Chapter 4

Chapter 2:

"Shree!" A boy screamed in horror as he jolted awake from his sleep! Sweat drops were forming on his forehead as he remembered the horrific scene he just saw through his dream!

" Kon thi woh sahasi ladki? Woh thik toh hogi na?" He questioned himself. " Aur kya tha us swapn ka uddeshy? " Another question he muttered to himself. 

" BHAIYAAA! Aap thik toh hai? Kya kuchh hua apko!? Kya aapka wasthya thik hain? " Questioned a distressed looking Lakshman, as he entered his dear bhaiya 's room after hearing his shout!

" Haan Lakhan, main thik hoon! Mujhe kuch nahi hua hai! Aur Haan mera Swasthya thik hai! " He replied and motioned lakshman to come near him.

Lakshman followed his instructions and came near him and sat on his bed!

The seven year old kept the head of the younger five year old on his lap as the yonger boy laid on his bhaiya 's bed asked, toh fir appne itni jor se kyu chillaya!? 

Both had a comfortable silence surrounding them as the elder boy was thinking about the question. Lakhan knew that this silence didn't mean that his bhaiya was thinking of an excuse! But he was thinking about the honest answer to his question.

" Maine dekha........." He started.

( Flashback )

A beautiful yet skilled girl his age ( 7 years ) was fighting a grown up man!! She was risking her life to save a girl who was a complete stranger to her! But the problem was no matter how hard he tried yet just couldn't see her face! She was fighting and defending herself so skillfully! Then he saw that two men came out of nowhere! They tried to attack her. " Yeh toh adharma hain! Dono log us akeli ladki par hamla kaise kar sakte hai? " He thought! The the girl skillfully sprinted and went to the forest, the attackers following closely behind! He then saw that they had reached the end of the forest. There was a huge cliff at the end of the forest. Now what will she do the question continueslly roamed in his mind. And then what he saw horrified him! She turned around and Jumped! 

" Shree! " a scream left his mouth!

( End of Flashback )

" Waah! Kitni adhbhut hogi woh kumari! Kitni sahasi aur karuna waali! Bilkul aapki tarah! " Lakshman said.

The 7 year old just nodded his head, as he was lost in the thoughts of the girl!

" Kya woh thik hogi? " A curious Lakhan asked.

" Mujhe gyat nahi hai, mere anuj!Par main aasha karta huoon ki woh thik hogi!" He replied.

Both of them were thinking about this. Both were tired and fell into a dreamless slumber due to exhaustion!

{ Morning 6am }

" Raam! Lakshman! Kaho ho tum dono? Bhojan thanda ho raha hai! " Sumitra searched for them! " Kaha gaye dono? Lakshman bhi apne kamre mein nahi tha! Ab bas Ram ke kaksh me dhundhana shesh hai! " She muttered to herself, as she headed towards her eldest sons room!

As she opened the door to his chamber , she saw someone sleeping on the bed! " Mera Ram toh itni der tak kabhi nahi sota! Toh fir yeh kon so raha hai!? " She thought.

( Imagine this as young Ram's bed)

She the pulled the blanket off the sleeping figure hesitantly and she saw.....

" Lakshman!? Tum yaha? Kyu so rahe ho tum apne bhaiya ke kaksh main? " She angrily asked as she shook him awake!

"  Thodi der aur sone dijiye na bhaiya! " He muttered sleepily.

" Aur sona hai tumhe! Haaaa!? " Sumitra said angrily as she twisted poor Lakshman' s ears!

" Aaaaaaaaaah! M- m- m- mataaa! Aap yaha par kya kar rahi hai!? " He exclaimed as he got up from his sleep.

" Mera chodo! Tum yaha par kya kar rahe ho? Haan? " She questioned.

" W- woh mujhe ratri ke samay nidra nahi aa rahi thi toh fir main yaha par aa gaya! Aur thodi der ke bad name nidra aane lagi aur hum so gaye! " He said. 

He didn't mention anything about the dream to Sumitra as they ( Ram and Lakshman ) didn't know whether it was true or false!

" Thik hai! " She said.

" Waise mera putra kaha hai? " Sumitra questioned him?

" Aapke samne! " Lakshman innocently replied.

" Mujhe woh gyat hai! Par main apane dusre putra ke bare me puch rahi hoon! "

" Bhaiya puja ke liye gaye hoge! Unki puja ke bad woh chanur vidhya ka abhyas kar rahe hoge! " Lakshman exclaimed!

" Thik hai! Tum shigra snan karke apne bhaiya ko bulane ke liye jao! " Said Sumitra.

" Ji mata! " He said as he left to complete the task given to him! 

Both the mother- son parted ways!

" BHAIYAAA! Ram bhaiyaa! " Lakshman's loud voice echoed through the forest!

" Kaha chale gaye Ram bhaiya subh subh!? "  he questioned himself.

He then heard an arrow moving in a fast pace! It sliced through 5 trees and then whizzed past him and hit the tree behind him! Lakshman didn't realise a branch, of the tree he was standing under was about to fall on him! Just before it could hit him an arrow stopped it! 

" Yeh toh ek hi vyakti kar sakte hai! Ram bhaiya! Mere Ram bhaiya! " He said!
