are not there.

 

Rahul – I don't believe you.

 

Trishala – Fine. You don't belive me. But maybe you will belive the others.

 

Trishala calls a few of their classmates.

 

( The classmates had been paid by Trishala to lie to Rahul )

Trishala- Okay guys. Tell Rahul what Muskaan and Rehan do after college hours.

 

Classmate1 – I have seen Muskaan with Rehan loads of time. They are always chatting and laughing together.

 

Classmate2 – I have seen Rehan giving a red rose to Muskaan once.

 

Classmate3 – I saw Rehan and Muskaan kissing in an empty classroom.

 

Trishala grins. Rahul flinches.

 

Trishala – See? I told you…Muskaan is not as innocent you think she is! You loved her so much and this is what you get in return?

 

Rahul slumps onto a nearby couch.

 

Rahul ( to himself ) – This is insane. Why is this happening to me?

 

Trishala – If I were you. I would have gone upto Muskaan and would have given her a salp by now.

 

Rahul – I loved her do much. I just cant believe this!

 

Trishala – You are suffering because of her while she is enjoying herself. I don't think that's fair! Why don't you go up there and give her a word or two?

Rahul glaces at Muskaan. She was dancing with Rehan. He felt the anger rise in him.

 

( Rehan had forced Muskaan, Armaan and Riddima to stay. He also was forcibly making Muskaan dance with him)

 

He gets up from his couch and walks towards Muskaan. Muskaan hadn't seen him yet.He walks straight onto the dance floor.

 

Muskaan still hadn't noticed him. He caught her by the arm and spun her. She was facing him now.

 

Muskaan – Rahul?
