Next day …

The Sharmas are coming for lunch….

Maan is in a hurry to leave for KC..

Geet is with Annie and Dadi comes in search of Geet as she was not there when Maan was having his breakfast…

Dadi: Geet, aap yahan hai?

Geet: haan Dadima, kya baat hai?

Dadi: Maan was looking for you earlier

Geet is very sure that Dadima is lying…

Geet: Annie didi called me Dadi

Dadima: aap ne Maan ko bathaya na?

Geet: kya Daima?

Dadi: yahi ki Aswin and Rohini are coming here and not KC

Geet didn’t know that…

Geet: kya? Mujhe toh patha bhi nahi

Dadi: I thought you knew

Geet: I’m just hearing it

Dadi: toh apne bhi Maan ko nahi bathaya?

Geet: it’s ok Dadi, I’ll text him

Dadi: you can catch him if you hurry, he wouldn’t have left yet

Dadi wants Geet to tell Maan in person…

Geet rushes to stop Maan… Maan is always fast so Geet had to race to catch him…

Geet shouts as she nears him…

“Rukho rukho”…

Maan turns and bang, Geet dashes into him straight away…

Maan holds her and stops her from falling…

Maan is angry that she could have got hurt…

Maan: what’s the hurry Geet?

Geet: aaj lunch ko jaldhi aajana

Maan would have loved to hear that if she were saying that as his rightful wife…

But Maan knows that she is just a messanger of dadi….

Maan: tell Dadima that i can’t come for lunch, I have a lot of work

Maan answers Dadi’s messanger and not his wife…

Geet: woh log toh yahan aa rahe hai

Maan: kaun?

Geet: uncle ji

Maan: thanks for the information

Maan just walks off….

How rude?

Geet shouts… “you wasted your thanks, it belongs to Dadima”

Geet is also equally shrewd…

Maan doesn’t bother to respond her and ignores her shouts…

Geet is mad at him for that…

The Sharmas arrive….

Rohini gets Dadi’s ashirwad by touching her feet…

Geet gets the clue from her…

Geet greets them and gets their blessings by touching their feet…

Rohini: kush raho beta

Aswin: no formalities Geet, get up

Rohini: hare, Geet se apna sanskaar seekho aap, wahan rehke sab kuch bhool gaye ho

Rohini likes Geet very much…

Rohini: congrats Annie

Annie: thanks aunty

Rohini gives a gift hamper full of Annie’s favorite chocolates and grooming products…

Rohini then gives a pair of watches to Geet… Rolex hai… special couples edition…

Aswin: Maan kahan hai?

Dadi: he has gone to office

Aswin: lucky him

Rohini turns and stares Aswin..

Rohini: Geet, tumne aaj Maan ko jaane kaise diya? Usko patha haina ki hum aarahe hain?

Geet: haan aunty, meine rokha unko, par mere baat ko kahan sunthe hai woh?

Rohini: aane do usse, mein usko teek karthi hoon, usko abhi bhi lagtha hai ki woh bachelor hai

Dadi: that’s what I was waiting for, let him come

Rohini: Geet, Maan ko call karke abhi bhulao

Geet: abhi?

Rohini: haan abhi

Geet tries to get to a safe place to call Maan…

Rohini: hare, yahi se call karo, hum bhi dekhna chahte hai ki woh kadhoos abhi sudar gaya ki nahi

Annie: bhai toh waise hi waise hai, bhabhi has failed to take charge

Rohini: mein aagayi hoona, tum fikar mat karo Geet, Ab se Maan tummare mutti mein rahega

Geet calls Maan…

Geet: halo, aap kab aa rahe ho?

Rohini: aaise nahi chalega, usse poocha ki abhi tak woh wahan kya kar raha hai

Geet: aap abhi tak wahan kya kar rahe ho?

Maan: Geet, agar tumme patha nahi toh jaanlo ki log office mein kaam karthe hai

Geet: aaise bhi kya kaam hai? sara kaam wait kar sakta hai, aap aajao jaldhi

Rohini is proud of Geet…

Rohini: that’s good

Maan: tumme ho kya gaya hai?

Geet: aapne suna nahi meine kya kaha? Ghar aajao

Geet cuts the call… she can’t continue further like this… she is little scared of Maan…

Maan calls back…

Geet doesn’t know what to do…

Aswin comes to her rescue..

Aswin: Maan haina? Lo mein usse baat kartha hoon

Aswin takes the call…

Maan: tum samjhthe kya apne aap ko Geet?

Aswin: Maan, mein bhi shuru mein aaise hi baat kartha tha, ab toh tummare aunty ka naam bhi nahi le saktha

Maan: uncle, aap log kab aaye?

Aswin in a whispering tone..” tum Geet se naraz mat hona, that was your anuty speaking and not Geet, she is a good girl”

Maan: aunty kaise hai?

Aswin: tum kudh aake dekhlo

Maan: I’m coming

Maan has to come now… or else Rohini will get angry with him… she is like a bua to Maan… she takes her own rights which everyone likes about her…
