Geet keeps staring Maan as he continues to drive faster and faster….

Geet doesn’t understand what he wants to do now and where they are heading….

Even Maan doesn’t know the answers…..

Dadi just calls… dadi always calls at the right time…

Dadi: Maan, I’m asking you for the last time, where is Geet? I’m going to call the commissioner

Maan: dadi, she is here

Dadi is not ready to believe whatever Maan says…

Dadi: put her on the phone

Maan gives the mobile to Geet….

Dadi: Geet beta

Geet: ji Dadima

Dadi sighs in relief…

Dadi: where are you beta?

Geet looks around… it’s like a jungle…. .

Geet: I don’t know

Dadi: what?

Dadi is shocked… .

Maan snatches the phone from Geet…

They have come a long way from Delhi… almost reached Chandigarh….

Maan: Dadi, we are in Geet’s college as I said

Dadi: but Maan, you never told me that you are going there

Maan: dadi, it was an emergency, I had to come

Maan has learnt to lie?

Dadi: Geet teek toh haina?

Maan: ji Dadi

Maan looks at the time.. it’s 7 pm…

Dadi: where will you stay?

Maan: why?

Dadi: it’s too late to drive back Maan, I don’t want you take risk

Very clever dadi .. she is giving them one night to think….

Maan: I’ll see

Dadi: Maan, I should remind you that you are not single now, you can’t just think of staying in your sloppy tents anymore, I order you take good care of my bahu, samjhe aap?

Maan looks at Geet and Dadi is right….

He can’t keep roaming as he wishes with Geet alongside…

Its not safe for her… sure he is capable of taking care of her, but still…

Maan: ok Dadi, I’ll arrange a stay

Dadi: have a good time

Dadi cuts the call….

Maan pauses and thinks for a moment…

Geet: where are we going?

Maan: no where

Geet: what?

Maan: I’m afraid we have to stay for the night somewhere near

Geet: thanks to you

Geet takes out her mobile and looks for options…

Geet: look, is it good enough for you?

She shows a hotel … not a star range hotel, for that they have to go to Chandigarh itself… but a decent one…

Maan: if it’s good for you then no problem for me

Geet books it…

Geet: you owe me 2000 bucks

Maan: what?

Geet: I have paid

Geet keeps her mobile on the holder with the map…

It is in some small remote area and they are going thru very small by-lanes… Maan wonders if it is the right place to stay… .

Maan turns and looks at Geet suspicious…

Maan: are you sure we can stay here?

Geet: it’s a OLA room, that’s the best we could get in thus jungle

Geet sarcastically blames Maan…

At the hotel…

Geet has booked a double room with separate beds…

Maan is happy with that…

Both try to sleep but could not…

Maan: do you ever think before you do anything?

Geet: what?

Maan: I really don’t understand

Geet: why do you bother?

Maan: because I’m the one suffering

Geet: it was your call, no body pushed you into this

Maan: so you are always right

Geet: I didn’t say so, I’m learning though

Maan: I don’t think so

Geet: what?

Maan: you need a basic IQ to first realize that you made a mistake, and you don’t even think of learning anything, I don’t understand how you managed like this all these years

Geet: you are the expert in identifying other’s mistakes

Maan: I have to do it on a daily basis, I’m a business man

Geet: so you should know all the solutions too

Maan is silent…

Geet: what happened? Maan Singh Khurana is short of brains?

Maan: I don’t accept another problem as a solution for any problem, I already have enough problems

Maan raises his head and looks at Geet… that’s what she keeps doing…

Geet: I’m not here on my will

Maan: for whatever reasons, we are now married

Geet: fake married

Maan: ok fake married

Geet: so

Maan: you want freedom from your family and I want my family’s happiness

Geet: that’s why we are here

Maan: so let us do it until we find another solution

Geet: it’s fine for me

Maan: good

Geet looks at him sarcastically…

Maan: what now?

Geet: we are back to square one, we already were in this arrangement only, you were only responsible for all this trouble

Maan: so it’s again me?

Geet: aur nahi toh kya? Pehle se hi mujhe patha hai ki mein kya kar rahi hoon, but you are always uncertain, you are a confused soul

Maan thinks how funny it is that she still thinks that she knows everything and she is the smartest person on earth, while the reality is just the opposite…

Geet shrugs her shoulder and Maan can’t take his eyes off her….

Maan turns to the other side immediately….

They are back in Delhi…

Dadi is happy to see Geet back..

Dadi: Maan ne aapko pareshaan toh nahi kiya na?

Geet doesn’t understand…

Geet: nahi

Dadi: agle bar koi bhi problem ho toh aap humme bathao

Geet: aaisa kuch nahi hai

Dadi: aaj ke badh aap humse bathaye bina kahin nahi jayenge, samjhe aap

Ye dadi ko kya ho gaya? Ye Darjhi jaise kyun baat kar rahe hai?

Geet: ji Dadima, mein didi se milke aathi hoon

Geet escapes…

Maan is off to KC…

Maan comes back late and goes to his room in the mansion… it’s locked…

Maan calls Nakul… Nakul says that the keys are with Dadima…

Maan goes to Dadi…

Maan: Dadima Dadima

Dadi: kya hua Maan? Aapki biwi phir gayab ho gayi kya?

Maan: daadi

Dadi: kyun chilathe ho? Geet OH mein hi hai, jaao apne biwi ke paas

Maan: why did you lock my room?

Dadi: Maan, now it’s not just your room, it’s Geet’s room too

Maan: what?

Dadi: I think we should renovate it to her choice, that’s why I locked it for renovation, kal se kaam shuru hoga, I talked to Adi about it

Maan: but Dadi, all my things

Dadi hurries: are in the OH.. bechari Geet was arranging your things all day, she must be tired, haven’t you met her yet

Maan: nahi

Dadi: Maan, for god’s sake you are married, go now

Maan leaves…

So it’s back to square one as Geet already said…

Maan goes to the OH…

Geet is fast asleep on the couch…

Maan finds his belongings neatly set in their respective places…

Geet has done a great job…

His nakli biwi has all the qualities to knock him over, but she is just a temporary guest…

Maan comes out of his thoughts and reminds himself that he is not here to get hurt again… .

He immediately realizes his mistake… he is not going to give attention to her.. .she is here for his family… for him she doesn’t exist…
