Next morning kripa woke up around seven and quickly got ready. She went down for breakfast. As the clock ticked 10, the doorbell rang. She shook head and ran towards the door to open it.         &nb sp;         &nb sp;         &nb sp;         &nb sp;         &nb sp;    
'Hi kripa, as I said exact 10' said angad
'Yes sir, (she said in an obedient voice and then laughed with angad) let me take the last bit and then we will leave'. She said.
'Where are you going kripa' her dad asked.
She ignored him, picked up the notebook, wrote something in it, and then said 'please read it'.
Angad felt wired about her behavior.
'Lets go angad' and they both left with that.
As they settled down in angad's sports car kripa asked if it was his.
'Ya it is, I hope you like it, else I will bring another tom' said angad
'Oh no, I love it' she said amazed.
They finished kripa's shopping in one day only, which shocked kripa but angad had done. And the next day they bought angad's stuff.
'So angad, everything is done, just dance and speech' kripa said exhausted as she damped the bags on the crouch and sat herself beside it in angad's house.
'So kripa wanna do the practice tom at my place' he said as he said opposite to kripa.
'No my place'
'Kripa, I don't wanna go to ur place, I feel odd'
'Ok angad, we will go it here' said kripa, who was in no mood to argue. 'Now drop me home, I have to get there by 10'
'Ok ma'am'.
While driving back home, angad can't take his mind off kripa. The way she behaves with him, talks, walks and everything. She was like an angle, she is an angle.
Soon he reached home and was sitting with a paper and a pencil drawing kripa's sketch. He was amazed, it was his best piece as ever. He planned to show her the picture on prom night.
Nest day, kripa reached angad's place to find him with a frown, he looked so cute, it made her smile.
'ok kripa, how come you are early?' he asked sarcastically.
'I thought we will get extra time, that's why' said with the exact sarcasm 'stop acting like a kid'
'say sorry and I will' said angad stubbornly.
'ok baba, I am really very sorry, for coming late and making you wait, is that fine' said kripa.
'absolutely'
they practiced for like 8hrs non-stop. Soon they were really very tired and stopped to rest. Angad was thinking, as how kripa did and how he felt to be so close to her. And kripa was so tired that she dozed off.
She soon woke up and was surprised that se slept. Soon they ate dinner and did a final practice and kripa went home and of to sleep.
Angad after years slept with a big smile on his face, he dreamt how kripa looked when sleeping, so cute, so innocent, sleeping carelessly, with no worries.
Next day kripa woke up late. She quickly called angad to tell him that she will be late.
K – hi angad
A – he was so happy to hear her voice, the first thing in the morning.
K – angad are you there?
A – I very much am ? you are up so early?
K – I will be late, will reach there by 12 and ya its 9:30 by the way.
A – oh my god, cant believe it, anyways thanks, bye
K – bye
They reached the school.
They both were looking lovely.
A they entered the pitch-dark room, a spotlight fell on them and the announcer said – 'Here are the most awaited couple of the evening. Angad and Kripa! They look so good together, a made in heaven couple!' Everyone was shouting and hooting. 'You are requested to come on the stage and start the evening.' They preceded towards the stage. As they reached, the room was no more dark. There were loads of balloons on the floor and on each balloon was written 'Angad and Kripa'.
They both said few words and then angad placed the crown on kripa head, followed by a small kiss on her lips. This was not required, this was not planned. It shocked both of them but non-regretted. Angad asked her for a dance. As she gave her hand to him, it felt like forever. He bought her to the center of the floor. As the slipped, his hand around her waist she felt strange. They had rehearsed for like more than hundred times and it never felt that way but now as they were dancing in front of the whole school, they felt like they were all alone.

She couldn't stare anymore and rested her head on this chest. She was scared to let go of him, thinking she might fall. It felt like forever. Not even a few minutes were over and it felt like they have been dancing for ages. Soon other couples joined them.
He loosens his grip on the waist as the song ended. She quickly felt the floor, not wanting to make it obvious angad also followed her. She went and took a corner table. Angad sat beside her and didn't utter a word.
