Part 25

The next day she rang the doorbell of her parents' house. She was nervous; yes she did call them to ask if they were free.
"Good morning kripa ma'am" said the servant.
"Teddy where is dad?" she asked.
"Ma'am he is waiting for you in the living room"
She walked towards the living room.
He was sitting on the arm chair, tall and dark. He looked so perfect. His eyes were closed and he had lines on his forehead. Kripa chuckled as the thought that he was growing old. He opened his eyes and looked at her. For the first time she saw love, care and affection in those eyes. She couldn't remember when was the last time she experienced those feeling. He was just looking at her with a smile on his face, she couldn't understand why he was smiling, she had expected him to be normal and formal like he always was.
"Kripa" he said "come here" he opened his arms, she was surprised. She stepped closer and then ran in his arms and hugged him, it's been ages since she hugged her father.
Her mother came and she hugged her as well.
They all settled down.
"Kripa we are glad you called us to meet, we thought you will never come to meet us" said kripa's mom.
"sorry we couldn't give you time, when you were small we used to spend so much time together but as you started to grow up we got so involved in our work and couldn't give you time" said kripa's dad.
"No, mom dad, if you guys were busy then I should have pulled your hand and made you sit with me" said kripa.
"so sweet heart how is your married life going on, I am so sorry we couldn't come, I mean my secretary called me to tell me, you called but I was in a meeting and I told her to remind me later to call you and she forgot, later I found out that you married Sahil Chopra" her mother said.
"Mom we are getting divorced in a month"
"But you guys just got married" he dad was shocked.
She told her parents about when they couldn't give her time and after that her high school, Angad then collage then how Sahil proposed and then again she met Angad and all that he did, her honeymoon, her and sahil's fight, then how Angad convinced her to meet her parents.
Her mom sat beside her and hugged her "oh my god kripa, so much happened and we were unaware of all this"
"Surya you promised me that kripa's life is fine, you are keeping an eye on her, what were your men doing when she went through all this" gayatri asked her husband angrily.
"I don't know gayatri, even I am shocked, I even told them to follow her to her collage, I don't know what is happening, these people are so careless, I will fire them" surya was also angry.
"What?? you guys were keeping an eye on me? How could you" she had tears.
"No sweetheart, you were going away from us and we didn't want you to get involved in something wrong, we just wanted to know how you were doing" explained her mother.
"I would have been much happier if you guys would have taken time out to ask me that mom, anyways"
"Ok so it's decided that you are going to stay with us" her dad said.
She felt for her room to freshen up a little after few minutes.
She called Angad to give him the great news.
"Hi Angad" said a happy kripa.
"hi, some one sounds really happy today" he was really happy to hear her happy voice, it seems like he hadn't heard it since eternity and yes that was true, he last heard it in the phone conversation with her when she told him to arrange a dinner for them before leaving for her collage.
"Angad, where are you man, I really love you, u are a sweetheart, u rock, u are a complete rock star, you are theeeeee best".
"hahahaha, thank you so much, I love you too and ur welcome. Looks like everything worked out nicely"
"Nicely??? Everything is just fantastic and it's all because of you."
"Come on kripa, if you wouldn't have tried, my persuasion would have wasted, so the credit goes to you too"
"Ok Angad thanks, now I want you to meet my parents"
"What are you mad, I wont come, never" he was scared, shocked and surprised by the sudden demand.
"I wont take no for an answer, see you tomorrow at dinner, 8pm sharp" and she switched off her cell.
"Kripa KRIPA" he shouted. "Oh god this girl, what will I do now? I guess I don't have any other option"

Ok so here is the next part. Do comment! From 1st April my school is starting and I am going to be in 9th. I am really excited. I will try to write a part before that but I can't promise.
