#2-The Diamond Shines

I looked towards her from the windowpane, sitting on a bench in front of my house, wearing a Bridal Lehenga. She was crying as rain drops were falling on her fragile body, something about her dragged me towards her, I went out and sat on the bench, next to her.

"Why are you crying?"

"Because my marriage was fixed with the guy whom I loved but I ran from my house on my wedding day...My parents would be hurt..."

" Then why you did you run away?"I looked at her as she was still crying.

"Because I got to know that my best friend also loves him..."

"So?" I looked at her confused.

"So how could I snatch her Love?" Turning, she looked towards me for the first time.

"Did the guy also Love her?"

"I don't know..."  She was still crying, I was losing my heart, my soul...in fact each cell of my body to her.

A/N:Ok, I know I am back very soon but this Idea came and struck  to my mind so penned it, its some 150 words so not a drabble again but short. I hope you liked it.
