Chapter 17

After the cake cutting ceremony it was time for royal dance.All were in to the dance floor(except M and Uday)  and still Manyata was trying to talk to Uday.

 

Finally she got a chance and went near him. Uday and Manyata was looking in to eachother's eyes in that dim atmosphere. Just thn she was aboutto reach him Rajdeep came to her and asked for a dance.

 

Manyata didn't hear the firsttime.So raj caught her hand and asked.

Raj:baby will u dance with me?

Manyata :uhhh'.

Manyata waited for Uday to reply But still he didn't replied anything.She looked at Uday with a confused questioning look.

Raj:Hey Manyata y r u looking at Uday'oh'wait he asked for a dance with u ri8?

Uday: No raj nothing like that.U pls carry own she is all yours.

Manyata was hurted to hear that from Uday.She looked at him with pain in her eyes.Uday could not bear that look and he turned his face from hers and went to have a drink.

There Manyata had no other option other than to dance with Rajdeep.She went with him to the dance floor.Each step to dance floor with her arms in Raj's was a nightmare for her.She never wanted this to happen not in her farthest dream bcoz she very well remember the dance that she did with raj at prom ni8 years back.It was her worst day..But at present more than the dance the thing that was irritating her was Uday's coldness towards her.It was not less thn havingpoison 4 her.Her heart was screaming at her to go n hug Uday to ask him the reason of distance.

Her thoughts was disturbed whn they reached Dance floor.A romantic song was being played.Manyata was not at all in a mood of dancing ith Raj and that too in a romatic track never expected.She started to move with him in hesitation.His mere touch was enough to spoil her movements.

 

Meanwhile Unnati and Vijay who was already at dance floor saw M dacing with Rajdeep.Manyata was on the verge of breakdown.Vijay understood that M was killing herself for dancing with Raj.Uati's eyes searched for Uday and finally caught him standing at a distance with a drink in his hand.His eyes was filled with rage now.

 

Unnati:Vijay I think there is some problem.Dada is angry with Manyata.But Y what happened now between them.Today morning everything was perfect and thn suddenly..

Vijay:I too feel some thing fishy unnu wait could u pls dance with Raj for 5 minutes so that I can talk to M and also relieve her.Look at her she will breakdown soon.Her eyes is already filled.

Vijay nd Unnati went to raj and Manyata..

Vijay:Raj let me dance with ma sis for a while meanwhile pls accompany Unnu.

Manyata's face lighted up a bit. Now she was  with Vijay.She was indeed relieved.She hugged Vijay

Manyata:thanks vijay bhai.and they started to dance.

Vijay:M bhai nw say me what's the problem.what's going on between u and Uday

Manyata:Dnt ask me Vijay bhanna.I don't know really.I was trying to talk to him but he is not at all giving me a chance further he allowed Raj to take me 4  a dance.Y is he doing so.

Vijay:Till morning everything was fine between u ri8..K M bhai  nw give some  stress to ur brain and think ur convo with Uday.Did u said something which hurted him.

Manyata:nahi everything was fine till pooja.After that Rajdeep came and I was busy with him..

Oh no wait kahin Uday ko rajdeep se koi problem to nahi'

Vijay:shayad yehi baat hain. rajdeep told something to him whn u were with aunty komal and after that  Udaybhanna  was a bit upset .But I didn't heard the matter.

Manyata:but what come on vijay bhai pls say in detail.

 

Just thn Rajdeep came to M and again started dancing with her.

Now M was barely concentrating in dance/steps .Now  her eyes was completely on Uday bcoz nw she is somewhat sure of wat was the reason of angryness.Uday avoided the eyecontact but still M was gazing at him.She was ignoring raj completely.Rajdeep inorder to have  her attention started to pull her closer and closer to him.Manyata was opposing it at the same time she was continuing her gazing at Uday..rajdeep was not in a mood to withdraw . She was turning twisting and moving round in his arms and finally she lost her balance and was about to fall that his hands caught hold of her  waist.She closed her eyes with shock as she felt herself in mid air.She was afraid to open her eyes bcoz lying on floor was acceptable to her but being in Raj's hands was equal to loosing her selfrespect.

 

She slowly opened her eyes with fear.Her fear was soon turned in to smile whn she saw that she is in hands of Uday and not Raj.He stood her on her knees and started to dance with her..Uday was still agry with her.Her eyes was burning her . Even thn She was happy nw atleast to have a dance with the man in her lyf.Manyata tried to talk to him.

Manyata:Uday pls bathao na maine aisa kya kar diya ki aap naraaz hain humse.Pls iss tharah chup mat raho.aapki khamoshi humhe dara rahi hain.

Uday was silent.The effect of drink was slowly creeping inside him.The music changed to a fast track now.This was what Uday wanted.He started dancing with her in great force..His steps was too fast that she couldn't even match him.He was barely looking to her eyes. Eachtime he pulled her towards him and the very next moment pushed her awa , lifted her up in air and sometimes caught her by waist in mid air.all this was giving stress to her injured back.She was crying with pain from inside but still she maintained silence and let Uday do what all he wanted.Uday was not at all in a mood to stop he continued and continued until M was broken.Finally whn the music stopped she was resting on his hand.By that she was completely shattered.Tears was oozing from her eyes butstill being a princess she hided that away.She was to control herself in front of guests.The viewers including Rajdeep were completely mesmerized by seeing the royal dance of Prince and princess except Unnu and Vijay.They do saw the pain.

Unnati was out of control and she decided to comfront her dada.She took Uday to a side and shouted at him.

Unnati:dada what was all these.Y did u behaved so. Woh bechari aapki saath dance karne ke liye thadap rahi thi aur aap ne kya kiya.

Uday:humne kya kiya choti.

Unnati: dnt say that dada .u were hurting her.U very well knewed that she is not well and still u gave her stress.

Uday:oh choti.It was her mistake if she was nt well  she should have taken rest rather than all these.and she is very much fine.all day she was enjoying with others..and abt hurting she didn't had any problem while dancing with raj then what happened with me.

Unnati:dada Raj is a stranger but u ..u r her love dada.hw could u hurt her.I didn't expected this from u'

saying this she left.

Eventhough he explained to choti his side still he knewed he was lying.He had seen the pain in her eyes.

He looked towards Manyata. His mind was asking him to apologise and hi brain was rejecting the idea. He still moved towards her.

Just whn he reached near her,Rajdeep came to her..Uday maintained a safe distance and thought of listening the convo.

Raj:hi princess Uday was indeed fast on u ri8.

Manyata just smiled.

Raj:I think he hurted u ri8?

Manyata:ofcourse not Raj.Uday can never hurt me because ourrelation is far above that.

Raj:what?

Manyata:He is Yuvraj Udayveer Singh my fianc .

Raj gave a puzzled look

Mnayata:didn't he told u?He is ma future husband and love of my life.I belong completely to him.

raj was shocked to hear that

Excuse me I need to leave bi.She left the place.Uday was hearing all these convo.He was feeling guilty for his deeds.He thought to comfront Manyata and say sorry.He went to her and was about to say that DS came

Manyata: DS can  I go to my room and take a bit rest

DS:Haan beta .u danced a lot ri8..u n uday both really danced well

Mnayata:ya DS I think it was ma best time with uday..

Manyata hugged DS and left to her room.Once on reaching the room she placed herself on bed and strted crying with pain.She was  not in a condition to even move her body.

Soon a servant arrived with a hot bag.Manyata asked her to keep it there and leave'Once the servant is gone she took the hotbag and was trying to use it herself on back but it was giving her more pain.She throwed the bag away .Tears was flowing off her eyes.Just thn she felt a hand on her shoulders.It was Uday.She soon got up inspite of pain and hugged him tightly.

Manyata:Uday aap yahan'thankyou for coming to me'I don't know what i did,but I know very well that u won't behave like this until I hurt u.Iam so sry for ..

He didn't allowed to complete her sentence.He kept his fingers on his lips.He lifted her up and gently placed her on bed.

Uday cupped her face..Iam so sorry to hurt you princess.He kissed her forehead.He gave her pain kilers And slowly turned her body.He helped her in massaging her back..soon she fall asleep forgetting her pain.Uday thought of leaving just thn he noticed that Manyata was holding his left hand.He tried to pull his hand but by that Manyata awoke .

Manyata:Uday aapkahan jaa rahe ho'pls yahan beto.

She was looking in to eyes with so much love and passion.
