Chapter 4

I have taken appointments with customers so that i can intro Roli to them...

Also i wanted to know her...

These meetings can make us roam around together outside office where we can have lunch together... travel together...

'Shall we go Ms. Roli...' i asked going to her cabin...

'Yes.. i am ready...' she said...

When we came out of the building... she started walking towards her car...

'Ms. Roli... I think we can go in my car itself together as you dont know the route and it will be difficult to locate every place...' i suggest...

'Ok... Lets go...' she said and started walking towards my car...

I drive the car and we started our journey...

All the way.. i was looking at her then & there through corner of eyes...

I can see there is sadness on her eyes...

What is bothering her...

Why she is so sad & dull unlike seeing her 2 years back where i saw sparkle on her eyes...

Is she missing her boy friend in US...

So many puzzles were going on inside my mind...

'Ms. Roli... are you ok???' i asked without able to hold me...

'Yes i am... why...' she asked...

'You seems to be dull.. thats why...' i said...

'Nothing.. i am just normal... ' she said...

'Well... are you missing someone...' i asked to see her expression...

She swiftly lift her face to look at me almost like shocked...

'Its like.. i was in US and got friends all these days.. now i am missing those friends...' she said...

'Well.. thats right.. After farewell party... even we feel bad when we move apart from friends.. its obvious...' i said like supporting her...

She smiled as response...

Is it true???

Is she dull just for her friends???

No... Its much more than that...

I need to find out...

We reached customer place & meeting was happening...

She was concentrating the meeting still i can see her distracted then & there...

Then she someone managed to come back to the meeting...

I can see & feel that she is handling some sort of war inside her heart...

I dont know why i felt like that...

What is bothering her to that extent...

We went to meet 2 more clients and its almost 7 now...

We were returning towards our office...

She received call int he mobile...

As we were travelling she cant go away to take the call...

In fact i made it purposefully so that i can get to know...

"Hi.. how is he...' she said...

She didn't mention 'Roshan' today... may be as i am beside her...

'Take care... i am outside... i will call later...;' she said...

I know she is trying to disconnect to avoid talking in front of me...

'I will courier tomorrow..' she said..

'What is she going to courier...' i wonder...

'Anything else.. take care...bye...' she said and disconnected the line...

She swiftly checked my face for expression whether i am checking about her...

But i just gave neutral expression as if i am not bothered about her call...

I can see her taking breathe of relief...

There is something wrong...

I need to find the mystery... i determined...
