Arnav Singh Raizada – the name says it all.

 

More days passed after Zeenia came to ETF office. None has asked about her to Riya, neither Shree or Chotu. They thought if she wanted to talk about it, she will. Rathore and Arjun were equally puzzled about all that, but they also kept themselves silent, as they had'nt yet developed so much relation with her.

But Zeenia stole arjun's heart. He wanted to ask so much about her, but could'nt.he was surely frustrated, but his male ego!!!

One day, when the terrific trio, Shree- Riya – Chotu was busy gossiping and Arjun was busy with his indifference, Rathore entered  into the office. He motioned everyone to gather at conference room.all gathered and Rathore started.

''Guys, pack your bags.we have to go to Delhi.'' 

Everyone looked at others, and Arjun was surprised.he gave a quizzical look to Rathore.

''par achanak Delhi kyu sir?'' asked chotu.

''kitne din ke liye?'' riya asked worriedly.

''guys, its for a case, ofcourse. Shayad 2- 3 din lage. Pack your bags as soon as possible. We are leaving this afternoon.'' He ordered and left the room.

After some hour, they took their flight for delhi.  they reached delhi airportand got their luggage. they found Rathore was talking to some person.he looked at them and rathore turned.

''guys, we have to go with them.''  They all followed him and outside the airport, a limo was waiting for them. ( i  hope iss baar to upload ho jaye...)

''wow. Yeh to sirf filmon mein hi hota hain. Kahin ye sapna to nahi?'' chotu said in a dazed voice.

''nahi, yeh sach hain.'' Shree hardly stopped from jumping, while arjun glared at them.

They all sat in the limo and went toward….unknown.

''Rathore, tumne bataya nahi hum yahan par kyu hain?'' arjun asked.

''arnav singh raizada.'' He answered. All were surprised.

''Raizada? The famous businessman?'' riya asked.

''yes. Who aur main ek doosre ko jante hain. Usske ghar mein ek problem ho gayi hai, that's why ussne….'' He didn't complete as chotu jumped between his words.

''wow, sir. Raizada se dosti???? Aap ke to uche logon ke saath jaan pehchan hai.''  Rathore smiled at him and said , '' usski maa aur meri mom achhi dost thi, so we knew each other. Hum dost nahi hain, he is too different from me.''

''what was the problem?''  the khadoos arjun asked him. Impatient.

''arnav ke jiju, matlab usski behen , anjali di ke husband ka khoon ho gaya hain. Aur police anjali di ko suspect kar rahe hain.'' Rathore started. ''Shyam, I mean arnav ke jiju, 2^nd floor ke terrace se gir gaye the.yeh kal ki baat hain. Uss waqt di, I mean anjali bhi terrace par maujud thi.unke chikhne se hi sab logon ne dekha ki jiju…'' Rathore stopped.

''police investigate kar ke anjali ko suspect kar rahi hain?'' arjun asked.

''haan.aur di , I mean anjali uss ke baat puri tarah shock mein chali gayi hain.kuch bhi bol nahi rahi hain.kisi bhi chees pe respond nahi kar rahi hain.its making it all quite difficult.and ghar mein koi aisa maan hi nahi sakta ki di ne aisa kiya hai. Who jiju ko bhagwan ki tarah manti hain.woh aisa kar hi nahi sakti.'' Rathore ended, very tensed.

Arjun thought to himself, ''rathore pehle se hi suspect ko protect karne ki koshish kar raha hain.yeh baad mein problem na bane.''

They reached raizada house, which popularly known as shantivan.they entered the big house and found the members of the family gathered at the hall.

Rathore entered with a slight smile, and took blessings from the elder woman.she said, ''kaisan ho bituwa?''

''achha hoon, naani.''  So it must be Raizada's naani.

Rathore introduced everyone.

''guys, yeh hain naaani, manorama maami, akash, arnav ka bhai, payal unki patni. Aur naani, mami, yeh hain meri team. Arjun , riya, shree, chotu.''

The 4 also took blessing of naani.after the usual chat, rathor asked,'' arnav?''

''who police station gaya hain.abhi ata hoga.''  At that time, a beautiful lady descended from stairs.her eyes were red due to crying.

''naaniji, yeh log….'' She asked, looking at the team ETF.

''khushi bitiya, yeh sameer hain, chote ke dost. Aur yeh unki team. Aur yeh hain khushi bitiya, chote ke patni.'' She introduced them.

At that time, arnav entered. He was very relieved to find the team there.he hugged sameer.

''glad you came.thank you so much.'' He broke the hug.

Riya have seen many times Mr. Raizada in magazine covers. Her father himself is a successful businessman, and he is really impressed by this man's ability to handle a big business and expanding it.

After they freshen up, they decided to interrogate each person.first was manorama mami.

''hello hi bye bye, sameer bituwa, hum ii baat police walon se naahi kahat  rahe, par tumse kehte hai, ki woo jo phati saari…humka matlab, khushi bitiya, uka humne dekha tha, chhhat ke paas.''

Everyone was surprised.sameer asked, ''kab dekha?''

''jab anjali bitiya ne chikha, use kuch der pehle.aur humka ii lagta hain…''

''ke unhone hi…'' arjun left the sentence incomplete.

''hum kuch bhi naahi keh rahe.par humka ii baat to maloom hain, ki anjali bitiya ne aisa kuch bhi naahi kiya.'' She concluded.

''par who kuch keh kyu nahi rahi? Unpar unke pati ki khoon ka ilzam hai.'' Again arjun asked.manorama mami flinched and said, '' who is bakhat sadme mein hain.issiliye.''

It was payal and akash after her.

''di aisa kar hi nahi sakti.woh to shyam jee ko bhagwan maanti thi.woh kabhi aisa soch bhi nahi sakti. Police unpar jhoota ilzam laga rahe hain.'' Payal said , and akash supported her.

''par police aise hi to kuch nahi keh rahi, hain na? who uss waqt terrace par maujud thi.'' Arjun said, and sameer was silent. He could'nt ask them these questions. So he let arjun to do this. And somewhere arjun also knew it.

''who humein nahi pata.'' Akash said in a devastated voice.

Riya asked the next question '' undono ke rishte kaise the?''

''di unse bohot pyar karti thi.'' Akash said.

''aur shyam?'' riya asked, and visibly saw the disgust in their faces.all noticed it.

''unke bare mein humein nahi pata, par di unko devta maanti thi.''  Akash concluded.

It was devyani, arnav's naani after them.

''sameer bituwa, aap kuchh kijiye. Hum kahat rahe, ki anjali bitiya ne aisa kuch bhi naahi kiya.humara yakeen kijiye.''  She pleaded. 

Arjun asked her, '' shyam aur anjali ke rishte kaise the?''   she also made a disgusted face in the mention of shyam. Rathore bend down and asked in an affectionate tone,'' agar aap kuch chupa rahi hai, to please, humein bataiye. Humein kaam mein asani hogi.''

Devyaani devi took a deep breath, and said after a long time.

''shyam babu aur anjali bitiya bohot khush the. Who bohot ache insaan the.Par kuch din pehle humein unke bare mein bohot kuch pata chala.'' She stopped and tears came out of her eyes, '' shyam ne anjali bitiya ko dhoka diya. Unhone khushi bitiya ko bhi dhoka diya.''

Riya came forward and supported her. In a very low voice, she asked, ''khushi …?''

''shyam bitiya ne khushi bitiya se sagai ki, aur khushi bitiya ko pata bhi nahi tha ki who shaadi shuda hain.baad mein jab uka ii baat pata chali, to unhone sagai tod diya.''  She took a deep voice, and said,'' kuch dino pehle khushi bitiya ne ii baat sabka samne batai. Anjali bitiya ne maan ne se saaf inkar kar diya.''

''par apko unpar yakeen tha, hain na?'' arjun asked, while sameer and riya consoled devyani devi.

''khushi bitiya bohot achhi hain.aur who kyu aise ghatiya ilzam lagayengi? Who sach keh rahi thi. Maine kai baar shyam ko unse badtamizi karte huye dekha hain.jab shyam se humne ii baat poochi, to unhone saaf inkar kar diya.''  She sobbed a little, then continued,'' ii baat ke wajeh se ghar mein kaafi tanab raha. Aur ab yeh sab….''  She broke into tears.

After her, it was Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada.

Anybody can tell that she is a very naughty, lovely ,fun loving but good at heart type of girl.but today, she was just like a stone idol, lifeless and silent.

''di ne aisa kuch bhi nahi kiya.humne yeh baat police se bhi kahin hain, aur aap se bhi keh rahe hain.'' She said .

''aap uss raat terrace pe kya kar rahi thi, mrs. Raizada?'' arjun asked.

She was totally shocked, and the question, "how did he know? "  was visible in her face.

''issi ghar ke kisi insaan ne aap ko dekha hai, aur humein bataya hain. So please don't lie.'' Arjun asked.

The shock left her face, and she said angrily, ''hum kabhi jhoot nahi bolte. Aur haan, hum uss raat chhhat par the. Par humne kisi ko nahi dekha.na shyam jee ko, nahi di ko.''

''par humne to aisa kuch pucha hi nahi, mrs. Raizada.'' Arjun was surprised.

Khushi felt like she said too much.she sat there silently.

Riya tried to persuade her.'' Mrs. Raizada, naani ne humko bataya ki kuch din pehle kya huya. To aap humein bata sakti hain.''

''aur yeh baat yahan se bahar nahi jayegi, I promise.'' Sameer said.

Arjun was totally pissed at the two.''whats wrong with them? We are here to solve the case and they are sympathizing with the suspects?''  he thought angrily.

Khushi relaxed a little, and then said,'' uss din hum chhhat pr the. Aur shyam jee wahan par aa gaye. Unhone hamare saath badtamizi karne ki koshish ki. Par humne unko bohot kuch sunaya aur wahan se chale gaye.''

''kya pata ki aap jhoot bol rahi ho, mrs raizada? Shayad apne dekha ho ki anjali ne shyam ko dhakkka diya…'' arjun asked.

''nahi. Aisa kuch bhi nahi huwa.aur di aisa kar hi nahi sakti. Aur who aisa kyun karengi? Who to shyam jee se kitna pyar kar ti    thi…'' She said in a determinant voice.

''shayad unhe aap dono ke affair ki baat pata chal gayi ho…'' arjun was crossing limits.

Khushi was really furious now. She got up and shouted, ''hum dono ke beech aisa kuch bhi nahi tha. Aur aisa kuch bhi nahi hain.''

''to shyad apne hi aisa kiya ho? Shyam ne to apko bhi dhoka diya, hain na? shyad gusse aur badle ki aag……'' arjun never finished, as khushi shouted again.

''aisa kuch bhi nahi hai, samjhe aap? Kuch bhi nahi. Humare dil mein kabhi unke liye pyar nahi tha. Hum sirf arnav jee ko chahte hain.''  She was shouting and riya came forward to calm her down.

''please, mrs raizada, shaant ho jaiyye.''

''dekhiye na riyajee, yeh hum par kaise ilzam laga rahi hain…'' she sobbed .

'' chillane se koi fayda nahi hain, mrs raizada. Humara saath dijiye.'' Arjun said. Rathore was shooting daggers at him, but he was in no mood.

''hum ko jo kehna tha, humne keh diya.'' She said, and left the place.

 

''tumhara dimag to thikaane par hain , rawte? Tum aise sawal kaise pooch sakte ho?'' rathore blasted him.

''maine aisa kuch bhi nahi poocha, rathore. Aur hum pehle bhi to aisa hi investigate karte the.'' Arjun barked back.

''this time its different.'' Rathore said in a low yet angry voice.

''of course it is ! you are sympathizing with suspects.'' Saying this, he left the room in anger.

Riya helplessly stared at the duo. Shree and chotu was there, stuck with their angry bosses. She followed arjun.

''please, mukherjee, agar tum bhi lecture dene ayi ho then don't.'' arjun has already seen her. He shouted at her.

Riya took a deep breath, and said,''  main koi lecture dene nahi ayi hoon. Par jo huya, who thik nahi tha.''

Arjun turned at her glaring, ''look, tumhare aane se pehle hum aise hi investigate karte the. Tab to kuch galat nahi tha.''

''kyu ki tab shayad humein apno ki case investigate karni nahi pari hogi.'' She tried to put some sense into him. ''sir, rathore sir is too sensitive with this case. To humein bhi thoda carefully handle karna hoga, nahi?''

''par iss wajeh se hum apne kaam se compromise nahi kar sakte.'' Arjun said in a determined voice.

Riya sighed and said, ''of course not. At the end of the day, humara kaam hain mujrim ko pakadna.hum isse koi compromise nahi karenge. Chahe koi bhi ho.'' Saying this, she left him.

Arjun was quite surprise at her. He thought she was also sympathizing with them, mainly due to woman's soft heart . but it was nothing like that. Her words were so determined that it caused him relax a little.

''may be I was just overreacting…'' he thought.

 

Riya, on the other hand, could not help but question her heart and mind. She can clearly see that neither khushi nor anjali is able to kill a person. Though she have nt met anjali yet, the devotion and love dropping from each of the person's words for her was enough for her to think, what if she is guilty?

Why I am even thinking like this? Its just a case, we have to solve it and move on. No need to think to much about the guilty.its wrong to feel for the suspects.   Her mind shouted at her.

They both cant be guilty. They just cant.  Her heart thought, and riya was torn between the officer riya and human riya.
