Next morning as they start their journey to Beas, Raksha opts to drive the car while Maan becomes her navigator… she is new to Indian roads and driving… Maan can’t risk it…

Raksha tends to move to the right when Maan keeps correcting her by holding the steering wheel mostly…

Geet is sitting on the rear seat if the SUV, but her eyes are on Maan and his hands…

Geet should also start to drive… she has a licence but no one let’s her drive…

She can do that… haina?

They reach Beas…

Now Geet should know the route to her Nana’s place better..

And moreover her Nana won’t be happy to see Geet traveling like some guest…

Maan takes over the driver’s seat and asks Geet to be his navigator…

Geet’s Nanaji lives alone in his haweli, Ranno is a single child and his wife is no more…

But he is like the head of their cluster and is an honorable man in the village…

As expected Nanaji has arranged a gala party of sorts to welcome his damadji who is coming to his place for the first time….

There is a bangra gang ready to welcome Maan and Geet…

As soon as they enter the premises loud music errupts and the bangra begins…

Aswin joins the party immediately and pulls Rohini and his daughter too to join the masti….

He has learnt a few steps at the wedding which he wants to showcase proudly… .

Nanaji too joins them… he is a tall macho man…

Some ladies from the extended family of nanaji receive their daughter and damadji with Aarthi…

Its all a new experience for Maan…

They have arranged a feast for lunch.. .

After lunch the guests leave and Nanaji starts telling about Geet’s childhood…

He tells the interesting story when Geet was about 5 or 6 years old…

Once when they were here for the festivities and Ranno’s cousin sister was also there..

She had a daughter of almost Geet’s age…

Ranno gave one of Geet’s dress for that girl to wear. .

Seeing that Geet started crying and wanted her dress back…

Ranno’s sister took it off from her kid and gave it back…

Everyone thought Geet wanted to wear that dress for Geet was not ready to wear anything else offered to her…

When Ranno tried to put the dress on Geet, she refused…

She was not ready to wear something that the other girl wore…

And she was not ready to wear anything else too…

She kept crying like that for more than an hour…

Her nanaji came and took her to the town to buy her a new dress when she stopped crying … .so the basic problem is her nanaji’s pampering…

Maan is just witnessing the possessive side of Geet…

Poor Maan, Geet is neither ready to accept him nor is happy to see him with anyone else…

Everyone bursts out laughing remembering that picture of hers, after getting to know the story behind it…. .

But Maan is not even smiling… he has already learnt his lessons after calling her a cry baby…

Geet is only looking for Maan’s reaction and Maan smartly escapes…

Nanaji asks Geet to take them on a tour of the haweli…

Geet takes them to each place and explains all the minute details… she avoided one room, that’s her room…

Maan is curious to know what’s behind that closed doors…

Maan: Geet ye kya kamra hai?

Geet: store room hai, purana kachra hai

She is not ready to open it…

After that Aswin and Ranno admire the place and congratulate nanaji for maintaining the old charm of the place while people tend to ruin them in the name of renovation…

Nanaji tells them that this belongs to Geet and she wants to keep it like this…

Everyone take leave thanking Nanaji… nanaji wants Geet and Maan to stay with him for a couple of days…

Maan: mujhe thoda kaam hai, phir kabhi aayenge

Geet: ji Nanaji

Maan: Geet, tum chaho toh rukh sakthi ho

Geet would love to but not now, she can’t afford to leave Maan alone na?

Geet instantly refuses… nanaji is only happy that Geet wants to be with her husband….

Nanaji: aap Geet ko phir kabhi lekhe aana

They all leave… on the way they stop for dinner…

Raksha and Maan skip dinner and take a stroll down the road…

Geet doesn’t like it at all… she is not in a mood to eat but had to give the old couple company…

That night Geet wants to ask Maan a million questions but her ego stops her… Maan has changed a lot after Raksha came…

Maan remains the same, only Geet is changing….

Geet goes to the room and waits for Maan, as Maan had to come back only after putting his bestie to sleep haina? Aane do unko aaj…

Maan comes expecting Geet to be sleeping…..

The usual stare from her welcomes him..

He switches off the lights… Geet goes and switches them on again…

Maan gets annoyed as he comes out the washroom and sees that the lights are on…

He goes and switches them off…

Geet goes and switches them on again…

Maan goes and switches them off and stands there itself this time…. .

As Geet comes to switch them on, Maan catches hold of her hands and stops her… .

Maan: what do you want Geet?

Maan looks into her anger filled eyes…

Geet doesn’t reply for she herself doesn’t know the answer…

Maan pulls her closer…

Maan: what’s wrong with you? Why are you behaving like this?

Geet: there’s nothing wrong with me, it’s all about you

Maan: what’s wrong with me?

Geet: you have changed, a lot

Maan: but why does that bother you in anyway?

Geet: because

Geet wants to say I’m your wife… but she can’t…

Maan: because what Geet?

Geet keeps looking at him in despair…

Maan pulls her even closer… .

Maan looks into her eyes…

Maan: these eyes, they always deceive me Geet, why are you doing this to me Geet? What’s did I do to deserve this?

Geet goes speechless… she can’t see the pain in his eyes…

Why is he hurt? He is only hurting me?

Maan: answer me Geet? Why are you upset seeing me with another girl?

He doesn’t mention Raksha for he doesn’t want to degrade his friendship with her…

Geet: because

Again Geet is at loss of words…

Maan: why is that these beautiful eyes always keep searching for me?

Maan tightens his hold…

Maan in his husky tone…

Maan: jawab do Geet

Geet can’t continue looking into his eyes for she has no answers for their demands ..

Geet burries her head into his torso and slowly embraces him…

Geet: I don’t know

Maan hugs her tight….

Maan: I know Geet, you need not say anything more

Geet: don’t leave me ever

Maan: I won’t

They are lost in each other’s arms…
