“Thank you...Anuj!” .stressing on her words to convey her gratitude, she took a deep sigh and closed her eyes as if to put an end to the mad rush of thoughts in her head.
Driving back after a very long and eventful evening at the Shahs, Anu was mentally drained and so was he, but all her worries and complaints faded away when she glanced to her side and was reassured of the presence of the man sitting next to her.
He had been her rock, stood by her in all her endeavours, supported her in everything she did be it right or wrong, cause he believed she could never do any bad. He took a stand for her and protected her unabashedly, now that the world knew what he felt for her, he had no qualms in voicing his concern when it came to Anupama, his Anu.
His love for her knew no bounds and he promised himself to be there for her through thick and thin. He would go to any length to guard her and could turn into the Anuj Kapadia people feared.
And though it wasn’t their wedding that day, he had said his vows out loud and clear....
