Chapter 16

Saras & Kumud meet Vanshika.

Saras: I guess you are Arjun's mom.

Vanshika: Yes, you are right. 

Saras: She is Kumud. I am her friend.

Vanshika: Oh Kumud! What a pleasant surprise!  Arjun remembers you a lot. He rehearses on the music day & night for his dream show.  

Saras: Where is Arjun?

Vanshika: He has just left. You can catch up with him.

Saras & Kumud catch the car to go to the spot where Arjun is performing. However, they turn out to be smugglers who take the couple to the isolated place.

They said: Hands up. Kumud moves. They shoot Kumud, take their credit cards & run away.

Saras admits Kumud to the hospital.

Arjun composed a song & is singing in the studio

The doctor comes to the ward & asks, "How are you Kumud?"

Kumud: I'm better.

Doctor: You look better too because you have such a loving & caring husband. Saras, I need to talk to you. Nothing to worry. It is just a formality.

Saras goes with the doctor to talk about the formalities.

Doctor: I am afraid. I have to stop the treatment till you pay all your bills.

Saras: We have come from India and we have been robbed here. I have told my people about it. They will be sending us the money as soon as possible.

Doctor: I can understand but a rule is a rule. You need to generate funds.

Saras & Kumud take out their rings & make the payment.

Saras goes to the church. Arjun sees a couple fighting. He resolves the differences & sends them.

Arjun to himself: They are married & are going to become parents but fight for silly things.

Arjun & Saras meet face to face.

Saras: Do you speak Hindi?

Arjun: Yes.

Saras: You speak good Hindi. 

Arjun: I can speak Italian language as well.

Saras: I am Saras.

Arjun: I am Arjun. If you believe in love, I see people come here for the sake of their love or to sort out the differences. But I come here because I love someone & because Jesus is my dad's friend.

Saras: I have come here for my love. She is in great pain as she met with an accident & I can't bear to see her in that state.

Both go for praying.

Arjun: Father, he is my friend. Give him whatever he asks.

Saras & Arjun go to the open space & have the wine.

Saras: What work you do?

Arjun: Nothing much. I go to the concerts & sing.

Saras: So you are Arjun the musician?

Arjun: Yes, I am. I only sing for my lady love. But right now I will sing which 2 friends sing. Do you sing?

Saras: No

Arjun: That can be made out of your face. But no problem. We will sing together.

Arjun sings dholi taroo...

Saras: I am planning to make a movie. I have a story in which there is a husband, wife & lover is playing a role. The girl & the guy are intense lovers who had committed to themselves. But the girl is pushed into marrying someone else. The wife is not happy but didn't open up. One day, the husband found out that his wife loves someone else. The shot is here in Italy.

Arjun: So you want me to play lover's role.

Saras: Exactly.

Arjun: Done.

Saras: I am leaving now. Keep in touch. 

Both give their contact numbers & photographs to each other.
