The next couple of times too Maan goes to Amritsar, visits the Sharmas and visits the site with Raksha…

When Raksha comes Maan asks Geet to accompany them to pretend that everything is fine between them…

Geet has become friends with Raksha in these days…

Raksha shares one or two childhood stories of Maan…

Geet is content with whatever he gets to know about Maan… she is happy to be able to connect with Maan somehow…

For that itself she accepted Raksha’s friendship… she also realized that Raksha has a candid personality and she is as real as she is… she openly talks her mind and is not afraid to show her fondness for Maan… Maan is comfortable with Raksha owing to her personality and there is nothing more than friendship between them…

Geet is ashamed how she doubted Maan… don’t know when she will realize about her own insecurities seeing Maan with someone else….

Maan doesn’t visit Beas even then…

Dadi gets suspicious and keeps pestering Maan that she wants to see Geet..

She asks Maan to bring Geet to Delhi for a week or two..

Annie also wants Geet to be around, she is feeling very low and lonely at times.. it know the mood swings at this time na?

Maan then decides to go and bring her back for the sake of Annie…

Dadi is right, Annie is always in a good mood when Geet is around, that is true even for him…

Maan decides to go to Beas finally….

Geet is in her room… Nanaji goes to see geet....

Geet: nanaji aap yahan? Aap bhulathe toh mein hi aathi aapse milne

Nanaji: koi nai puthar, humme bas aap se bahut zaroori baat karni thi

Geet: kya baat hai nanaji?

Geet thinks that it must be about Maan… nanaji must also be thinking why Maan didn’t come after he left her here that day…

Geet also knows that this is not her home, she can’t hide here forever…. Maan won’t come back… that’s for sure…

She was more happy staying with Maan at the OH than she is here…

It’s not that she doesn’t like to stay with her nanaji…

She always looked forward to the vacations as a child so that she could come here…

But now she has grown up and changed a lot, her likings and preferences have also changed with time…

After all these days of staying with Maan and knowing him more and more, she has kind of gotten used to his company…

Not to forget about his attention, which is what she is missing these days…

Maan doesn’t even call her and talk to her anymore, he limits his interactions to the official mails…

Before too there was not much personal conversation, but he did the talking with his eyes, his eyes keep following her wherever she would go and he will eventually be there when she needs him, she won’t have to look for him, he will already be there….

And also he won’t hesitate to point out her mistakes…

She looks forward to his criticism as much as she desires his appreciation…

She is missing all that…

She has realized her mistake of hurting Maan unnecessarily that night, she knows Maan is a pacca gentleman…. she feels like she has lost a true friend… at least that much value she gives Maan.. great!!!!

She has not been so much hurt before this… not even when her family curbed her wishes…

But how she is going to face Maan after all this…

She has wrongly blamed him and has been unnecessarily rude with him…

After knowing the truth she feels ashamed of herself and she is feeling really bad for now she realized how much she should have hurt Maan…

She doesn’t like to see him hurt like that… but the sad part is , she can only see his momentary pain while she is still oblivious of the deep pain he is in because of her….

Nanaji is worried to see Geet in pain… maybe Maan has hurt her…

Nanaji: mein ye kehna chahta hoon ki tumme ab chinta karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai puthar, ye tumnara hi ghar hai, tum kitne din chaho toh yahan reh sakti ho

Nanaji knows that Maan doesn’t want to take her home, but he doesn’t know the reason though…

Geet: par aap aaisa kyun kehte ho?

Nanaji is confused if they have made a mistake by getting her married against her wish.. maybe she was happier on her own.. she is too young and immature for such a huge responsibility as marriage…

That too Maan being so much older should have too many expectations from her.. poor Geet…

Nanaji: suno puthar, hum chahte hai ki aap ko koi zabardasti nahi hai ki app kissi ke liye bhi koi bhi samjautha karo, bhi yahi chahte haina? Hum aapse koi sawal nahi karenge, hum bas aapko kush dekhna chahte hai

Nanaji is pretty disturbed…

Geet is confused at the moment about what she really wants, what is her happiness? Or where is her happiness?

Geet doesn’t say anything….

Nanaji wants her to know that she is never alone…. She need not do anything that she hates, even if it’s the marriage…

Nanaji: hum bas yahi kehne aaye ki ab aapko kissi aur ki sahare mein jeena nahi hoga, hum bas apne lahdkiyon ko yahi azaadi dena chahte the, tummari didi toh nasamajh hai, aur uski kushiyan uss nalayak ke saath hi judi hai

Nanaji is saying that her didi is happy staying with her husband…. But that’s her choice… Geet is free of any such bondage…

Geet didn’t want this kind of total freedom… she just didn’t know about the value of companionship then.. life is not about independence only for anyone, if you think men are independent then why they need a woman in their lives at all?

Geet keeps asking herself what she really wants…

Nanaji ka kaam ho gaya… ab Geet ko azadi ka sacha matlab patha chal jayega…

Nanaji’s funda is “ if someone values something more than it’s actual worth, then give them that in abundance so that they know it’s true value”

If someone likes money give them unlimited access to money, they will learn that too much of anything is good for nothing… they will learn that you need everything in proper proportions to lead a happy life…

Geet will learn to set limits to her freedom so that she can find her true happiness, she will understand that freedom doesn’t bring her happiness always and her happiness evolves with herself..

Everyone is the master of their own happiness.. and it keeps varying every time… in the end, only people who are really concerned about your happiness matter, just like her nanaji…
