At KC…..

Adi: congrats Geet, you rocked it

Pinky: Geet, congrats, toh mera treat kab hai?

Geet is happy to that her work is being appreciated…

Still she needs special appreciation from a special person…

Geet: tu hamesha khane ki baat hi karo

Adi knows why is Geet little annoyed…

Adi: Geet, Maan sir also liked it very much

Geet: woh dusron ki kaam ka kadar hi nahi karthe hai, unko bas unka kaam hona chahiye jaise bhi

Adi: ha ha ha ha ha, that’s a good point Geet, Maan sir ko sirf kaam se matlab hai

While Geet is busy complaining about her Maan sir, Maan is looking forward to meet Geet alone….

Maan waits for her in the cabin…

After a while he loses his patience and comes out looking for Geet…

Everyone is scared for Maan comes out of his cabin only for emergency… that too if there is something wrong…

As Maan keeps looking around everyone he sees is really scared as hell as if they have done something terrible to face Maan’s wrath…

Maan finds Geet at the reception talking with Pinky..

Maan: Geet, come to the cabin

Maan’s tone suggests that he is in a pretty good mood…

The whole staff sighs in relief that they are spared …

All eyes are now on Geet…

Geet looks at Pinky and Pinky is blinking…

Maan won’t move unless Geet comes with him…

Geet is puzzled and is trying to ask Adi what’s the matter…

Adi is scared of Maan and he signals Geet to go fast…

Maan: Adi, Geet doesn’t need a translator, I think she can understand my words

Adi: ha ha ha ha ha ha

Pinky: jao Geet, please

Even Pinky is scared for Geet is going to ask her next …

Geet walks with him to the cabin…

As they reach Maan’s table Maan asks Geet to sit …

Geet: jaldhi bathao kya baat hai, mujhe jaana hai

Maan: Geet, I think this is your cabin and you should be staying here only

Geet: I’ve finished my work and now I can do whatever I want

Geet talks to herself…

Itna achcha kaam kiya hai toh appreciate karne ki koi jarurat nahi hai, par kam se kam dhaant toh nahi dethe … DD…

Maan: what?

Geet: it’s nothing, I’m going to my desk

Geet gets up when Maan suddenly stands and stops her by holding her hand..

Geet turns back and stares him…

Maan takes off his hand…

Maan: what’s the hurry Geet?

Geet: you said I’m escaping from my work, I’m going to work

Maan: not now, I said why do you run out always?

Geet: I can’t survive without taking to anyone like you, I need to share my feelings with my friends

Maan: am I not your friend? Why don’t you talk to me?

Geet: but you don’t talk to people at all

Maan: but I talk with you Geet

That’s true…

Geet keeps looking at him in astonishment…

Maan: you really did a wonderful job at the meeting Geet, I just wanted to congratulate you for the great job, you made KC proud today Geet, I’m really happy now

Geet is actually waiting for Maan’s appreciation… she is happy only after hearing that Maan did like her work…

Geet: thank you Maan sir

Maan: I should be thanking you Geet, for whatever you have done for me

Geet: that’s my job, I just did it

Maan: I meant what you did yesterday, I was worried that Annie won’t be able to stay with us but for you no one can convince Payal aunty

Maan is little emotional now… his family matters everything for him and Geet has realized it in the short time she spent with him…

Geet: Annie didi is like my own sister, I knew she wants to stay with her family

Maan: I thought you are too young to understand all this, but you surprised everyone, even dadi is so happy

Geet: I know b'coz I have seen my sister, when Pari didi got pregnant we went to bring her home…

Geet recalls the past…

Geet: her saas didn’t want to send her to Hoshiarpur as it had little medical facilities, but maa fought with them that every girl has the right to stay with her mother at such times, though Annie didi doesn’t have her mother, no one has the right to deny the fact that she too deserves to be with her family at this time, haina?

Maan couldn’t believe that Geet who is so naïve and carefree is actually so understanding and sharp …

Maan: you are so right Geet, Annie has got all of us, Dadima, me and you

Geet: haan, hum sab haina, that’s what I tried to tell her in-laws, and they also understood

Maan: thanks again Geet

Geet: are you going to keep thanking me all day or can I go back to work now?

Maan smiles and let’s her go …
