Chapter 4

Thank you so much everyone for your encouraging words ❤️. This is my first fanfic.i have written a few os here on this forum before.the love I got from you all is 😍😍.

                                  PART - 4

Raavi woke up early to the first rays of sunshine. She took a nice long bath and went to their cupboard.she shuffled through her old clothes.it was time to bring the old raavi back.she took a blue pair of Kurti and paired it with  blue leggings.(imagine raavis dress in the first shivi scene).she curled her hair like she used to do before.she looked at the sindoor dibbi and mangalsutra in her dressing table.they had to take a break from now.she looked at herself in the mirror and smiled.the first and most important part of their plan was to look happy and carefree.dhara di was indeed a genius.no wonder pandya parivaar's kismat changed upon her arrival.

" Dharaaa Di..." Raavi shouted while entering the pandya house. 

"Are raavi Tu aa gayi... baith..mai tere liye nasta laati hoo" dhara smiled.

" Bhabi..." Krish bit his tounge while raavi glared at him.

" Mera matlab hai raavi, AAO Mai tumhe hamare clg ki latest gossip batata hoo" Krish gestured for her to sit beside him 

" Raavi, batao na Mai aaj kaun si saree pehnu.red ya pink.? Aaj humara shopping jaane Ka plan hai na" rishita said a bit loudly. 

Shiva woke up with all the commotion and came out.he was surprised to see raavi giggling with his family in the hall. What was she doing here so early in the morning? They all looked so normal.actually more than normal.they looked happy.

" Are shiva , Tu itni jaldi uth gaya.aaja hamare Saath baithke chai pi" raavi said  giving him the tea cup from the plate that dhara had kept .

" Le..." Raavi said with a big smile.

Did she have amnesia? Did she forget what happened last night? Did all his family forget or was he dreaming?shiva was confused.thats when he noticed her properly.she was wearing a Kurti and leggings. She usually wore sarees after their marriage. Her hair was different today. He frowned when he noticed she was not wearing sindoor and mangalsutra. That's when he realised he is not dreaming.

Raavi mentally patted herself .all the efforts she put in her appearance worked.shiva was dumbfounded.

" Rishita, Tu na yeh pink wali saree pehen le , tujhpe bahut jachegi " she said smiling at rishita and begun to chit chat with Krish.

" Raavi..Tu kya khayegi bol ? " Dhara shouted from the kitchen.

" Dhara Di..Aapke haath ki poori aloo khane Ka Mann hai aaj mujhe "raavi shouted back.

"Yeh sab kya hai?...Tu subah subah Yaha kya rahi hai? " Shiva asked her 

" Kya Kar rahi hoo matlab? Shiva ...Tu itni jaldi bhul Gaya? Teri memory thoda rewind kar.shaadi se pehle to Mai Roz pandya niwas aati thi.tu hi to kehta tha ki mujhe Gombi ko rent dena chahiye." Raavi said smiling.

" Han.aur raavi aur hamara rishta to  bahut Purana hai.bas Aapke tere unka Shaadi Ka rishta toota hai.baaki sab to wohi hai" Krish said giving a hi fi to raavi 

" AE gadhede....naam kya le Raha hai? Bhabi bol..." He stopped midway realising what he was going to say.

"Ab to Mai raavi hi bolunga na shiva, Kyuki bhabi to rahi nahi na Woh " Krish said making a dramatic sad expression

Gombi tried to control his laughter.dhara brought the poori aloo and everyone sat down to eat breakfast.raavi sat with Krish on one side and Rishita on the other.they were happily chatting away.shiva felt like an outsider in his own house.

"Achaa raavi..sabko good news to de.tu kya batane Ayi thi" dhara winked at her 

" Are hann ...main baat to Mai batana bhul gayi.mujhe aaj ladkewale dekhne as rahe hai" raavi said acting all shy.

Shiva nearly spit out the water he was drinking.what?

" Yeh to bahut Acha hai raavi.i am so happy for you.tune itni jaldi move on karne Ka Faisla liya." Rishita said sounding excited.

" Hann raavi, hum sab tere Saath hai.haina shiva? " Dhara said.

"Yeh Aap kya keh rahe ho bhabi ?" Ho kya Gaya hai Aap sabko?" Shiva shouted.

" Shiva.tum dono ne mutually ek dusre se alag hone Ka Faisla liya hai., To move on to karoge na.raavi ke Zindagi Mai koi aur ayega.kal ko Teri Zindagi Mai koi aur ayegi.maine aur Gombi ne decide Kiya hai ki ab hum tumhari life Mai interfere nahi karenge.bas Saath denge ." Dhara nudged at Gombi to say something 

" Han , bilkul Sahi " Gombi was bad at acting and he didn't want shiva to doubt them.he felt pity seeing his brother's face.

Shiva was getting irritated with all this.he pulled Raavis hand and walked away.dhara gave a smirk.rishita and krish gave a knowing smile to each other.

Shiva took her to their room.He pushed her after leaving her hand.

" Yeh kya nayi nautanki hai Teri. Sharam nahi ati tujhe? Kal Shaadi tooti hai aur aaj ladke dekhne ki baat kar rahi hai." Shiva said with anger in his eyes.

" Isme sharm  wali kya baat hai shiva. Tune hi to Kal mujhe iss anchahe rishte ki Bandhan se Azad kiya tha.bhul Gaya?to abhi Mai Kuch bhi karu.tujhe kya?." Raavi said confidently

Shiva held her hand and pulled her closer.

" Tu .." he was actually speechless.he didn't know what to say.she had a point.he wanted this, that everything will get to normal and she will lead a happy life then why was he feeling so restless.

" Bol shiva...Mai kya? " Raavi asked directly looking into his eyes.

" Itni kya jaldi hai tujhe." He said and left her hand and faced to the wall .

Raavi came in front of him.she wanted to see every emotion that came to his eyes.no more talking to his back.

" Jaldi Kahan shiva .life ke 6 mahine Maine ek zabardasti ke rishte Mai waste Kar diye.abhi Mai aur time nahi waste Kar Sakti. Mai to kehti hu Tu bhi meri help Kar ladka dhundne mai." Raavi said sounding all excited.

" Kal Raat apna dimag kahi bech Ayi hai kya? Tujhe pata bhi hai Tu kya bakwas Kar rahi hai?" Shiva said glaring at her. 

If only looks could kill, she would be dead by now.raavi stared into those intense eyes.she prevented herself from being carried away.

" Hann shiva, ek aur baat.main jaanti Hu ki hum ek dusre ke sath bahut comfortable hai par aise mujhe kheech ke sabke samne Apne room Mai mat la . Ab main Teri patni nahi Hoo .log kya sochenge? Acha nah lagta" raavi said being a bit overdramatic.

That pinched his heart.he took a deep breath.

"Nikal jaa mere kamre se."shiva said in a deep slow Voice. 

" Kya" ? Raavi asked all confused

Shiva punched the wall behind raavi.

"Nikal ja isse pehle ki Mai Kuch aisa karu Jo mujhe nahi karna chahiye." Shiva said looking down 

Raavi jerked at the force with which he hit the wall.

" Shiva..." She said looking at the blood in her knuckles.she was just going to hold his hand, when she remembered dhara di's words

" Tujhe aise dikhana hai ki Tujhe koi farak nahi pasta raavi " she stopped herself and ran out of the room.

Dhara and rishita caught her and brought her to the kitchen.

" Kya Lagta hai raavi? Kuch asar ho raha hai?" Rishita asked

Dhara looked at her curiosly. 

" Asar to ho Raha hai.jitna socha tha use zyada react Kar Raha woh.mujhe darr lag raha hai Di.hum use zyada hurt to nahi Kar Rahe hai"? Raavi said sounding worried for shiva 

Dhara shook his head and hugged raavi.riahita also Did the same .

" Meri budhu devrani, Kabhi Kabhi dimag ke darwaze kholne ke liye Dil par chot khani padti hai" dhara said lightly slapping Raavis cheek 

"Dhara di.woh..shiva ke Haath par chot Lagi hai.aap dekh Lena " raavi said 

Dhara looked slightly worried.but she knew he had to go through these to reach his bigger happiness.

Shiva made himself busy in his shop the whole day.he went to the Mandi even though the end of the month was far away . He needed to be away from this chaos .

He returned home late at night.on seeing him Krish and Rishita quickly hid behind the kitchen door and talked .they knew shiva will come to the kitchen to drink cold water.

" Waise vanraj bahut ameer hai.suna hai Uske paas teen luxury cars hai."rishita said to krish

" Par bhabi, sirf paise hone se kya Hoga.woh raavi se 20 yrs bada hai.aur suna hai Woh apni pehli patni par Haath uthata tha , isliye Woh use chodkar chali gayi " Krish replied.

Shivas heart literally stopped hearing that.how dare they? Has maami gone crazy? They are trying to marry her off to a guy who is 20 yrs older than her and a wife beater? He couldn't imagine anyone raising a hand on his chipkali.he would kill him.

" Are Krish.ameer aur rasukdaar logo ke bahut dushman hote hai. Yeh ek afwah bhi to ho Sakta hai. Aur age is just a number .insaan Ka Dil jawan Hona chahiye" rishita said smiling at Krish 

"Yeh baat to hai.ab raavi bhabi ne hann Bola hai to Kuch soch samaj ke hi Bola hoga " Krish said 

Shiva was shocked.in just one meeting that idiot has agreed to marry such a guy.has she actually lost her mind?she is terrified of beatings.

Shiva remembered the time when dhara bhabi had hit her after he had played a prank on rishita.she had just hit her twice with a danda , then Gombi came and stopped her. But that was enough to scare raavi out of her wits.she had heard in childhood that dhara bhabi used to discipline the boys with a stick, but she was seeing this for the first time.mausa and mausi never raised a hand on her .

Flashback

" Bahut Zor se Lagi kya " ? Raavi asked while Applying ointment on the marks.she flinched when shiva yelped in Pain.

It didn't hurt that much.but, raavi looked so cute when she was scared.he decided to pull her leg.

" Tu to Bach ke reh, Varna bhabi Teri bhi dhulayi Kar degi.itna dard sehna tere bas ki baat nahi" shiva warned her. 

" Mujhe bhi maregi?...aise thodi na ..Maine to Kuch Kiya bhi nahi" raavi said looking tensed.

" Are hamare Ghar Mai aise hi hota hai. Jaha pyar waha maar." Shiva said dramatically raising his hands.

" Matlab ?" raavi asked confused.

" Matlab yeh ki jab bhi koi Kuch Galti karta hai to Uski dhulayi hoti hai . Kabhi maa karti hai, Kabhi dhara bhabi. Ek Baar to gombi ne bhabi ki dhulayi kar di thi.bechari bhabii " shiva said sounding sorry.

What? Gombi raised his hand on dhara Di.? He was the perfect pati of somnath.how could he do this?she thought she knew the pandya parivaar well, but no .what madhouse she got married into?

Shiva chuckled seeing her muttering something to herself.

". Shivaa ...sun na. Tu Mujhpe Kabhi hath nahi uthayega na" ? Raavi asked innocently with a pout staring at him with her big eyes.

Shiva melted seeing her like that.he took the joke too far . He kept a hand on her cheek and said 

" Kabhi nahi "

Raavi smiled.

Shiva later confessed that he was joking and raavi had ran after him with a belan around the whole house, because she had made a fool out of herself by asking dhara Di howcome Gombi raised his hand in her .

Shiva smiled a little remembering those moments, but then he decided to knock some sense into his gadhedi, things are going out of control.
