                  Part – 88

Maan keeps watching her from a distance….

She groans in pain and tries to turn to the other side… but she is too weak… the sister offers to help…

Maan stops the sister, he knows his Geet, she is lady MSK… if she says no once then it’s a no always… haina?

Maan asks the sister to wait outside…

Sister leaves…

Maan holds Geet and gently moves her to the other side…

Geet is comforted by his touch and she’ll heal soon, she has got her magical healer… she is unaware that her Maan is back, her caring and loving friend is back… she is still half unconscious…

Maan goes and sits beside Geet on the other side so that she can see him…

Maan: Geet, ye kya kar rahi ho tum?

Geet opens her eyes and looks at him hearing his voice…

She gets a boost seeing him, she wants to go hug him.. but will he be happy to hug her back?

She keeps staring him as if she is seeing him for the first time…

Maan: Geet, ye kaisi zidd hai?

Geet: aap ke zidd se zyada nahi

Maan: tum apne aap ko itna dard kyun deti ho, sister ko cooperate kyun nahi karti?

Geet: jo dard aap ne diya haina, uss ke aage ye kuch nahi hai

Geet looks deep into his eyes…

Maan is hurt… he can’t see her suffering…

Maan: sach mein tum pagal ho gayi ho Geet

Geet: aap yahan kyun aaye ho?

Maan: woh meri marzi hai, ab tum chup chap isse pijao

Geet: mujhe nahi chahiye, aap chale jao, mein nahi chahti mere wajhe se aap ko takleef ho

Maan: ye kaise batein kar rahi ho Geet?

Geet tries to get up to go to the restroom…

She can’t… she struggles hard…

Maan catches hold of her and tries to help…

Geet: mujhe koi nahi chahiye, mein apne aap ko sambal sakti, mein akhela reh sakti hoon

Maan puts his fingers on her lips… : chup bilkul chup

Geet keeps looking at him…

Maan lifts her and carries her to the restroom… he leaves her in, gets out and waits…

Geet tries to come out on her own… She hits the tub…

Maan hears the sound and quickly goes and brings her out…

He makes her sit on the bed, giving the pillows as a coshion for the back…

He makes her drink the juice..

He calls the nurse and makes her start the IV fluids then…

He asks the nurse to wait outside itself…

Geet falls asleep sitting…

Maan makes her lie down comfortably…

He sits beside her all night…

Geet turns towards him, catches hold of his hands and pulls it towards her… she tries to cling to his hand… .

Maan gets up and goes and sits close to her on the bed…

Geet tries to get closer to him… trying to get his warmth…

Maan lifts her head and places it on his lap…

He puts his hand around her and pats her back gently….

Geet falls asleep peacefully…

Maan too starts to sleep without any worries after a long time….

Next day Maan monitors Geet closely…

When the temperature sores high he tries to reduce it with the help of the ice bags…

Geet is sleeping mostly… she starts taking liquid food orally by Maan’s compulsion…

Maan is with her all the time…

Maan sends the nurse back…

Geet is getting better… but she is feeling the pain more now…

She couldn’t sleep that night due to severe body pain…

Maan presses her legs, hands, head and back to ease her pain .. .

Maan doesn’t get tired doing that… he knows that Geet is relieved and is able to sleep a little by that…

Geet asks him to take a break as she is feeling much better…. But Maan is not ready to listen…. He is used to taking care of Annie and Vicky whenever they fell sick…

Geet needed the attention desperately as she was missing Maan and his company badly…
