Next day they have to fly back to Delhi…

Maan is up early and has packed his things…

Maan leaves to go and have his breakfast …

Geet is surprised to see only Maan’s belongings ready to check out…

Geet quickly gets ready…

Maan comes back….

Geet: kahan gaye the aap?

Maan just ignores her …

Geet: Dhust Danav, aaise koi kissi ko akhele chodke jaatha hai kya?

Maan: breakfast service is about to close

Maan says it facing the other side…

Geet looks at the wall that Maan is facing…

Geet: aapne suna nahi deewar ji? Aapko bhook lagi toh jaldhi jaake khana, teek hai, mujhe bhook nahi hai

Maan then calls room service and orders sandwiches and coffee….

Maan: I’m going to Delhi

Geet: when is the flight?

Maan: you can stay back with your boyfriend and come back later

Geet: what?

Maan: I’ve informed the front desk and you can stay here itself as long as you wish

Geet is shocked to hear that, what does he even mean to say?

Geet: mein yahan kya karoongi?

Maan: woh toh tum apne boyfriend se poochna

Geet: I’m not staying back

Maan is only happy to know that….

Geet starts packing her stuff in a hurry…

Geet: mein yahan kyun rahoongi?

Geet is talking to herself… it seems like that…

Maan is not in a mood to argue with her….

Geet stays close to Maan fearing that he would leave her and go…

Maan pretends as if she is not there…

Poor Geet didn’t expect Maan to meet Dev so soon…

But Maan is over reacting as if they are the idle husband and wife while Dev is the ex-lover…

Maan married to save his reputation while Geet married to buy her some time until Dev is ready for marriage and family life…

Back in Delhi…

As soon as they enter the OH…

Maan turns towards Geet…

Geet is happy that Maan finally wants to say something to her…

Maan: pack your things Geet

Geet: where are we going?

Maan: not we, only you are going

Geet: where?

Maan: where ever you want to go

Geet: aap ka matalab?

Maan: forget about whatever happened, I have forgot everything, you are free to live your life as you wish, you are no more bound by this relationship, I promise you that I’ll get the divorce papers ready as soon as possible

Geet: but where would I go?

Geet is little scared…. Though she talks about her independence all the time, she has never been on her own…

Maan: I don’t want you to stay here anymore

Geet: why? What about my job?

Maan: you are fired

Geet: you can’t do that

Maan: I can do whatever I want, I’m Maan Singh Khurana

Though Maan is saying that to save his ego, his confidence is shaken that he is not in a position to get things done his way which is a first time for him….

Geet: is that so?

Maan: yes, it is

Geet: you may have fired me from the job, but you can’t deny the fact that I’m still your wife until divorce

Maan gets furious…

What right has she to ca herself his wife?

Marriage is not a ceremony or a legal partnership deal like many people think, it’s a lifelong commitment to be a part of someone’s life no matter what….

That’s why Maan was not ready to get committed for he is a man of words… he gives everything to stand by his words…. He didn’t take the vows of marriage just for the sake of it… he made up his mind to be a dutiful partner as soon as he said yes for the wedding…

Maan: don’t say such sacred words like wife or marriage Geet, those things are out of the understandings of your feeble mind

Geet: I don’t care about what you think, I’m not going anywhere and that’s final

Annie just hears about Geet’s return and comes to meet her….

Annie: Geet Geet, where are you?

Both of them stop their fights as soon as they hear Annie’s voice….

At least something is common between them still, the Khurana parivaar….

Geet has specially got attached to Annie….

Geet runs to see Annie….

Geet: didi, why did you take the trouble to come here? I was about to come myself

Annie: I really missed you Geet

Geet goes and hugs Annie…

Geet: I’m that at least you care about me

Geet keeps staring at Maan while saying that….

Annie: halo bhai

Maan: Annie, sab teek haina?

Annie: haan bhai, you need not worry about anything now, Geet haina

Maan doesn’t know what to say…. Poor Annie still doesn’t know anything about Geet…

Annie: Geet, aao mere saath, bhai, I think you won’t mind

Maan gets angry with himself for his helplessness….

Annie is eagerly waiting to hear stories from Geet…

She takes Geet to her room…

Geet: Annie didi, how are you? Aur bachu kaisa hai?

Annie: sab teek hai, tum bathao, did you enjoy a lot in Mumbai?

Geet: hmm, I enjoyed a lot

Annie: did bhai surprise you?

Geet thinks for a while…

Maan didn’t surprise her but she did surprise him by going out with Dev…

Geet: I gave a little surprise to your bhai

Annie: that’s awesome Geet, bhai will have to learn a lot from you I think

Geet: that’s true

Geet is only thinking about Maan totally acting indifferent with her….

Geet: didi aap aaram karo, mein jaathi hoon

Annie: haan haaan, bhai must be waiting

Annie teases Geet….

Geet leaves to the OH…

Geet goes and looks for Maan but he is not in the OH…

Maan has gone to his old room at the mansion…

Geet keeps waiting for him the whole evening and falls asleep being tired of her endless waiting….

Maan doesn’t come back and stays at the mansion itself…
