Next day,

Scene 1: RaYa's Room

Priya is thinking about something while looking at pictures of hers and Ram on the phone.

Priya: (in her mind) Hopefully today I and Ram will start our lives afresh! I never thought there will be a phase in my life where I will be in love with someone and trust someone soo much!

Priya:(in her mind) Today after Shashi is exposed and all the problems are solved, I will tell Ram about the good news. But I don't know how to tell him that...

Just then Priya gets an idea.

She takes a piece of paper, sits on the table and starts writing a letter. She finishes writing the letter.

Priya: (carresing her belly) Ram will be so happy when he will get to know about our baby. I just hope all the problems in our life right now gets over as soon as possible.

Priya keeps the letter inside an envelope and writes Mr Kapoor. Just then Ram comes there and she immediately hides the letter.

Ram: What are you hiding?!

Priya: Nothing...

Ram: No you are...

Ram takes the envelope from Priya.

Ram: For Mr Kapoor?! Me?! Are there new coupons inside?(gets happy)

Priya nods no.

Ram: (wondering)Then? A letter?

Priya: Yes! This is a letter from me...to you...

Ram: (smiling) You wrote a letter for me?! Okay let me read it now!

Priya: No no! Don't read it now! Please! I want you to read this after we get our work done! After the problems are solved!

Ram: Okay fine as you say. I will keep this with me by then. And yes let's go there!

As they were about to go,

Ram: Priya are you sure about doing this plan?!

Priya nods. 

They go together.

Scene 2: Outside

Shashi reaches at the location and he waits for Ram.

Ram, Priya and the police force are there. They discuss the plan.

Ram: Priya are you sure about this?

Priya nods.

Shiv: See if you think anything is going wrong just let us know!

Priya comes there.

Shashi is surprised to see Priya coming to him.

Shashi: What are you doing here?

Ram and the police are hearing what Shashi are saying as Priya has hidden a microphone in her bag and its recording what Shashi is saying so they can hear. And secret camera is set up too.

Priya: I have found out that you are coming here when Mr Kapoor was talking on the  phone.

Shashi: Aren't you and Ram already seperated?

Priya: Yes I got divorced with him! I even got the alimony money. Life is going great for me!

Shashi: Strange! The person who tried to gave me some knowledge of dishonesty, now she herself is on the same route. You have proven you are Mahendra's daughter! Always finding ways to earn easy money.

Priya: I made sure Mr Kapoor's meeting is postponed by 30 mins so he won't be here soon. I need to get my work done.

Shashi: What kind of work?

Priya: My father, Mahendra Sood has let me know that you owe him so money for the work he did. So I came to get the money.

Shashi laughs.

Shashi: Your brother is an actor right! You should have tried in this industry too. A perfect wife infront of Ram,you did perfect acting of a victim and now you divorced him and even took half of his wealth! You have money right, so why do you need it from me ?!

Priya: This money are his rights! My father worked so hard for you he deserves some payment in return. You know he does have proof.

Shashi gets surprised.

Shashi: What kind of proof?!

Priya: He has the car plate. Of the same car in which Mr Kapoor's father died in the accident. He also have evidences how you paid him money to get the job done, my brother Raj has already retrieved those chats.

Shashi: You Soods are really good in minting money. You guys can earn money without even doing anything! I should have done these instead  of business!

Priya: I can tell my father that you are not ready to give him the money. Let me call him. 

Shashi stops her.

Shashi: Yes it's true I got Mahendra Sood to kill Ram's father!

Ram gets angry and he clenches his fist in anger. 

Ram: Shashi!!!

Shiv: Ram calm down!

Ram tries to do so!

Shashi tells how he didn't like how Kapoor Industries were more popular and rich, and by high margin. His dad didn't want to hand him the business as he didn't think Shashi can compete with Kapoor Industries, so Shashi decided to get the owner killed and hired a mechanic which is Mahendra to get the job done. And that's why Ram's family suffered in the business and Shashi's father business were easily leading over them. So he handed the business over to Shashi and told him to make sure he is ahead of Ram. But Ram was improving so to divert his attention he used and married Vedika, and was already ahead. But all these backfired him since then!  And then after his divorce with Vedika he got bankrupt so he ran away to London, he came back as if he gets the deal with Ram he can live a luxurious life here in London and there was no way he will come back to India and pay back those money.

Priya: My father did the right thing by doing business deal with you! You are sharp I must say! But I am sharper!

Shashi: Tell him once I get the deal with Ram, I will deposit his money that too with bonus!

Priya: Okay fine! If not you know what he can do right?

Shashi: Yes yes I got it! Now I am waiting for Ram, so go away from here before he sees you here!

Ram: Priya doesn't need to go anywhere.

Shashi is surprised to see Ram there.

Police: Mr Shashi you are under arrest for murder! We have got the evidence against you now! And that is your own confession!

Shashi: (shocked) So all these was a plan?!

Ram: Yes it was all a plan!

Shashi gets angry and the police handcuffs him.

Shashi: Priya you did not do this right!  I will not spare you!

As Shashi was about to harm Priya, Ram comes there and hits Shashi.

Ram: (holding his collar)  How dare you kill my father?! He has not done any harm to you, he has always been nice to your father and you, and you just killed him!! Why!!!

Shashi: Because I wanted to get richer! I did not want anyone to get in the way of my success!!! I wanted my dad to name the business under my name! This was the only way!

Ram: I make sure you will suffer in jail your entire life! You will pay now for what you did with my dad! And all your crimes too! Eventually good triumps over the evil! Inspector take him away.

Shiv and the police takes Shashi away. Shubham comes there.

Shubham: Ram Bhai? Priya Bhabi? Shashi?! Police?! Why is police taking Shashi away?!

Shiv: For murder!

Shubham: What?! Who did he murder?

Ram: Shubhu...Shashi was the one who was behind our dad's murder! He did not die in an accident, it was Shashi who got him murdered...

Shubham was stunned he did not know what to say.

Priya: I know Shubham what must be going through you. I understand it's a lot to process for you! Stay strong!

Shubham did not know how to react. He goes and punch on Shashi's face. Shashi gets angry.

Shubham: I swear you will suffer and rot in hell! What I thought you were and what you turned out!

Shubham is still in shock on what he heard.

Ram: I wonder how Mom will react after knowing this... I don't even know how will I tell this to her. I do not have the strength do that!

Priya: I will tell Nandini Aunty about this. You don't have to...

Ram: Thank you Priya, if it wasn't for you. I don't know what I would have done...

Ram hugs Priya.

Ram: Now everything will be fine...right Priya!

Priya: Yes it will! Actually Ram...you can read the letter now.

Ram: Oh yes! Let me read it!

Ram tries to find the letter. Shashi manages to unlock the handcuff and he steals the gun from Shiv's pocket.

Shiv: Hey!

Shashi in a second aims at Ram and shoots him. Shubham sees this.

Shubham: Ram Bhai!!!

Priya gets alerted and saw Shashi aiming to shoot Ram!

Priya: Ram!!!

Priya immediately pushed Ram away but while doing so , she gets shot instead. Ram froze seeing that.

Shashi smirks. The police quickly overpowers him and holds him tightly.

Shashi: If I cannot be happy, you can't too, Ram Kapoor!!

Ram: Priya...

Ram sees Priya being shot on her arm and her eyes are slowly closing.

He sees blood oozing from her arm and tears flow from his eyes. Shubham cries seeing them like this too.

Ram: (patting Priya's face) Priya! I will not let anything happen to you!! Don't close your eyes! Hey, everything will be fine! Someone call the ambulance!!! 

Shubham quickly calls ambulance for medical help.

Priya: Ram...save me...

Ram: Nothing will happen to you...Priya...I will save you...I promise...

Priya loses consciousness.

Ram: Priya!!

Ram hugs Priya and cries.

Scene 3: Hospital

Priya is rushed to the hospital, and Ram is holding her other hand really worried for her and he is crying a lot.

Ram: Priya! I will not let anything happen to you! You have to be okay!

The doctor takes Priya to the operation theatre. Brinda and Adi quickly reaches there hearing the news.

Brinda: Ram...

Ram: Priya...in order to save me...she got shot....what if anything happens to her?! 

Ram is teary eyed. 

 Brinda: Nothing will happen to Priya!!

Adi and Brinda are trying to console Ram. Meera, Sara  and Shivi reaches there too.

Meera: (crying) My Priya!!! Where is my daughter?!

Adi: Aunty Priya is taken to the operation theatre...

Sara: What did doctor say?

Adi: They did not say anything yet.

Priya's operation is going on. Ram recalls how Priya wrote a letter for her and she told him to read it.

Ram took out the letter and he started reading it. 

Dear Ram,

I am writing this letter to let you know how much I am thankful for having you entering in my life. Over the years, I thought there will be no one for me, someone whose hand I can hold, someone whom I can trust, someone whom I can spend my entire life with. Over the one and half years of our marriage, I got to know you even more. When we first met, I didn't like you at all cause I had so much misconceptions about you. Slowly my misconceptions got cleared, then I started liking you and then gradually I fell for you. Thank you soo much for being supportive no matter what! Yeah things went rough between us for some time, but now that we are with each other we are stronger than ever. I don't know what magic you have done on me, you completely melted me down. I want to be a good wife too, so I tried my best. If I have done any mistakes, I am sorry. But I promise I will be always there for you in both your good and bad times. I will be there to lend my ear to hear your bad jokes, to lend my shoulders for you to rest on, to lend my hand to hold yours and to be always there for you at all steps.You have did a lot for me and now it's my turn. I cannot wait for both of us to start our lives afresh!  By the way Ram, now that we are going to have start a new life, we have another accompany with us and that is our baby, our sign of love. Yes, you got it right, I am pregnant. Thank you soo much for this happiness Ram. And I am sure you will be happy knowing about this too!

Ram starts crying reading this letter.

Ram: I am sorry Priya...I am sorry I was not there for you when you needed me.

Scene 4: Kapoor Mansion

Nandini is looking for Shubhu.

Nandini: Shubhu!

Tarun comes there.

Nandini: Have you seen Shubhu?

Tarun: Mam, Shubham Sir went out with Ram Sir and Priya mam since morning...

Nandini: This Shubhu is hanging out with Ram and Priya a lot, and also becoming like them!

Mamiji finds Priya's report and she gets shocked reading this.

Mamiji: Nandini dekho mujhe kya mila hai!

Nandini: What is it Bhabi?

Mamiji: Yeh Priya ki reports hai!

Nandini sees the report and she gets shocked when she sees Priya's pregnancy test came back as positive.

Nandini: Priya pregnant hai?!

Mamiji: Bacha Ram ka hai na?!

Nandini: Yeh kya bol rahe ho aap Bhabi. Of course the baby is Ram's. Especially the way Ram and Priya are so close for the past few months. Ram ne toh mujhe warn bhi kiya tha when he got to know the truth.

Mamiji: Nandini, now everything is going out of your hands. Priya is expecting also. Soon Ram will name everything under Priya and his child.

Nandini: No Bhabi! As far as I know Ram, he won't cut off Shivi and Shubhu that's for sure! But this Priya is really getting on my nerves, I just hope we get rid of her somehow.

Just then Nandini's phone rings.

Nandini: Hello Shubhu I was looking for you! Where are you?

Shubham is crying.

Nandini: What happened Shubhu, why are you crying?

Shubhu: Mom, Priya Bhabi got shot while saving Ram Bhai. She is being operated.

Nandini: What?!

Nandini keeps the phone.

Mamiji: What happened?!

Nandini: Bhabi...Priya got shot. She is in criticial condition.

Nandini and Mamiji rushes to the hospital.

Scene 5: Hospital

An hour later,

Nandini and Mamiji reaches hospital.

A surgeon comes out from the operation theatre.

Ram: Doctor how is Priya?!

Surgeon: The situation has been more complicated then we thought! We have managed to take out the bullet from her arm but she is bleeding a lot and we need to stop it!

Ram: (teary eyed) Please do something doctor! Please save my wife and baby!

Brinda: Priya is pregnant?!

Ram nods.

Brinda and Adi feels bad for Ram. Adi pats his shoulder. 

Surgeon: The other surgeon are operating on her. But her condition is getting serious. We can't give you false hopes because we cannot say anything.

Please stay strong! We are trying our best to save both Priya and her baby!

Meera and Sara cries.

Meera: Why did this had to happen to my child?! My Priya suffered so much! How much more she has to suffer! 

Priya is losing breath and the nurse calls her.

Nurse: Mam patient is losing breath!

The surgeon rushes to attend Priya.

Ram recalls how Priya wanted to tell something to him several times but due to some interruption she isn't able too. All these time she was trying to tell him about her pregnancy but she could not.

Ram: Priya was trying to tell me this since yesterday but she was not able to due to interuption.  She wrote a letter to tell me this, which I read a while ago! I should  not have allowed her with this plan, that endangered both my wife and baby's life! I don't even know why I let her tackle Shashi, who murdered my dad!

Brinda: Ram, don't blame yourself. It was not your fault! Priya did these for your wellbeing, She just wanted to get the criminals punished. 

Nandini: Shubhu how come Priya is in this situation? She was with you and Ram right?! What happened.

Shubham tells Nandini everything including how Priya saved his life when he was depressed few months back. Nandini gets shocked.

Shubham: Priya Bhabi has always done good things. Nothing should happen to her!

Ram: Bri if anything happens to my Priya or my baby I will not forgive myself!

Shivi: Priya Bhabi has done so much for us! Nothing can happen to her! 

Shivi sees a shattered Ram and she goes to console him.

Shivi: Ram Bhai..don't worry...nothing will happen to Priya Bhabi!!

Ram: Shivi...Priya...

Ram breaks down and Shivi tries to console him. 

Shivi: Bhai you need to stay strong! 

Ram: I can't Shivi...I can't!

Shivi cries seeing her Ram Bhai in this condition. 

Shivi: Ram Bhai I am not used to seeing you like this! This is why I don't like it when any of my loved ones are unwell. I cannot take it , I try to act normal. I am not used to seeing you like this.

Nandini and Mamiji feels bad seeing the situation.

Nandini: Bhabi...I always wanted Priya to be away from this family, but I never wanted her life to be in danger. I am not that evil! 

Mamiji: Upar se voh pet se bhi hai.

Nandini: I just hope Priya and her baby are alright. Today, I have seen with my own eyes why my family needs someone like Priya. She risked her own life to save Ram. If something happened to Ram, I don't know what would have happened. No wonder why Ram loves Priya so much and Shubhu and Shivi are so fond of her. I have done a grave mistake by planning and plotting against Priya all these days. I just hope Priya recovers! 

Mamiji: All we can do now is pray for Priya. 

After few hours,

The surgeon comes out. Ram quickly rushes to them.

Surgeon: We have managed to stop the bleeding on time, and we have nursed her wound too!

Ram: Is Priya fine?

Sara: And her baby?

Surgeon: Both mom and baby are out of danger.

Ram and everyone gets relieved to hear that.

Brinda: See I told you nothing will happen to Priya and the baby.

Ram: Doctor can I meet Priya now?

Doctor: Yes sure but she is still unconscious.

Ram goes to see Priya.

Priya was lying there and her eyes are closed.

Ram comes there and sit besides Priya. And pecks on her forehead.

Ram: You keep on saying I love being a hero, but have you seen yourself. You yourself became heroine and took  a gunshot for me!

He slowly moves his hand and then carresses her belly.

Ram: Hi baby, I am your Papa. I am happy you are coming to our lives soon. And see what your mother have done. She always taunts me  for being a hero and now herself became a heroine. Let her wake up.

He holds Priya's hand and sides her hair.

Ram: Priya I promise you I will protect you and our baby! Thank you so much for being there for me. You have faced a lot! Now it's enough! Just wake up soon, recover and come back home so that we can start our lives afresh as promised. 

And soon Ram dozes off too.

Next day morning,

Priya opens her eyes slowly due to the sunlight. She sees Ram sleeping.

Priya: Ra...Ram?

Ram wakes up.

Priya: Are you okay?!

Ram: Shouldn't I be the one asking you this?!

Priya: Ram I am completely fine...

Ram leans his face to hers. Their nose meet and they share an intense moment. 

Ram: I love you Priya....

Priya: I love you too Ram...

Ram carrases her belly.

Ram: Priya....our baby...

Priya nods.

Ram: Promise me you will take care of yourself and our baby. You both are my lifelines. You will not take anymore stress! You have already stressed yourself a lot!

Priya nods. And she gets teary-eyed.

Priya: (teary-eyed) I am so thankful you are alright and so are our baby. If that Shashi shot you and anything happened to you, I don't know what would I have done?! How would I have handled your family and our baby without you?! 

Ram: (wiping her tears)What I said just now! And now, immediately you are crying!But that doesn't mean you will become Mahaan and take the bullet for me! Priya you are carrying our baby also!

Priya: Ram, all I knew that time was that I had to save you. At least you are fine. But then I got really worried for our baby, I just wanted the baby to be fine that moment. I am glad everything is alright now.

Ram:Doctor says you need care and happiness now. Priya...I am sooo happy now....I am going to become a father!

Priya nods. Ram hugs Priya.

Priya: (closing her eyes in pain) Ouch!

Ram: (freaks out) What happened?

Priya: My hand is paining.

Ram: I am so sorry! Let me call the doctor!

The doctor checks Priya.

Doctor: Everything is normal just that the pain is due to the bullet being removed. Priya would need to wear an arm sling for few days. 

Priya: Doctor can I go back home?

Doctor: We will keep you tonight under observation and then if everything is fine we will discharge you.

Doctor: And yes Priya you need to be extra careful as you are injured and this is also the initial stage of your pregnancy. Make sure you eat your meals and medicine on time. You need full bed rest for the next few days!

Ram: I will take care of Priya.

Doctor goes from there.

Ram: Have you heard what the doctor said! You must take extra care of yourself!

Priya: Yes, yes I will.

Ram pecks on Priya's forehead and they both smile.

Scene 6: Kapoor Mansion

Next day,

Priya is back home. Nandini welcomes here inside.

And then Ram helps Priya and makes her sit on the sofa. 

Mami: Here you go, water!

Priya: Thank you!

Nandini: Priya...Thank you...and sorry...

Priya: But why?

Nandini: Thank you Priya for what you did! You have saved Ram yesterday. I don't know what would have happened if anything happened to Ram. We would have been on streets...And thank you for helping my sons. I know everything now.

Ram is still disappointed with Nandini.

Nandini: And also I am sorry for what I did all these months. I thought you were not right for this family and you might seperate us from Ram. But I was wrong. You made the family stronger. I have realized my mistakes.

Priya: I have forgiven you, but you should ask Ram for forigveness. All these years, he was the one who was hurt.

Ram: Priya let me take you to the room. You need rest...

Ram takes Priya to the room.

Scene 7: RaYa's bedroom

Ram makes Priya lie down on the bed.

Priya is holding her head.

Ram: You are having headache?

Priya: Yes...I just need to get some sleep probably...

Priya tries to sleep but she is not sleepy at all. Ram thinks of something. 

Ram: Get up.

Priya does so. 

Ram brings  oil for head massage.

Ram: I will give you a head massage.

Priya: No Ram... you don't have to! I am fine...

Ram: Shh!! I know head massage makes you feel better! 

Ram does head massage for her. Priya smiles as she is feeling better now.

Ram: How are you feeling?

Priya: Much better and Ram is there anything to eat now?! I am very hungry!

Ram: Let me tell Tarun to bring our lunch here!

Ram tells Tarun and he goes to bring their lunch.

Priya: Ram I was thinking you should forgive Nandini Aunty...at least she said the truth!

Ram: Priya see I am upset with Mom. What she did was wrong! She hurt you so much! I need some time.

Priya: But I feel she genuinely realized her mistake...

Ram: Priya is it fine if we don't talk about this?!

Priya: Okay fine...I understand you need some time...

Tarun brings lunch from Ram and Priya.

Ram: Your fav Ghee Upma.

Priya gets happy seeing this. And she tries to eat with her left hand but struggles. Ram stops her and feeds her. Priya happily eats it.

After Priya eats her lunch, Ram gives her medicine, she eats it and then he gets her to sleep.

Priya rests her head on Ram's lap and falls asleep.

Ram: (in his mind) One and half years ago, I used to be alone in this room. The reason why I would work long hours is so that I don't get to remember how lonely I was, but whenever I came here there was no one who would wait for me. But then Priya came to my life. Since then whenever I came home, I knew someone was there waiting for me, and she did not make me feel lonely anymore. Thank you God, for sending Priya in my life.

Precap: Happy moments of Ram and Priya. Last Part.

I did not add any cliffhanger for the last precap as last update will be full of happy moments in Ram and Priya's life. It will be an epilogue kind. I will update the last part of this story on Thursday. Thanks for reading 😊
