Dadi welcomes Geet and says thatshe missed her a lot...

Geet takes up her studies moreseriously and Maan keeps a close watch on her progress...

He sometimes helps her in herstudies and also gets her involved in some KC projects...

Maan wants her to keep in touchwith KC, it's her future destination...

Maan always says that one can alot from practical experiences than the theories...

He wants Geet to know more abouttheir business...

Maan wants Geet to join KC afterher graduation...

Geet is OK with it for Pinky isalso going to join KC after college...

She will get her father's job...

It's an extension of the ashramthat Vicky used to often visit and help...

After Geet took Maan back to theashram Maan came to know about their needs...

He wants to build a new block forthem...

It's specialy for girls and nowthe care taker says that girls out number the boys and they don't have thefacilities to care for the growing members of the ashram...

They are now managing withwhatever they have and it's difficult for them to sustain like this...

They will have to send some ofthem to other ashrams...

Maan thinks that he is right andhe immediately offers to build a separate block for the girls...

With all the facilities, mainly alibrary, a study and some recreations...

Geet has been given the charge ofthe whole planning...

Geet had not yet started workingon the project as she had no clue about where to start...

It's not just a house with akitchen, hall and bed rooms...

It should be economical and alsoinclude as much facilities as it could...

She doesn't have any idea as whattheir needs are...

Maan wants to see what's theproposed plan might look like, atleast a rough outline...with some essentialdetails...

But Geet has preparednothing...she didn't expect Maan to come with the plans immediately...

She thought she can do it later asit's their own project and there is no rush to finish it in a particulartime...

This is something that should lastfor decades helping a lot of needy people and they have to take care of everylittle detail...

But Maan wants to start itimmediately and he wants to finish as soon as possible for they badly needit...it's not a luxury but a necessity for them...

If it's a luxury villa they couldtake their own time...

Maan calls Geet to the conferenceroom...

Geet asks Adi and Pinky toaccompany her...

Geet ignores him and pretends tobe getting ready for her presentation...

She opens all the files and keepsthinking seriously...

But she couldn't even understandwhat all these are about...

They are not even remotelyconnected to the current project...

She had just snatched some filesfrom Adi when she heard Maan repeatedly calling her...

Maan keeps watching her...heknows that she has not done her home work...

And they get to meet each otheroften and Geet is also busy with her work and she has no time to see what Maanis doing...

She is new to this job and it'shard for her to keep pace with Maan...

Maan also doesn't like mistakesand wants everything to be perfect even at the first attempt...

Maan is a strict task master anddoesn't spare even Geet when it comes to his business...

Geet has got a lot of scoldingsfrom him and she is only happy b'coz though Maan scolds her it's only for hergood, he wants her to give her best, he wants her to learn to be perfect, tokeep the mistakes down, and he is also willing to teach her things when sheneeds help...

This time Geet didn't bother toseek Maan's help either...

She thought she can manage on herown and she would buy some time as Maan had not asked about this project atall, she thought he had forgotten it as he was busy with some other urgentwork...

But Maan had asked her last weekitself that he would like her to finish this proposed plan by thisSaturday...it's Saturday and the first news she got in the morning is thatMaan is waiting for her...

Geet is a little late...and whenshe entered everyone is like..." Geet, where were you? Come on hurry up, Maansir is waiting for you"

Geet totally forgot about thisproject and she rushes to Adi to ask him what Maan wants...

Adi reminds her about the projectand Geet panics...

Here she is still trying to figureout how to escape from Maan...

Maan: Geet, ye tera kaam hai,mujhe kyun poochthi ho?

Geet: sir shayad aap bhool gaye hoki mein aap ke liye kaam kar rahi hoon, ye aapka hi project hai

Maan then uses his veto power asthe boss of KC...

Maan: Geet, ye mera office hai aurmeinne ye kaam tumme diya hai, ab mein jaanna chahtha hoon ki tumne mujhe hirekiya hai ya meinne tumme?

Geet: sir mein bhi yahi kehthithi, ye aapka office hai, aur ye aapka project hai

Maan gets angry...

Maan: Geeet tumne ye kaamabhi tak shuru bhi nahi kiya haina?

Maan thinks that she isright...she thinks that his opinions matter...that's good...that means shestill respects him atleast as a boss...
