Maan is a confused soul now… 

The woman whom he believed to be in love with him till this morning says that she is in love with someone else… 

This does make a deep dent in Maan’s steel heart though… 

Geet on the other hand is unaware of why Maan married her… 

She has her own perspective which she believes is the truth…

Both of them are ignorant of the other’s reality… 

Maan wants to know the truth however hard it may hit him… 

Maan is not the one to run away from the truth… 

He has learnt to accept the uncertainties of life in a hard way at a very tender age… 

He is not new to all this… 

But he has every right to know what his beloved wife is thinking about him and their relationship… if there is any!

Maan gets ready to listen Geet’s version of the story before jumping into conclusions… 

Geet too wants to prove that she is not at fault… 

Geet narrates her wedding story which will surpass every fairy tale that anyone can imagine…. 

Geet: you know, when Darji started talking about your rishta with everyone, behind my back, I wanted to tell you everything about myself  somehow so that you would back off

Maan wonders what stopped her from telling him the truth then...

Geet has the answer for that too Mr.MSK... 

Geet continues….. 

Geet: As soon as I knew that you were coming to see me I googled everything about you and sent you those pics on instagram…

Geet sent her pics with her boyfriend to stop the marriage just like she did earlier…

But Maan is not active on social media and his account is an official one handled by his business team only… 

Geet doesn’t know about that…

Geet: I thought you would also run like that stupid Daman after you see those pictures, but you decided to marry me anyhow

Maan: fine, then why did you marry me Geet?

Maan is still not ready to accept that he too has been a part of the misunderstanding… 

He still wishes to believe what dadi said… . 

He has fallen hard and is hopeless… 

Geet: b’coz I’m also selfish, I had my reasons just like you

Maan knows very well that Geet has no idea about the reason behind Maan’s decision to marry Geet…. 

His giant ego wouldn’t let him disclose the ugly truth that he foolishly believed that Geet loved him all this time…. 

He has to first find out why the stupid girl married him first of all…. She was not willing to marry him anyway… 

That itself has left him devastated… 

Maan: what would that be?

Geet: my family was hell bound to  get me married off to any xyz after they found out about Dev, my boyfriend

Geet starts telling about her love affair with Dev… 

Though Maan is not interested in her love affair, he had to listen to it unfortunately… 

How would we know Geet’s story otherwise? … 

Back to the past….

At Geet’s college…

Geet is in her third year and she didn’t meet Dev till then… 

Dev is from Chemical department and she hardly had any chance to meet him..

But in the third year they went to a youth meet where Geet and Dev were part of the group that went to Manali representing their college…

Dev was a final year student then, one year senior to Geet… 

Both participated in most of the events and won many prizes for their college and they were the overall champions of the meet…

Dev won the best entertainer for his dancing skills while Geet was crowned Miss Smiling beauty of the event… 

Then they got to know each other… 

That is when cupid started playing in their life… 

Sorry, it’s not just a single cupid but a bunch of them….
