He was sitting in the study lost in deep thoughts and tears rolling down his cheeks. Anirudh Roy Chaudhary was once again in guily, guilt for not understanding Bon's pain, guilt of unintentionally make her go through the same pain, guilt of not trusting her. 

He had flashback of how much his Bondita is scared to see that master who tortured her for no fault of hers, only for his greed.

He came to reality when he heard sound of anklets and he saw Bondita is coming towards him.

“Patibabu. Aap ro rahe, mai janti hoon kyun. Aap khud ko doshi mat maniye apki galati nhi. Par jaise us badmash Masterjee se mujhe dar lagta hai waise meri mandli ko nhi lagega apse agar ap aise hi gussa karke unhe padhate rahe. Aise dar ke sath padh payengi kya! Padha hua v bhul nhi jayengi!?”

His lips curved into a smile and eyes still dropping tears. He was astonished how this little girl learns from everything and always gives him strength when he is so weak.
