It’s Mansi’s 12th birthday…

Geet has invited all the KC staff…

Adi and Pinky and the entire staff is working the whole day to organize the party…

It’s a surprise for Mansi…

Its at KC, not KM like always…

Mansi has started the countdown for her birthday last month itself…

Mansi: Manav, just a day to go

Manav: maa, issko chup karao

Maan: Mansi, you are a grown up girl now, you are going to high school remember ?

Mansi: so what I’m still your daughter, remember ? .

Geet is lost in some thought…

Maan: Geeet Geeet

Mansi: papa, apne kya kiya? Aajkal mom hamesha aapke dream mein koye rahe hai

Manav: tum papa se baat kar rahi ho

Mansi: ab tum itne badhe ho gaye ho kya?

Manav: I know I know, mein hamesha tumse chota hi rahoonga

Mansi: great, you have become smart , Geeeet

Geet: kya hua?

Maan: Geet, kya soch rahi ho?

Mansi: meri birthday plans, aur kya?

Geet: haan

Maan: iss baar hum dinner PE jaathe hai aur family ke saath celebrate karthe hai

Mansi: what? No party?

Mansi: what about my friends?

Maan: you celebrate with your friends the night before itself

Mansi: thank you papa, you are so sweet

Geet: Maan, ye akhele friends ke saath jayegi?

Maan: Geet, hum iss ke sare friends ko jaante hai, aur unke parents ko bhi, then what’s the problem?

Geet: Maan, aap isko bigaad rahe ho

Mansi stops Geet by hugging and kissing Geet…

Mansi: love you mom

Manav looks at Maan, they both are smiling big ..

Mansi: bye papa, bye Manav

Maan: Geet, toh tum kya keh rahi thi?

Geet: kuch nahi, aap ne surprise party ke barein mein office mein sab ko bathadhi na?

Maan: koi zarurat nahi hai Geet

Geet: kyun?

Maan: tumne ek hafte pehle se hi Adi ko order kardhi, ab uska kaam bhi mein hi kar raha hoon

Later in the evening…

Maan: Geet, kya soch rahi ho?

Geet: iss bar Mansi ko uski gift dedhoon

Maan: ye sawaal hai ya information

Geet: mein yahi soch rahi hoon ki abhi waqt aagaya hai

Maan: Geet, mein kuch kahoon?

Geet: haan Maan

Maan: abhi woh apni zindagi mein bahut kush hai, let her enjoy it, this can wait till she is eighteen

Geet was expecting that it seems… mein bhi yahi soch rahi thi Maan

Geet starts making calls immediately to Adi and gang…

Maan is relieved…

It’s Mansi’s birthday…

Maan has promised to come home earlier and take them to dinner…

Mansi is getting annoyed waiting….

Geet: papa nahi aanewale hai, chalo hum hi office chalte hai

Geet takes them to KC…

There everyone welcome Mansi with a huge cake…

Mansi is really surprised…

She goes and hugs Maan…

Maan: ye tumhari maa ka idea hai

Mansi kisses Geet…

Manav: bahut ho gaya drama, chalo cake kaato

Maan: haan chalo

Mansi celebrates her birthday happily with everyone…

Mansi’s a major now…

One fine day Geet gives the gift to Mansi finally…

Mansi opens it and is shocked…

Mansi: ye kaun hai?

Maan: ye meri pehli biwi hai

Mansi understands a little…

Geet: Maaan, Mansi ye aapke maa hai

Mansi leaves without reacting… she takes the gift with her…

Geet looks worried… : Mansi beta

Geet feels guilty that she has kept the secret for too long…

Geet tried to go after her, but Maan stops her….

Maan: Geet, give her some time, she’ll come back on her own

Mansi doesn’t come for dinner…

Maan asks Manav to take the dinner to the room ..

She eats there with Manav…

Next day too she is locked up in her room itself after coming back from school..

She said she is not hungry…

Maan asks everyone not to disturb her…

Geet is very upset…

Geet: Maan, meine koi galti toh nahi ki na?

Maan: Geet, kaise batein kar rahi ho? Tumne koi galti nahi ki

Geet: Mansi ko bahut bhura lagega na?

Maan: thoda toh lagega, lekhin woh jaldhi bhool jayegi meri tarah

Geet: Maaaan

Geet is in tears….

Maan: hare pagli, ab tum hi humare zindagi ho, samjhi tum?

Maan hugs and consoles her…

Geet: woh mujhse baat karegi na?

Maan: ye kaise sawaal hai? Usne mujhse bhi baat nahi ki

Geet: mujhe dar lagta hai Maan

Maan: toh chalo

Geet: Kahan?

Maan: chalo na

Maan takes her to Mansi’s room…

Mansi is busy with her assignment…

Maan knocks…

Mansi: Manav, I’m busy, don’t you dare disturb me

Geet: Maan, chalo, chalte hai

Maan: Mansi

Mansi comes and opens the door…

Mansi: papa, aap? Mom ko kya hua?

Maan: tum hi poocho ?

Mansi: what’s wrong mom?

Geet: woh

Geet points to the gift that’s lying on the corner…

Mansi: ye, you keep it safe with yourself

Mansi gives it back to Geet…

Geet is worried…

Geet: Mansi, kya hua? Tum mujhse baat kar sakti ho beta, mein maa hoon

Mansi: haan meri maa yahan hai, mere samne, this is just an information about me, I’m happy to know that

Geet looks at Maan in disbelief….

Maan: mujhe kya dekh rahi ho? Ab tumhare sawaalon ka jawab mil gaya kya?

Geet: ye toh bilkul aap pe gayi hai, aap ke jaise hi sochthi aur aap ke jaise hi baat karthi

Mansi: mom, ab mujhe bahut kaam hai, if you don’t mind

Maan: ok then, good night

Geet is not going to go…

Maan: Geet, tumne suna nahi, chalo

Geet: Maan, apne suna nahi, aap jao, mein Mansi ki madat karke aathi hoon

Geet starts helping her daughter…

Maan is happy to leave them alone….

Geet: Maaan, ek minute

Maan turns back…

Geet: Maan, hummare liye noodles banake lao na, dekho, kitna kaam pada hai

Geet has also not had her dinner, she has not eaten properly from yesterday…

Maan is off to make noodles…

Next week…

Geet: aap ne dekha?

Maan: kya?

Geet: Mansi, pehle jaise nahi hai

Mansi shouts from upstairs…

Geet runs up immediately…

Maan: what about you?

Manav: tomorrow our friends have planned a sleep over at Sara’s house

Maan: ok, you can go

Manav: lekhin maa se dhaant padegi, she won’t let me go

Maan: you don’t worry, she won’t say anything this time

Manav: are you sure?

Maan: double sure

Later that night…

Geet comes late ..

Maan: Geet, itne dher kya kar rahi thi?

Geet: woh Mansi ki T-shirt iron kar rahi thi, usko kal pehenna haina

Maan: Manav se baat hui kya?

Geet: kaise baat?

Maan: kal woh friends ke saath Sara ke ghar jaa raha hai

Geet: toh?

Maan: raat wahi rukhega, sab ke saath

Geet: kya? Aap ne kya kaha?

Maan: let him go, he has grown up now

Maan catches hold of her and pulls her back….

Maan: hamesha Mansi ya Manav? Kabhi kabhi hummare barein mein bhi socho Mishty
