Part 10
Kripa early in the morning got a letter saying she was selected in Oxford! She was really very happy and wanted to share it with Angad who was dreaming about Kripa and falling deeply in love with her every passing moment.
She quickly calls him
'Angad Angad Angad! I am so happy today'
'Why kripa what happened?' he was happy to hear her happy and excited voice.
'I wanna tell you something so desperately'
Do you feel the same way I do Kripa he was thinking when he heard some one screaming his name on the other end of the line.
'Anggggggggggaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaddd'
'Yes Kripa, I am here and I can here you, please tell me what you so much want to' he said.
'No! Not so easily, you have to arrange a dinner, yes you have to do it and that also by tomorrow, any where you like' she added after a pause.
'Sure, I will, around 7:30 a car will come to pick you up'
'That will be great, now bye'
'Bye'
Angad started planning and thought he will propose her the next day.
Kripa was dressed in a beautiful pink, halter neck, knee length dress. She was putting on her jewelry when suddenly Angad from no where came and helped her with her necklace.
'God Angad, you scared me, anyways how did u get in?'
'Forget about all that Kripa, a car is waiting for you outside, go and it will take you to the place where we will have our lovely dinner'
'And you?'
'I will reach there before you, don't worry'
'As you say' saying this she leaves the house and so does Angad.
Kripa reached her destination. A beautifully decorated place with flowers and candles and lights. When she got down from the car, a child ran to her and handed her a box, before she could question, he ran away. She opened it and hearted flew in the air. She thought it to be so cute. See was walking on rose petals. She entered the hall, a pitch dark hall. Not even the candles were lit. She took a step forward and heard some one click finger and all the candles were lit in a fraction of second. Angad came in front of her and took her hand and bought her in the middle of the room. She was about to say something ask some thing. But before she could he kept his finger on her lips, indicating that she should not speak 'I know you want to know, what all this is about. Kripa I am really happy today, I feel like I am on cloud no. nine. I am in love Kripa, yes I am in love with you Kripa. That project, the prom, our friendship, everything gave me a reason to love, a new meaning to life that was you. Will you marry me some day kripa?'

She was in utter shock, looking at her such a good friend in love with her, she realized that she has lost a friend, she couldn't marry him nor love him; it was not her aim in life. How could she say no, but she had to and she will, trying not hurt him she started 'angad, I don't have words left, what should I say, you are a real friend, and I don't wanna loose you. Any girl would be lucky to have you in her life but I cant be the lucky one maybe I don't deserve you, its really hard for me to say but I am sorry I cant love you angad, I just cant, don't think that I love someone else but I cant love you. I came here to tell you that I have been selected in oxford, what I didn't knew was that I will make my happiest moment your saddest one. I am sorry, I really am.
He was broken he had no words to say but he had to be strong, he held his tears back 'its ok kripa, it really is and I fine, it was really nice to have a friend like you, and I wish our friendship will last life time, all the best for your oxford, now please have this may be last dinner with me'.
She couldn't refuse
'You know love is not made for me, when ever in come, it goes away, my first love from me was snatched away from me by my own parents'.
'I don't have the right to ask but if you would like to tell me I will always be there to listen'.
'Thanks but not today'.
They had a wonderful dinner with light conversation about future plans.

Angad is in the bar drinking and getting flash backs….
1st a little boy gives a girl a card and red roses. The girl kisses the boy and runs away.
2nd a bit older boy around 9 -10 yrs old, crying and getting into the train and being pulled by the parents, leaving a crying girl behind.
3rd a 13 – 14 yrs old boy fighting with his parents and then sneaking out of the house.
4th a 17 yr old guy making a sketch of a beautiful woman but it is not the same girl.
5th the same guy proposing the girl of whom he made the sketch.

Kripa was lying on her bed and thinking about angad proposal and then going into her past. Flash back…
1st a little 13 yr old girl is watching TV, reading news paper actually searching fro something, an article then cutting it and keeping it safely in her room. Viewing some videos on her pc and smiling.
2nd then of her being proposed by angad.
While thinking about all this she slept.
A week later kripa called angad, really scared. 'hi angad'
'Hi kripa'
'I am leaving tomorrow'
'Oh ok'
'…..'
'Then lets meet' he said cause he sensed that she was just to scared to say that.
'That will be good'
'Ok then lunch at my place tomorrow'.
Before going to meet angad, she met all her friends, gave them the good new and cleared the matter regarding angad with them. They spent all the time they could together
She reached at his place. They had a little lunch, they talked about her going there all, and in short he made sure that she will be comfortable there.
Her own parents had just congratulated her and not bothered to ask anything else. She was touched to see angad so concern after what had happened, but there was a wall built in there relation which couldn't be broken.

In my next part, there will be a 4yr leap and I guess the sorry doesn't have too many more parts left. My exams are going on and I wont be able to update to often. Wish me luck. And please, please comment!
