Geet is worried that Maan is in trouble and she has created unnecessary problem for him...

She realises her mistake and immediately calls Maan...

Maan was worried that Geet didn't respond to his calls....

He picks up as if he was waiting for her call....

Maan: Geet, is everything alright? Why didn't you pick up the phone? 

Maan is super concerned and just couldn't stop thinking about Geet's safety...

Geet can feel it from his broken tone...

Geet: I'm sorry

Maan is worried even more...

Maan: Geet, where are you? Where is Adi?

Geet: I'm fine

Maan relaxes a bit...

Maan: what's wrong Geet?

Geet: I didn't know about the trouble

Maan: it's OK Geet, you go home and don't worry about all this, I'll take care of it

Geet: what happened? 

Maan: it's nothing to worry about, you don't stress yourself

Geet: you said you'll let me join work, then I should also know what happened, haina? 

Maan knows that she won't stop until she knows what's wrong...

Maan likes how she is also trying to help out....

Maan narrates the matter to her....

Maan settled the contract workers problem by giving them what they demanded as he had not made any deals with the contractor about the wages prior to hiding them, it's actually his fault too as he was not able to think clearly then, with the sudden shadhi drama, and so he had no choice but to pay them what they demanded....

This news spread to the others and now the KC workers think that this is injustice to them as they are not paid that much though they are loyal KC members...

Geet: they are raising a valid point, we should hear from them patiently

Maan: I'm on it, you go home first

Geet: yes yes, I'm on my way

Geet cuts the call and urges Adi to take her to the site where the trouble started

Adi: but Maan sir asked me to take you home

Geet: didn't you see I was just speaking to Maan and he wants us to go talk to the others on the site

Adi believes her and takes her to the Gurgaon site...

It's chaos at the site as everyone is having a different view and the work has been halted....

Adi asks Geet to wait in the car while he goes and enquiries why the work has been stopped...

Maan has lost his cool and warned to fire everyone who is protesting...

So now all the workers go on a strike in support of those who are protesting....

Adi tells Geet what has happened....

Adi: I don't think it's good to go in

Geet: don't worry Adi sir

Adi: ma'am

Geet: just call me Geet, now I'm one among them, a KC employee, do as I say

Geet asks Adi not to reveal her identity...

Adi had to agree for the fear of facing Maan's wrath....

Geet just goes and joins the women sitting there and chatting...

They all look at Geet suspiciously...

Geet introduces herself as a newly recruited site engineer and its her first day at KC...

She feels bad about her entry being so unlucky for everyone...

They all try to cheer her up saying that they are happy to have her to make the women's team proud... They are having a woman boss for the first time...

Geet slowly asks them about their problems...

They say that it's nothing about them but the male workers who are demanding unreasonably...

Generally women are paid less and Geet proposes that actually women's wages should be raised instead...

Women too feel the same for their men would only spend any money on liquor and gambling while the women's money is used to run the family....

Geet promise that she would talk to the boss about their wages if only they help her end this strike now...

Geet tells them that being KC workers they get paid even when there is minimal or no work at times irrespective of their working hours...

She also tells them how they get full family members covered under the medical insurance...

And also how their boss is always kind enough to help them at times of need....

Geet assures them that their Maan sir will directly talk with them and they can seek justice for the gender bias....

The women are convinced that Geet is serious and she understands them better.....

The women start thinking and go and talk to the men...

Geet waits there with Adi while Maan calls Adi...

Maan: Adi, where are you? Has Geet reached KM?

Adi panics hearing that...

Adi: nahi sir, Geet is here

Maan starts shouting Adi hearing that...

Maan: Adi, can't you do anything properly? Where is Geet?

Adi: we are here only sir

Maan: Adiiiiiiii

Adi: Gurgaon sir

Maan: what are you doing there? I heard there is more problems there

Adi: yes sir

Maan: have you gone mad? Why did you take Geet there?

Adi: Geet sir, aap sir

Adi fumbles....

Maan: stay with Geet, don't go anywhere else, I'm coming

Maan reaches Gurgaon in an hour...

Everyone is surprised to see Maan at the site...

Maan rarely visits the sites.....

Now they believe that Geet can be trusted as Maan is here as Geet said...

Maan goes in search of Geet...

Geet is having tea with them...

Maan gets angry that Geet has made it a joke creating unnecessary problem while he is already having more than enough problems...

Maan: Geet, what are you doing here?

Geet casualty replies... : Working Maan sir

Maan looks at her tea cup...

Geet shows it to him...

Geet: it's tea break sir

Maan: Geet, ye kya tamasha hai?

Geet: I'm not kidding, I have already started doing my job, of you don't believe, then ask them

The women support Geet.... Haan sir

Geet: chai piyoge?

Maan stares Geet....

Maan: I don't want your chai, come on, let's go

Geet: Maan sir ko coffee hi pasand hai

Maan: Geet, chalo

Geet: pehle aap hummare baat ko suno, haina behnon?

Chorus: ji sir

Maan: now what?

Geet: we demand a pay hike, it's not fair that you pay us so less just because we are women

Maan looses his temper as Geet's playfulness is getting out of control...

Maan keeps staring her...

Geet winks and asks him to join her act....

Maan can't scold her in front of everyone....

Maan: hum badh mein baat karenge

Geet: aap log aapke aadmi se baat karo, mein Maan sir se baat karthi hoon

Geet takes Maan away from that place...

Maan: what's wrong with you Geet? What's all this nonsense?

Geet: I'm trying to help you

Maan: who asked your help? The best help you could have done is to stay out of this mess, but no, you can't even do that

Geet: I'm sorry, I quit

She goes and sits in the car....

Adi comes running to Maan...

Adi: sir, they have withdrawn the protest

Maan: what?

Adi: sir, Geet has won, her plans worked

Maan: Adi, have you also gone crazy?

Adi: no sir, just wait

Adi calls a couple of the workers...

They come and apologize for their mistakes and they tell Maan that they they know the value of being a KC employee... They'll start work right away and are even ready to come early the next day to compensate the loss of work

Maan can't believe what's happening...

Adi tells Maan how Geet smartly targetted the women who are less than 20% of the work force yet they managed to convince the men....

Women would be happy by a small hike in their wages while that would not be heavy on the budget too...

Maan is impressed and he asks Adi to take his car while he'll take Geet home....
