Chapter 6

Hey guys..Im so sorry..I was totally free during the weekend.but was very lazy 2 type..I atlast typed sumething..& the honey-moon is shiftd 2 d nxt chapter. Sorry again n enjoy!

                             PART - 6

 

Rahul & Muskaan hurried up 2 reach Sanjeevani on time. They both sat n the car & left .

 

In the car:-

 

M:- Rahul..tumne mujhe bataya nahin ke kal main kaise lag rahe thi? She said looking  upset.

 

R:- "Armaan ne sahi kaha tha..shaadi ke baad to kapde aur jewelry ke alawa koi baat hi nahin hogi..Oh! God." He thought in his mind.

 

M:- "Rahul!"  She touched him. "Main kal kaise lag rahi thi??" She asked being more clear.

 

R:- " Ya ya..bahut..umm..bahut achi."

 

M:- "Sirf achi" She asked innocently.

 

R:- " Tum to hamesha hi khubsurat lagti ho.." He replied softly & smiled. He luked in2 her eyes.

 

M:- "Sach?" She became happy & smiled. "Waise Rahul tumne kale k baat notice ki?

 

R:- "Kya?"

 

M:- "Kal raat....Armaan aur Riddhima kuch ajeeb sa behave kar rahe the..aur Atul-Anjali bhi..Atul ki jagah Anjali uske peeche- peeche  bhag rahe thi..Mujhe to lagta hai kuch gadbad hai.."

 

R:- "Usse hume kya karna hai..kuch hoga to apne ap pata chal jayega,,"

 

M:- "Rahul..hume unki help karne chaiye.."

 

R:-"Theeke. Par ab chalo hum paunch gaye."

 

 

In the locker room. (Though they were senior docs..they didn't hav  their personal cabins yet..so they used their locker-room.)

 

All the other doctors were scattered. talking among themselves.

 

RM:- Hi guys.  Seeing both of them..all rushed 2 them. Seeing them suddenly , RM got scared. Atul stamped both their legs..

 

RM: "Aaaa..Atul" They screamed.

 

A:- "Im sorry…lage to nahin." Both of them gave Atul evil looks.  The boys pulled Rahul &  the girls pulled Muskaan.

 

Boys:-

 

R:- "Kya hai?"  Armaan & Atul were asking him something through their eyes.

 

R:- "Kyaa?" He asked totally confused. Armaan & Atul did the same thing again..but more patiently & clearly.

 

R:- "Muh khol ke bolo..warna main jar raha hun." He turned 2 leave..

 

Atul:- "Arre! Rahul. Kya bhav kha raha hai...hum to ye puch rahe the ke kal raat kaise"…Armaan's eyes told him 2 shut up. ".umm..decorations KAISE lagi…"  Rahul understood wt they meant indirectly & became totally uncomfortable. He turned 2 his locker.

 

R:- " Ya..theek thi." He said softly.. & started 2 walk.

 

Girls:-

 

Anj:- "Soooo…..Muskaan" She touched her shoulders wid hers.

 

M:- "Kya?"

 

Ridz:- "Cmon Muskaan..Ab acting mat karoo.."

 

M:- "Oyye..maine kya kiya? Chado Mujhe jaana hai..Bye" She left..

 

Anj:- "Arre" she started giggling.

 

 

Rahul-Muskaan were walking luking down..saying something 2 themselves n their mind..when they DASHED.

 

All the other people stared at dem waiting for a reaction. Always when they dashed..all they did was 2 shout their lungs out & fight till sum1 stopped. Today was definitely gonna be something different.

 

They both became silent first.

R:- "I ..umm..Im sorry."

 

M:-" No..Im sorry."

 

R:- "Nahin..its ok..mera matlab..im sorry.." He kinda mumbed with whatever he said.  They jus luked at each other saying sry again and again.

 

All the others.

 

Arm:- " Hey bhagwan..lagta hai Dr. Keerthi aur Shubankar sir se classes leke aayen hai." They all giggled.."Ok..guys ..lets go..in becharon ko akela chodo" They all silently went out.

 

Later in the evening..Muskaan was walking in the corridors..She was was thinking abt wt Rahul said 2 her in the morning. She was hugging her lab-coat.  She had flashbacks.

 

"R:- "Kyunki." He paused..".tum sote huye itni achi lag rahi thi ke mera man hi nahin kiya.." He replied..putting a strand of hair behind her ears..  "

 

"R:- " Tum to hamesha hi khubsurat lagti ho..""

 

"R:- "I ..umm..Im sorry."

 

M:-" No..Im sorry."

 

R:- "Nahin..its ok..mera matlab..im sorry.." 

 

She giggled & hit her head softly, When sum1 pulled her inside the Emergency Staircase.

 

R:- "Hi." 

 

After a few mins of silence,

 

M:- "hi bolne ke liye bulaya hai?" she said softly yet n an angry tone.

 

R:- "Mere baare main soch rahi thi.." he slowly pushed her towards the wall.

 

M:- "Main..kab…….soch rahe thi..?" She replied in bits.  After a few moments of silence..they both giggled. & luked down..wen theyre fore- head touched. .they were not the romantic couple kinds..they were diff..

 

R:- "Baitho" He caught her hand & made her sit.

 

M:- "Tumhare paas koi kaam-vaam nahin hai kya?" She asked jokingly..

 

R:- "Ab iski aadat dal do."

 

M:- "Acha." She said agreeing 2 him.  "Matlab tum roz ye karne waale ho..?"

 

R:- "Ya..of course..I mean..roz nahin par.." Muskaan saw his expressions & started laughing.  "Isme hasne ki kya baat hai.?".he said angrily.

 

M:- She controlled her laughter. "Sorry..sorry."  "Waise Rahul..tum mujhe honey-moon pe kahan leke jaa rahe ho??"

 

R:- "Kya? Maine suna nahin.."

 

M:- "Oyee..itna natak kyun kar raha he??"

 

R:- "Muskaan tum ye sab main kabse vishwaas karne lag gaye?? Tum to kehete thi ke shaadi ke baad bhi hum  vaise hi rahenge jaise hum pehele the"

 

M:- "Haan. Leken mera matlab who nahin tha. Tum samjhe nahin..Dekho.."  Rahul burst out laughing..her expressions were priceless.

 

R:- "Sorry…main mazak kar raha tha..to bolo tumhe kahan jaana hai..?"

 

She made a face & then became xcited.

 

M:- "Ok!" She said happily putting her hands in his.."Mujhe naa…"

 

R:- "Ek second Ek second ….ruko..tumhare lambi list se pehle.. main kuch bol dun..Hum kahen door nahin jaa sakte." Muskaan was abt 2 protest. "Kyunki..hum already itni chitiyan le chuke hain ke agar aur le na, Sanjivani se bhar phek denge."

 

Muskaan became upset. "Haan yaar. Ye to maine socha hi nahin. To chado mujhe kahin nahin jaana.." She got up.

 

R:- "Arre..rukon." He caught her hand. "Isme upset hone ki kya baat hai..Hum is baar umm..koi beach resort pe chalte hain..Satuday Sunday waise hi chutti hote hai.." He said encouragingly.

 

Muskaan made a face. "Rahul tum jante ho mujhe paani se dar lagta hai."

 

R:- "Jaise tumhe paani me rehna hai.."

 

M:- "Leken…" At that time Rahul's pager rang.

 

R:- "Ok..tum main abhi jaa raha hun..baad main baat karenge..theeke?"

 

Muskaan nodded. He smiled..he kissed her fore-head & went away. Muskaan sat there with an upset face..she was jus messing around wid her hands..wen she turned them & saw the mehendi on her hands…the colour was slowly lightening. She sighed..made a happy face & went out of the room.
