                Part – 78

Dadi is also happy to be out in the bright sunlight after so many days…. 

Geet: Dadi, aap toh mere tarah ek travel lover nikle, I’m so happy that I have found a company for my secret love affair 

Dadi: love affair? 

Geet: don’t worry Dadima, aapke pothe se toh bada pyaar nahi hai, woh kya haina? Kabhi kabhi life mein ek alternate love hona chahiye, warna life becomes suffocating, without any outlet, haina? 

Dadi: that’s true, but ye kaun hai? 

Geet: aaisa kuch nahi hai, Maan ka pyaar toh mere liye aur dus janam ke liye kaafi hai, I meant my love affair with traveling

Dadi: then I must confess that my love affair started after I was confined to this chair, you know I just wanted to get out there and go places, but the irony is when I had the choice I was happy to be within the foir walls of the house 

Geet: that’s how it always works, you realize the value of something when it becomes out of your reach, meine bhi apna pyaar ko aaisa hi realize kiya tha 

Jaise hi patha chala ki Maan uska nahi ho sakta toh Geet ko samajh mein aaya ki Maan ke bina uska koi zindagi nahi hai… 

Dadi: I’m happy that even Maan realized that he too is on the same boat as you, woh utna achche se express nahi karte par unko bhi malum hai ki ab aap unki zaroorat ban gaye ho, Maan ko ab aap ke saath ki sakt zaroorat hai bete 

Geet: aaisa nahi hai Dadima, hummara pyaar ek tarfah nahi hai, hum donno ko bhi ek dusre ke saath ki zaroorat hai, mein ab unke bina ek life ko soch bhi nahi sakti 

Dadi: Maan is very lucky 

Geet: I’m more lucky, unke saath saath itne achche Dadi bhi jo mila hai mujhe 

Geet goes and hugs Dadi… 

Then they take a stroll around… 

Geet: how did you know about this place Dadima? 

Dadi: I came across a video on YouTube 

Geet: Dadima, you are not just the greatest but also the latest 

Dadi: what to do? Ab hummara duniya iss chota smart phone ke andar shrink ho gaya 

Geet: mein aagayi hoona, ab aap ko iss virtual world mein rehna nahi padega, hum aaise real world bhi goomenge 

Dadi: I like it 

Maan then gets to know that they have gone out…. 

Maan is more worried about Geet… 

Maan tries calling Geet and Dadi, but their mobiles are out of network coverage… 

Maan is scared…. Aaise kaise ho sakta? Ye donno aaise kahan gaye hai?

Maan calls Chandu, luckily he was inside network coverage, Maan finds out where they are..  

Maan asks Chandu to go and tell them that Maan wants them to return immediately… 

Chandu is about to leave when he is stopped from entering the premises… 

Chandi calls Maan and tells him about that… 

Maan: what? Aaise kaise ho sakta? 

Chandu: sir, yahan police aayi hai 

Maan: kya? What’s happening there Chandu? 

Chandu: woh log kuch nahi batha rahe hai sir 

Maan suspects that something terribly wrong is happening… 

Maan calls an acquaintance in the Delhi police department and finds out that there’s a bomb scare there… 

Maan rushes to the spot himself…. He is scared and he can’t imagine something bad could happen to Geet and Dadima, the only two people that he has got who are his only hope for him and Mansi… 

Geet ne kya sochke aaise kiya? 

Kabhi kabhi Maan ko gussa aatha ki Geet itna bhi laparwah kaise ho sakti… aakhir woh swarthi hi nikli… 

Usko Maan aur Mansi ko koi kadar nahi hai, aaise hai toh apna khyaal rakti, haina?  

Aaise condition mein Geet ko bahar jaana nahi chahiye, Maan is not ready for anymore loss in his life…. 

Ye Geet kabhi bhi Maan ki haalat ko nahi samajh payegi… 

Geet ne aaise loss ko experience nahi kiya haina? 

She doesn’t understand the value of life, she is still a child, stubborn and carefree, Maan is not complaining, but she should know that she has become an inevitable part of Maan’s life and she should at least care about Maan… 

Its easy to promise someone that you will be there for them forever, but it’s also important to fulfill the promise… what’s the use ot the promises that are made only to be broken in the middle? 

Maan reaches the place and he too is stopped by the police men… 

But Maan ignores their threats and goes in to search Geet and Dadima…. 

Its chaotic with everyone agitated hearing the news and running to save themselves… 

Maan has to move slowly to avoid hitting the people running towards safety… 

Maan is so scared that he has recollection of the past tragedy..  

How he had rushed Sam to the hospital and had to wait patiently in that dark hours of scary silence... those were   such terrifying moments of his life that he still can’t get over them… 

He could sense something bad like that about to happen again…. 

He is determined to defeat his fate this time… 

He will not be a mere spectator just like the last time… 

The he couldn’t do much for he is no medical expert, but now he has to just locate them and take them to safety… he is happy that at least he has an option this time around… 

Maan runs in madly….
