The sagayi has been planned at hoshiarpur…

Geet goes home a couple of days earlier itself….

Maan suddenly calls Geet and tells her that he is coming to visit the site and so wants to meet her….

Geet tells Maan that she has gone home for some local festival….

Maan is little disappointed but he can’t do much about that if Geet wants to go and have fun with her family…

Dadi calls Maan and says that she would like to go to hoshiarpur … she wants to visit their ancestral home for she is reminder of dadaji suddenly…. She also tells about the local festival…

Dadi puts up a great act that Maan had to agree to her wishes…

Maan too wishes that he could meet Geet in the mean time…. She is also at Hoshiarpur only know…

Dadi and Maan set out to Hoshiarpur the next day, early in the morning….

They reach hoshiarpur by 9:00 o’clock… Dadi insists that they go and visit the Handas first….

Maan is shocked to see the Handa home decorated like a shadi house…

Maan gets suspicious and asks Dadi what is really going on there…

Dadi tells him that he will find out once they get in…

Maan enters and he is welcomed by all the guests….

Geet’s friends go and inform her that Maan is here…

Geet comes out looking for Maan...

Maan goes up to meet Geet…

And once he goes to the terrace door, Geet comes in his way…

Geet stops looking at Maan… Maan is mesmerized by her beautiful looks as he keeps staring her for a while….

Geet: app aagaye? I was really worried

Maan: Geet, what’s all this? do you even know what is going on here?

Geet: Yes, I do

Maan: What?

Geet: this is our sagayi

Maan is shocked to hear that, he should have anticipated something like this after having turned into her true mangetar a long time back itself…. But he is reacting as if he has nothing to do with the turn of events….

Someway or the other, he is also responsible for Geet’s change of mind and her growing fondness for him…

Maan: have you lost it Geet? what are you trying to do? don't you know that everything is just a drama

Geet knows that this would be his reaction after hearing the news of the surprise sagayi… she agreed to this, even after knowing very well that Maan won’t be as much happy as she is…

Geet: I know, but what’s the harm in doing another drama for dadima’s sake?

Maan: you should have informed me about this

Geet: Dadi asked me not to tell you anything

Dadi ke saath saath Geet bhi Maan ko bahut achche se samajhne lagi hai…

Maan: But this is a very serious issue, then it won’t be within us anymore, if this sagayi happens then this relationship would go public

Geet: Why are you scared of going public?

Maan: Because this is foolish, you know this can't happen….

Geet: Why not?

Maan: I would never agree for this

Geet: What is wrong in it?

Maan: Everything, what about your decision of not getting married?

Geet: I didn’t want to get married then, but now I think I want to get married, because I have now realized that I can’t live without you

Maan: What rubbish?

Geet: I think I am in love with you, I want to marry you, I was wrong then, I have realized lately that I want to be with you forever

Maan: Are you out of your mind?

Geet: No, I know what I am saying and I mean every word

Maan: What has happened to you?

Geet: I don’t know, but what I do know is that these few months are the happiest months of my entire lifetime, I want this to continue

Maan: I think I have made a mistake by trying to help you

Geet: I never asked you to help me, it's all your fault that I am stranded in this mess

Maan: I know it’s all my fault

Maan is so agitated and helpless… he knows somewhere he is also responsible for all this….

Maan can’t deny the fact that Geet has started having feelings for him… but that’s what he was trying to avoid… he was slowly distancing himself from her, but that has only increased her yearnings…

Geet: When all this nakli mangetar idea was all yours, why are you now scared of this nakli sagayi so much?

Maan: because

Maan looks into her eyes… he can see the expectations and fairytale type dreams in them…

Geet keeps staring him in anticipation… she wants him to realize her love..

Maan: because everything has changed now

Geet: I’m happy that you too realized it, it’s nothing wrong in that, people change for the good

Maan: I didn’t mean to say that anything has changed for me, I haven’t changed my mind, and it will never change, I am always be against this marriage

Geet: but what about your heart? Doesn’t that beat for me at times even if it’s for a few seconds?

Geet gets closer and closer… she knows that Maan too is affected by her…

Maan: you are wrong, it’s just your imagination

Geet: no, I’m not wrong this time

Geet keeps moving forward…

Maan stops her by holding her shoulder…

Maan: Geet, ye sagayi nahi ho sakti toh nahi ho sakti, samjhi tum?

Geet: mujhe kuch samajhna nahi, mujhe ye sagayi karni hai, it’s all part of the deal that we made

Maan: I don’t think so, you are taking this for real

Geet: I very well know that all this is fake, please, let me be happy even if it's not real, I beg of you to continue this drama for some more time

Maan: I don’t think I can continue this anymore

Geet: Please think about dadima and about my studies, it's just a few more days before I could finish this course, you have helped me a lot Maan, please help me one last time I promise I won’t trouble you any more

Maan: you are insane Geet, I promise you that you won’t regret my decision ever

Maan is not going to be fooled this time, either by his unwanted feelings or by Geet’s sentiments… he is not ready to hurt her more… he is already feeling very guilty of playing with Geet’s feelings unknowingly….

Maan gets pissed off and he goes and stops the sagayi saying that he was not informed about it and as he already said, he would wait till Geet finishes her studies…

He openly says that he has also got some personal issues to deal with in the meantime…

As they all know about Maan’s personal problems to some extent they agree to wait…

Maan stops talking with Geet from that time…

Geet returns to college and tries to forget Maan, she decides to take her studies seriously and think about her career instead…

Geet works hard to retain her rank ask the college topper…

Geet’s exams are over and she is going home in a couple of days after the farewell…

Maan has been waiting for her exams to get over…

Maan comes to take Geet…

Geet is surprised to see Maan…

She is even more surprised when Maan tells her that he has come to take her..

Geet happily goes with him…

Maan takes her not to Delhi but to Shimla instead….

Maan takes her to a guest house and ask her to stay there while he goes out for a while…

And he comes back with a surprise, no, a shocker.... 

The reason behind his denial... .the reason that he has been bound by... 

His past that is still a part of his life...
