Everyone is excited to welcome their new MD…Raj Malhotra….

Ab tak Seema hi sab sambalthi thi….ab toh uska beta aagaya…

Woh retire ho chuki hai….ab toh woh aaram karna hi chahathi….

She has planned to explore the world…………ab no kaam only aaraaam……

Ab business raj sambalegha….waise UK jaane ke pehle bhi woh Seema ke

saath business sambaltha tha….Raj comes…………

Aman is a little nervous…like our Adi sir…..

Raj takes his business very seriously….like MSK…..

Even when he was in UK he kept in touch with his business….

He doesn't like delays or any kind of excuses……

Raj enters MC….

Everyone cheer & welcome him….

Raj: thank you guys, but I expect double enthusiasm in your work from

now, Is that clear, everybody back to your seats

Raj walks into his cabin, Aman follows….Raj takes a look around &

takes his seat…..

Raj: toh Aman what's my program today?

Aman reads out the itenary…

Raj: achcha ye sab chodo, how is our Malhotra Enclave's work

progressing? Show me that  file, by now the construction should have

started, right?

Aman: sir, woh….

Raj: what?

Aman: there's a small problem sir

Raj: what? Problem? As far as I know the  sight has been finalized &

everything is fine ?

Aman: but sir

Raj: no buts & ifs in my office, come on show me the details, what's wrong?

Aman: sir, this is the deal we made with Mr.Rahul Mehta

Raj: so, now what happened?

Aman: this property's case is in court sir

Raj: what case?

Aman: sir, Mr.Mehta's sister has challenged our deal sir

Raj: but we have already paid half the amount

Aman: yes sir, we have paid Mr.Mehta 2 crores

Raj: bakhi 2 crore usski sister ko dedo, what's the big deal?

Aman: but she is not willing to sell it sir

Raj: what? Ye family fight mein humko kyun fasathe hai? Kal mein uss

ladkhi se milna chahatha hoon, make the arrangements

Aman: yes sir

Raj leaves………

 

Raj lift se neeche aaraha hai….

Our heroine Ms.Priya seedhi se upar jaarahi hai….

At the reception…..

Priya: halo, I am Ms.Priya, last week interview ke liye aayi thi, I

got a mail to come & collect my appointment order today

Receptionist: welcome to Malhotra Constructions Ms.Priya,just a minute

Priya waits…..

Receptionist: Ms.Priya, here is your appointment letter, you can join on Monday

Priya: thanks

Priya leaves……………..

 

Next day Raj goes to meet the Mehtas….

Aman knocks the door…..

An old lady comes & opens the door…

Aman: sir laghtha hai ye Mr.Mehta ki mathaji hai…

Raj: namasthe mmji

Maaji: andhar aayiye, maaf kijiye mein aapko pehachanthi nahi, shayad

aap Rahul ked host honge, par bete woh ab yahan nahi rehtha…..

She has tears in her eyes…..

Aman: kya? Rahul yahan nahi hai?

Raj: Aman what's going on?

Aman: sir mujhe bhi ye breaking news hai

Raj: uss Rahul ko phone lagao

Maaji: aap log kadhe kyun ho? Beito, mein aap ke liye lassi lathi hoon

Raj: usski koi zaroorat nahi maaji
