No, really. Thank you, thank you, thank you all SO MUCH- for reading this, for reviewing it, for supporting it, for sticking to it despite the ridiculously and shamefully long time it took to complete this, for all your love and kindness and for bringing me this far!
This is literally my very first venture into FanFiction and in general writing fiction for public consumption, and I'm aware that it's very rough around the edges. I practically learnt how I want to write and what I want to write through this fic, and if I go back, I can probably see the graph of the way I've progressed since that early morning when I gave in to my best friend's bullying and posted up the first chapter of a story I'd literally started to cheer myself up, right after that awful terrace scene happened. Since then, so much has happened- so much has changed, in me, in the way I write, in the way I conceive stories and even in the way I think. A lot of fond memories are attached to this story, and a lot of great friends were made through it, so even though this isn't perfect, I loved every moment I spent writing this, and I hope you guys have enjoyed this journey just as much.
It's really hard to believe this is over- it's been such a solid part of my life for 2 years, not I'm kind of stuck between throwing a party and crying myself to sleep, haha. It feels like saying goodbye to a good friend, because this used to be the highlight of my day when I was swamped down in the A-level days, or stressed out because of Uni-applications or jobs and what-not.
But truth be told, this story would not have been even half as special as it is to me were it not for YOU wonderful people. You guys made me want to write. You made me want to continue and explore, gave me the confidence to write things outside of this FF. I owe a lot of who I am and what I am to you guys...thank you all, so much. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, I am indebted to you.
So...I guess this is it then. I have an epilogue in mind, but only if you guys would like one. Other than that, this story is now complete. I really hope you have enjoyed this journey, at least a little bit, and would really appreciate it if you would leave behind your thoughts about it! Whether it's about how you think it all went, about your favourite moments, about what could be done better, about this chapter- I would love to hear from you :)
Once again, thank you for all your time and support- a lot of thought, work and love went into writing it, and I appreciate every person that has ever liked and commented on it!
