Maan drives at a leisure pace...

 Geet enjoys the silence of that night...

 They come across a police patrol jeep...

 The policemen stop them...

 Geet thoda dar jaathi...

 Police: itne raat ko kahan jaathe ho?

 Maan: dekhiye ye meri biwi hai aur hum

 The policeman interferes in the middle...

 Police: sab yahi kehthe hai

 Maan: aap ko koi galatfami ho gayi hai

 Police: bahar nikhlo

 Maan tires to open the door...

 Geet stops him...

 Geet: nahi Maan, woh log shayad nashe mein hai

 Maan too agrees with her...

 Maan: tum fikar mat karo Geet, mein unsse baat kartha hoon

 Geet: nahi mein baat karthi hoon

 Maan is surprised...

 Geet had a plan...kitna Bollywood films dekha hai Geet ne...

 The police man opens Maan's door forcefully...

 He looks angry ...

 Geet starts to shout...

 Geet: Maan, jaldhi karo, ohhh babaji...

 Maan is worried...he thought that she is really in pain...

 Maan: Geet, kya hua?

 Geet: Maan, mera pet

 The police man looks at her condition...

 Maan: Geet?

 Geet winks at Maan...

 Geet: Maan, mujhe jaldhi hospital lekhe jao, mujhe bahut dard hotha hai

 Maan: teek hai Geet, hum abhi chalthe hai

 Maan looks at the policeman...

 Police: kya dekhtha ho? jaldhi jao

 Maan starts the car and drives off...

 Geet bursts out laughing...

 Maan: Geet, ye teek nahi hai, aaise joot nahi bolthe

 Geet: toh kya aap police station jaake sab ko sachayi bathakke samjayenge?

 Maan: haan, humne koi galthi nahi kiya haina? Phir kyun joot bolna hai?

 Geet: Maan, ye log paison ke liye ye sab karthe hai, aur mujhe patha hai ki aap kabhi paise dene ke liye tayaar nahi honge, phir hum kamakaam issmein fusjaathe, haina?

 Maan: phir bhi Geet, aaise logon se kyun darna? Ye toh humme protect katne ke liye hi haina?

 Geet: teek hai teek hai ji, mujhse galthi ho agyi mujhe maaf kardo

 Maan: tumme toh baby se maafi mangna chahiye

 Geet: haan, I'm sorry baby

 After a while...

 Geet's face turns pale...

 She looks worried...

 Maan: Geet, kya hua?

 Geet: Maan, aap sahi kethe ho, mujhe joot nahi bolna chahiye tha

 Maan: nahi Geet, itni si joot se kya hoga?

 Geet: hua na?

 Maan: kya?

 Geet: Maan, mujhe sach mein dard ho raha hai

 Maan: Geeet, ye kaise mazak hai?

 Geet: nahi Maan, sachi, mujhe bahut dar lagtha hai Maan, shayad baby ko kuch ho gaya? Baabji mujhe maaf kardo

 Maan: Geet, aaisa kuch nahi hoga, hum abhi hospital jaathe hai

 Maan finds a private clinicl nearby...

 They go and knock the door...

 Some old man opens it...

 Maan: Dr kahan hai? Jaldhi, emergency hai

 Sisters come running...

 They take Geet inside...

 Doctors residence is nearby...

Doctor comss in his night suit itself...

Doctor is still sleepy...

Maan gets angry...

Poor doctor he has just too tired after so many years of practice that he has retired quietly on the outskirts of the city to have some peace and rest...

He just gives consultation to his age old patients who still believe that he is the ony one who could save them, and he is here just for them...

He is in his late eighties and Maan doubts if he could see properly...

Ye mein Geet ko kahan lekhe aaya hoon?

But he is so scared to drive her back as she is in so much pain...

Maan looks worried at the doctor...

The doctor is surprised to see such a loving and caring couple after a long time...

He pats Maan's back...

Doctor: don't worry young man, my experience is older than you, patient ko andar lekhe jao

Geet looks at Maan...

Maan holds her hands and assures her that everything will be fine...he wants to accompany her...

But the sister stops him...

Sister: aap yahi rukh jayiye

Maan: par sister, Geeet

Sister: hum haina

As they take Geet in Maan waits outside...

He is reminded of Ved's delivery...

At that time the doctor and the whole family felt that Geet would have a normal delivery as Sam too had normal delivery...

Maan had no experience except for Annie's delivery which was a normal one too...

Maan thought that Geet would also be fine...

Moreover Dadi, Ranno, his mom and dad, sam and Annie, Vicky's Dadi and everyone was with Geet...

Maan had little knowledge in these matters and he left it to the elders then...

But a week before the due date Geet had pain just like this and she was rushed to the hospital...

Ranno said that it's her labour pain and nothing to worry...

Doctor too felt thet she is about to deliver the baby and that everything is fine...

Doctor wanted to wait for sometime...

Geet was in so much pain that Maan couldn't see her suffer like that...he pleaded to the doctor to do something...

But Sam and others said that it's completely normal and all the girls experience it...

Maan even thought that he never had a baby rather than troubling Geet and risking her life?

Maan asked the doctor to go for a surgery, then Geet would be relieved of her pain...

Doctor insisted that she will deliver anytime and surgery is unnecessary...

Sam and Maan accompanied Geet to the labour room...

As Geet cried in pain Maan became crazy and wanted to run out of that place...

He can't bear it, but Geet clutched his hands so tight that he couldn't move...

She pressed his hands so hard that her nails made deep impressions on his hands...

Geet: Maaan, kuch akro Maan

Maan: haan Geet, doctor haina, tum fikar mat karo, sab teek ho jayega

Geet: Maan mujhe bahut dar lag raha hai

Maan: Geet, bas do minute

Geet: Maan, mujhse nahi hoga

She is so tired and she is losing her conscious...

Maan is so scared...

Maan: Geeet, mujhe dekho Geet

He tries to keep her comsious...

Sam: Geet, push karo Geet, aur push karo

Maan almost lost hope but didn't break as that would scare Geet...

He put up a brave face but he is much more scared than Geet...

Maan: Geet, tum kar sakthi ho, mein hoona, sab teek ho jayega

Geet feels better now watching Maan so confidant...

Geet: Maaan

Geet has delivered and she falls unconscious...

Maan is worried seeing her like that...

He shakes her face...

Maan: Geeet, kya hua Geeet? Doctor

Doctor: kuch nahi hai, she will be alright Maan

Maan: Geet, aakhen kholo Geet

Maan is only concerned about Geet...but the others are worried about the baby...

Doctor is afraid that it's a blue baby...

Baby has not got enough oxygen and is struggling...

They need to shift the baby to intensive care incubator...

But this clinic doesn't have such facilities...

If they want to save the baby they should shift him to the multi-speciality hospital...

Maan is still with Geet...

Doctor: Mr.Khurana

Maan: doctor Geet

Sam: Geet teek hai par baby

Maan just remembers the baby...

Maan: baby ko kya hua?

Doctor: ek choti si problem hai, baby ko special treatment chahiye, hum ussko shift karenge, abhi, mein bhi aapke saath aathi hoon, aap fikar mat kijiye, sab teek ho jayega

Maan: kya? Ye sab kaise hua?

Doctor: Mr.Khurana, sawaal karne ke liye waqt nahi hai, jaldhi kijiye, humme jaana hoga, ambulance tayaar hai

Maan: lekhin Geet

Doctor: she is fine, Geet will stay here

Maan looks at Geet...

Sam: Maan, tum jao, mein Geet ke paas rukh jaathi hoon

They rush the baby to the latest and bggest hospital in Delhi...

Maan never leaves the baby...

Baby needs blood and luckily baby has Maan's blood group not Geet's...

Maan gives blood and now he is worried that Geet would ask about the baby as soon as she wakes up...

He had to save the baby else he can't go amd meet his Mishti empty handed...

Baby is given blood and he is recovering...

But the doctors can't tell anything till morning...

Maan just can't wait to see Geet...

Sam calls him and says that Geet wants to see the baby and is looking for Maan from the time she gained conscious...

She is not able to answer Geet...

Maan asks her to tell Geet that Maan is with the baby and baby is in the incubator for Maan has asked the doctor to keep him there for sometime...

Geet wanted to talk to him...

Geet: Maan, aap kahan ho?

Maan: Geet, mein baby ke paas hoon

Geet: baby kahan hai?

Maan: mere saath hai

Geet: Maaan, mazak mat karo

Maan: Geet, hum baby ko bahar lekhe aaye hai

Geet: kyun? Baby ko kya hua?

Geet gets worried...

Maan: baby is fine, bas ussko do din incubation mein rehna padega, due date se pehle hi bahar aagaya haina, ussko abhi bhi apbe mama ki andar rehna chahiye tha, hiaina? issiliye

Geet: Maan, mujhe toh dar lag raha hai, aap please mere paas aaona, baby ko lekhe

Maan: Geet, tum ab maa ban gayi ho, tumme ab apne saath saath baby ko bhi sambalna haina?

Geet: haan

Maan: toh tum aaram karo, mein kal tumme dekhne aatha hoon

Geet: baby?

Maan: baby ko abhi thoda aur attention chahiye, baby ko lekhe aatha toh sab ussko dsturb karenge na? MSK ka bacha hai toh bahut khaas haina? Koi khilona toh nahi

Geet: Maan, aap bhi na

Maan agla din Geet ko sambalne aatha...

Warna Geet ko shak hojayega...

He had to lie to her for the first time b'coz she is too weak to hear the truth...

Maan wants to shiehd her from the unnecessary tensions...

It's better to tell her in the end...

Even if it's bad let her know it then...

As of now why trouble her...

Doctors didn't give much hope...

They just keep saying that let us wait till morning, till evening...

They are not confidant ... .

They have their speculatuons...

Their medical explanations even scare Maan a lot...

Geet can't take it...it will break her heart...

Only after two days they said that the baby has made it and is fine, still they didn't know how much oxygen his brain got...and they had doubts about his mental abilities...

They warned Maan to be ready for anything...

They would access th baby as he grows older as it is too early to come to a conclusion...

Maan hided the truth from Geet for three months and only after everything was fine did he tell her everything...

This time it's different...

He is only worried about Geet...

He doesn't want to take any risks...

He is ready to sacrifice anything for her...
