Maan's Amritsar visit...

Dev and Meera greeted him with a big smile...

They knew that it'stime for Maan to tie the knot...

But Maan was very upset...

Maan ka mood bahut karab hai...

No one dared to speak to him about the wedding...

Everyone just acted as if they didn't know anything about the marriage plans...

Only little Arthi asked him when his wedding was and will he get her that angel dress(white gown with intrigue work that she wanted that day at the mall and Meera said it's white and she would apoil it first day itself) for his marriage...so even Arthi is ready for the wedding?

Maan wonders whether Kiran had flashed this news on the local bulletin...

Now why are they after his marriage?

Vijay comes back in the evening and it is up to him now...

Vijay: there you are, Dulhe Raja

Maan couldn't control his anger...

He keeps silent...

Vijay continues...

Vijay: so Maan, what do you want to know about the handas

What was that? Handas?

Did Maan hear it properly?

Handas...there would be hundreds of Handa families ...

Maan is now curious...

He should know more about these Handas...

He looks at Vijay...

Vijay: they are from Hoshiarpur...

How could Maan forget the fact that the girl is from Hoshiarpur not Amritsar...

His curiousity dies in a minute...

But Vijay had to tell him the whole story...

Vijay: and you know Maan? this Darji is the head of hoshiarpur, and they are also business people. This should be interesting? Haina?

Maan shows no interest...

Vijay: are you listening or what?

Maan: ji

Vijay: good, if not listen now, Geet is a very lovely girl, very bubbly and full of energy, not so dull like you, atleast one of you should be fun loving, isn't it?

Maan didn't hear a word after Geet...

His heart started dancing in joy...pumping faster and faster...

Geet Handa? Is this some magic?

This girl comes in Maan's life again and again like some divine power is behind it...they say matches are made in heaven...that must be true...

Vijay kept on speaking and Maan was lost in Geet's thoughts...

How he met her for the first time...

Here at Amritsar...

At Dev's computer centre...

Yes Dev runs a computer centre and Geet came here for her summer classes...

It was one of those holidays that Maan and dadi came to stay at Chandigar...

Seeing Maan Meera packed her bags as usual...

This is the time she gets a break...

Kiran never bothered her when Maan is around...

Infact she kept Meera out of the kitchen for Meera often added extra salt and spoilt the dishes and Maan always wanted them less salty...health conscious...

Kiran prepared the dishes herself for Maan,she never allowed the servants to cook...

Kiran is an expert cook just like dadi...

And Meera...she is such a lovely character...

Dev is so lucky...

Meera had a tough time after her delivery...

Kiran wanted a boy and it was a girl...

Kiran never went to see the baby...

Meera stayed at her mother's place and even Dev didn't visit her for 6 months...

When Maan came to know this he thought that afterall Dev is also a typical Indian husband...

Afraid of his mother...but still Dev loves meera very much...

Maan was visiting a friend at Chandigarh and he took dev along with him...

They went to Meera's house ...

It was noon and Meera was still sleeping...

Her mother welcomed them...

Meera's mom: Meera so rahi hai, woh kya haina, choti ussko raat bar sone hi nahi detrhi

Meera usually wakes up late...

Meera heard their voice and came down jumping in joy...

Meera: dev

Dev went with Meera upstairs her to her room...

Maan had little chat with Meera's mom...

She always said that she wanted Meera to have a brother like Maan...

Then that Kiran wouldn't dare to trouble her daughter...

Meera always considered Maan as his little brother...

Not only her, the entire family loved Maan so much as he is so unlucky losing both his parents early...

As they were getting ready to return Meera came down with her bag...

Meera: take me with you, I can't stay here anymore

Dev was scared about Kiran...

She doesn't even know that dev is here...

Dev: tum yahan bahut kush ho toh kuch din aur rukh jao

Meera: nahi, mujhe tummare saath hi rehna hai

Maan: Dev, let her come

Dev: what?

Maan can't force him...it's their life...

Dev left Meera back but he is still thinking abput Meera and his little angel...

Maan had to do something...

He asked dadi to talk about meera...

Dadi said that Meera is satying at her maika way too long...this is not good...haina Kiran?

You should call her back now, if she gets used to her maika she won't want to come back to her sasuraal, then Dev have to go and stay there as ghar jamai

What? Kiran would never let her son become a slave...

Kiran called her back the next day itself...

And Kiran was too happy to welcome Arthi this time...

Her naanu sent a lot of gold along with her know...

Kiran accepted them with pleasure: kya karein? Ladhki haina? Abhi se save karna padega? Haina sambandhiji?

Meera: haan haan, aapko meri beti ki kitna fikar hai?

That's Meera ...

Now...meera is getting ready for her missed HM after 5 years of marriage...

Poor soul! Kiran called that pilgrimage to Vaishno devi along with Kiran, Dai and Maan Meera's HM...

This time Meera waited for Maan to come and relieve Dev and they flew to Europe immediately...

So Maan had this summer class to handle...

Dev had recruited a new girl Sasha for this and she would be there in two days...

He just wanted Maan to keep the students engaged till then...say some quiz or puzzle...

But Maan took his job seriously...he prepared for the next day's class over night...

But no one was interested in his class...the boys made a lot of noise...

Maan got angry and scolded them...

They said that it's just a summer class and not any entrance coaching class...

Maan: very well, enjoy your vacation. I won't disturb you

Maan left immediately...

Everyone left the class except for this Geet Handa who sat before a system and started her self-study...

Geet loved learning this way...on her own...

Maan had to take notice of her then...

Just a cute girl in her sweet sixteen no no maybe seventeen...

Next day Maan went to the class just for Geet's sake...

She was the one who showed some interest...

Maan explained something with his own example...

He was using his name "Maan Singh Khurana" as the example...

Everyone but Geet copied the same...

Geet sat in the front and Maan saw her note...

She had written "Geet Handa" instead...

This made Maan more curious...

This is not just another girl...she is different...

And with some attitude as well...

Why not? She is such an intelligent girl and why not take some pride in that?

She is like..."I know everything" ...

Maan was eagerly waiting for the next class but this sasha took over the class next day...

Maan thought...Why couldn't she come after a few days...

What's the hurry? Dev is also out of town...

Then Maan had to be happy with just a glimpse of Geet when she comes in or leaves...

And the girls were disappointed to loose such a good tutor like Maan...

Maan used to stay in Dev's cabin...

And the girls took turn and visited the cabin(to see Maan) pretending to take an A4 sheet or some other book for reference...

But the girl Maan waited for never came...Geet didn't show any respect to this Handsome Hunk!!!!

What a girl?

But the boys loved the class now, no one missed a single class...

Sasha had a tough time handling Geet and her never ending arguements...

Sasha complained to Maan...

Does she come here to learn or to teach me? This Geet Handa is too much to handle...

But Maan loved it very much...somehow he was hooked to this girl...

15 days passed in a jiffy...and the class ended...

Maan was so disappointed then...he kind of missed Geet...

They never talked or even had an eye contact but just looking at her from a distance meant so much for Maan...he was also young at that time, maybe 20...so that must be the chemistry working there...

Maan felt that time ran faster those days...

So that was how Maan met this Geet Handa for the first time...

Vijay had finished long back...

Maan is still thinking...

Vijay: Maaan, how long would you take to answer this simple question...

Maan came back to reality...

Vijay: so, what do you say?

Maan didn't want to ruin this golden pppurtunity to meet Geet...

And the last time he saw her she was almost in tears...so sad and depressed...

From that day Maan had this urge to know what's wrong with her...

Somehow Maan didn't get the chance to see her again...

So this is the time to know the truth...

Maybe he can tell her that he is not interested in marriage at all...

It's not her, he wouldn't marry any one for that matter...

There is no place for marriage in his life...

He didn't want to send a messenger...he wanted to tell her in person...

He just wanted to meet her...

Vijay: what do you say?

Maan: I'll go meet this girl

Vijay is surprised...Kiran was so much worried, but Maan didn't even oppose...

He is all ready to see the girl? What's this? Some magic?

Anyway, everything is fine as of now...

So Maan would go meet her tommorrow...

And guess who is going with him...

Meera and Dev...

Meera is so angry that Kiran didn't take her to see the girl...

Meera is also part of the family know?

She should also see the girl, Maan's would be...

Doesn't she have the rights?

She was having a huge fight with Dev for that?

So Kiran asked Dev to take her along with Maan...
