They straightaway go to seek Geet's naaani's blessings who is not able to attend their wedding…..she is too old and stays at home nowadays….

Maan: Geet, utto

Geet: ghar aagaye hai kya?

Maan: nahi

Geet: phir kyun mujhe disturb karthe ho?

Maan: Geet, hum teri naani ke aashirvaad lene aaye hai, dekho naaani humse milne aarahe hai

Geet gets up and rushes to see her naani

Geet: naani, aap kyun takleef karthe ho? hum andar hi aarahe haina?

Naani: hare, mujhe bhi dekhna hai ki tera pathi kaisa hai

Maan gets down and bows to get naani's aashirvaad…..

Naani: toh ye hai woh ladhka? toh tummare Dadi ne toh sahi kaha tha

Geet: kya? Dadi ne aapse kya kaha?

Naaani: yahi ki tum kissi ladhkke ko pyaar karthi ho aur woh bhi koi apna hi hai, toh ye hai woh ladhkka, tum donno ki Jodi toh bahut achchi hai, babaji aap donno ki Jodi ko hamesha aaisa hi banaye rakhe

Rajji comes to see them, she is the one taking care of naani while the othera are at the wedding…….

Rajji: Geet, tum bahut sundar lagthi ho, aur jijaji aap bhi

Geet: chal andar

Naani: Rajji, tummare jiajaji ko kuch khilao philao

Maan: nahi nahi, hum khana kha chukke hai

Naani: toh teek hai, chaay toh philo, Rajji kuch meeta lao, tummare jijaji yahan pehle bar aaye haina

Rajji: ji naani

After a while, Geet is exhausted and she falls asleep on the couch itself while Maan is still talking with naani…..

Maan calls home…..

Annie: bhai, aap log kab aarahe ho?

Maan: hum yahan Geet ke naani se milne aaye hai aur hum thoda aaram karkke shamko aathe hai

Annie: par yahan toh sab aapka intrezaar kar rahe hai

Maan: Geet so rahi hai, wahan aathe toh koi usse aaram karne nahi dega

Annie: lekhin bhai maa ko kya kahoon? Aur Ranno aunty toh kab se aapka raa dekh rahi hai

Maan: tum Sam se kaho ki hum shamko aathe hai, woh sabko sambalegi

Maan returns….

Maan: Geet, utto andar chalkke sojao, yahan sothi toh ghir jayegi

Geet: nahi, humme jaana haina?

Maan: koi jaldhi nahi, meinne sabko bathadhiya hai, hum thoda aaram karkke jaa sakthe hai

Geet goes to the bedroom….

Maan follows her followed by Rajji…..

Maan: Geet, tum sojao

Rajji: haan Geet, abhi sojao, raat ko jiajaji tujhe sone nahi denge

Rajji winks……: haina jijaji?

Geet: kya?

Maan: tum yahan kya kar rahi ho? jao hummare khane ki intrezaam karo, hum shamko hi jaanewale hai

Maan pushes her out……

Geet: Maan, ye kya keh rahe hai?

Maan: kuch nahi, tumme sona haina?

Geet: toh issiliye aapko meri itni fikar ho rahi hai?

Maan: aaise nahi hai Geet, wakhe hi tum bahut tak gayi ho, ab tumme aaram karna hoga, haina?

Geet: nahi, mujhe nahi sona

Maan: teek ahi, itne dher toh sothi hi thi, ab hatto, mujhe sona hai

Maan lies down beside her….Geet gets up in a hurry…..

Geet: aap? Yahan sonnewale ho?

Maan: haan, mujhe bhi neendh aarahi hai Geet, waise mujhe hi aaram ki zyada zoroorat haina?

Geet: kya?

Maan: haan, raat ko toh mujhe hi zyada mehnat karna padega haina?

Geet: chiii, kaise gandhe batein karthe ho?

Geet ke adaoon ko dekhkke Maan kudh ko control nahi kar patha…..

He tries hard to stay away from her and not to look at her…..

Maan: hare Geet, please mujhe sone do

Geet: toh phir bahar jaakke sojao

Maan: kya?

Geet: haan, aap yahan nahi so sakhte

Maan: Geet ab hummari shadhi ho gayi hai

Geet: toh?

Maaan: toh kya? Ab mein bahar jaatha toh log tujhe hi galat samjenge

Geet: kyun?

Maan: ab teri sawaal jawab band karo aur chup chap sojao, warna patha nahi mein kya kartha? Iss ladhki ko meri halaat samaj mein nahi aayega? Baabji, aap hi meri madat karo

Maan turns to the other side and tries to get some rest….

He is also too tired for mahi mahi and they fall asleep….

par Geet ko Neendh nahi aatha...

Maan bahut tired hai toh woh sogaya...

Geet looks at Maan and feels sorry for him...

Maan ne toh kaam ke saath saath ye shadhi ka bhi sara kaam sambalkke bahut tak chuka hai...

aur Geet bhi subhe se Maan ko tang karthi rahi...

chalo iss sleeping beauty ko thoda kush karthe...haina babaji?

Geet gets closer and keeps looking at his lips...

geet ko thoda sharam aathi...nahi mein aaise nahi kar sakthi...

she closes her face with her hands ...

Maan could feel her breadth, and he wakes up...

he catches and pulls her...

Geet falls on his laps...

Maan: Geet, ab tum mujhe mana nahi kar sakthi...

just then someone knocks...

Geet goes and checks...

Rajji: didi, Sam didi ka phone hai

Sam asks them to come back soon...

they had to leave...Maan is a little disappointed...

They return to Hoshiarpur that evening…..
