Dadi quickly rejects it...

Maan: why Dadi? What's wrong in this?

Dadi: hare Maan bete, woh log hammare barein mein kyasochenge? Itna bada khandan mein apni beti ki shadhi hui hai, aur Geet ke pathitoh hummare ghar aane se bhi sharmathe hai

Maan: what? dadi, meinne aaise kab kaha?

Dadi: hare bete, aap agar Lucky ko Geet ko lene ke liye aaneko kahenge toh woh log aaisa hi sochenge, haina?

Maan: kya?

Dadi: aur aapke shadhi bhi aaise halaat mein hui hai ki wohlog pehle hi shak karthe ki unko beti apne sasuraal mein kush bhi hogi ya nahi

Maan: shadhi?

Maan thinks about the past...

Dadi is right, if they let her go alone these village peoplewill create unwanted problems seeing their married daughter coming homealone...

And Geet's papaji is already worried about her relationshipwith Maan...he knows how they had convinced Maan to marry Geet...Maan wasnever ready for marriage...it was like a forced marriage...and also he has hisdoubts about these rich people accepting his poor daughter as their bahu...hestill has the fear that she maybe an unwanted guest at their place...

Dadi: Maan bete, aap bhool gaye, Geet ke papaji toh apnebeti aur damad donno ko invite kiya hai

Maan: I know Dadi, I have been there, I know

Maan remembers the last time he went to Amristar...

But this time there won't be Teji too...

Maan can become Geet's hubby for a few days...that wouldbe fun...

Dadi: ab aap Geet ke saath nahi jaathe toh unka shak aurbadjayega, aur woh log kamakaam Geet ko sawaal pe sawaal karke parehsaankarenge, aur kya patha woh log Geet ko yahan wapas bhejenge bhi ya nahi

Maan knows that those people would do anything just likedadi fears...

What if they keep Geet with themselves...

How would Maan live without her?

Maan looks confused...

Dadi: Maan bete, humme lagtha hai ki aapko Geet ke saathjaana padega

Maan: par Dadi, aapko akhele chodke kaise jaa saktha?

Dadi: Maan bete, hum apna khyaal rakh sakthe, aur hum akhelekahan hai? Pinky haina? Aur chahe toh Adi ko bhi bhulalenge hum

Maan ko ye teek lagtha...and he is excited to see howGeet react...

Geet first hesitates but later agrees to go with Maan...

Everything resolved Maan makes arrangements for theirjourney...

Adi couldn't book a flight as it's festive season andtickets are booked well in advance...

Maan tehn decides to to drive her home himself...

Dadi is not happy with them taking the highway ride for it'stoo dangerous...

Finally Adi manages to get them tickets for the train...2tier a/c, same compartment but diff places...

Maan has not travelled by train since his childhood when heused to visit Hoshiarpur...

And he doesn't like crowd...he likes to stay away frompeople...

But Geet loves her train travels, she gets to meet newpeople and make friends...

She is very that that she need not travel with Maanalone...

She was so scared to go with him alone...

Dadi insists that Geet should wear her mangalsutra as she isgoing to her maika and she should look like a perfect bahu...

At the station Maan becomes her body guard...

Don't know from where this possessiveness comes to these menwhen their beloved women step outside the house...bhaiyagiri, papagiri yaphir pathigiri...

Even when it comes to a college trip the boys take care ofthe girls as soon as they step outside their campus...and as they asy ithappens only in India...over protective Indian men...

Maan makes sure Geet has no trouble getting to her seat...

Maneet look like a newly married couple on their HM trip...

All eyes are on them and all are talking about them only...

No one misses to have a second look at Geet and they alsocan't escape Maan's stares...

Maan is not liking this...

Luckily Geet had her seat reserved among a group of ladieson their pilgrimage to the golden temple...

Maan is relieved only after confirming that Geet has settledsafely with the oldies...

Maan gives her bag to her and Geet quickly settles down andstarts chatting with the women with whom she had to take this journey...

They instantly like Geet and welcome her on board...

Maan leaves her with them and goes to find his seat...

It's on the other side of the compartment and he has asardar family with twin boys for company...

Maan loves kids and befriends the boys immediately...

Maan has Geet's ticket with him...he is afraid she wouldloose it if he gives it to her...

He knows his Mishti very well...

Maan wonders what would Geet be doing? Still continuing herbak bak or maybe she had fallen asleep after becoming tired of her non stopchattering...

Maan looks at the direction of her seat...

He finds Geet coming in search of him...

She is struggling to pass thru the crowd and keeps lookingfor Maan...

Maan grabs her hands and pulls her...She doesn't like it atall...

That sardar couple stare at Maneet and exchange glaces as ifthey have found some secret...

Lagtha hai ye naye Dulha Dulhan hai?

Boy1: hare banti, ye didi kaun hai?

The other boy laughs mischievously...

Boy1: bolo na

Boy2: uncleji ki girl friend hai, haina uncle?

Maan just smiles...Geet frowns...

Geet: mein kissi ki girkfriend bhi nahi hoon

Sardarji: toh mere girl friend banjao ji

His wife gets angry...she stares him...

Wife: woh inki biwi hai, samjhe ji?

She warns her hubby to be careful...

Sardarji: kitni soni gudhi hai, tussi great ho ji, bale bale

Sardarji winks at Maan...

Maan can't stop smiling...

But Geet is not happy at all...

Geet: meri ticket

Maan: kya?

Geet: TC ticket mangenge na?

Maan: unse kaho mere paas hai

Geet stares Maan...

Geet: aap meri ticket mujhe hi dedo

Maan looks at her doubtfully...

Geet: aaise kya dekhthe ho? meinne toh sirf apna ticketmanga, aapka nahi

Maan: issiliye toh mujhe dar hai, meri ticket khojathi tohmanage karoonga, par tum

Geet: aapko meri fikar karne ki koi zaroorat nahi, jaldhido, mujhe jaana hai

Wife: itni bhi kya jaldhi hai beta, yahan aake beito

The boys hold her hands and drag her in...

Maan makes roon for her to sit...

Geet goes and sits near Maan...

Maan tries to egt closer but she keeps moving away...

Sardarji: bahit sharmili lagthi hai

Maan looks at Geet and smiles...: haanji bahut sharmathihai

Geet glares...

Geet: kya?

Geet tries to make a move from there...she gets to herfeet but Maan holds her back and pulls her...

Maan: itna kyun sharmathi ho, beit bhi jao

As he pulls harder Geet looses her balance and she falls onhis lap...

The boys giggle...

Geet gets very angry...she is embarassed...

She quickly gets off Maan's lap and takes her seat...

The boys keep staring Geet and they want to play withher...

They find Geet friendlierthan MSK...

Boy1: didi didi, aap bhi hummare saath antakshari kheloge?

Geet blinks...

Boy2: uncleji, aap kehlenge na?

Maan: haan haan, kyun nahi?

Geet thinks...Maan ke saath khelna hai...nahibabaji...

Geet: nahi, mein chalthi hoon

Maan: bache kitne pyaar se poochthe hai, maan bhi jao

Wife: haan puthar, chalo hum bhi tayaar haim haina ji?

Sardar is only looking at Geet...

Sardar: aapka naam kya hai puthar?

Maan gets angry...Maan ka naam nahi poocha itnedher...

Geet:  Geet

Maan: Geet, tum idar aao

Maan swaps places and sits near uncleji
