Chapter 1

The sun rises and then the alarm rings a hand falls on thealarm to stop. Wind is blowing through the window having a cool breeze.Curtains are covered with the windows. Slowly the curtains are slide and abeautiful girl crossing her both hands caressing her shoulder enjoying the coolbreeze closing her eyes.

"Kriya" someone came dashing her bed room door,

"Yes, Sharon" kriya replied, turning back, facing the girl,who is in a hurry.

Kriya sooths her back, and Sharon calms down. Sharon tellsher about the dance fest, where they had been offered with an 1 month tour,Kriya and Sharon were awaiting for this moment, to spend some time with theirwhole group of friends. They have the group of 12 people, Rey, Swayam, Vicky,Nilesh, Bharat, Amar, Neha, Vishakha, Rimmi and Simmi. Rey and Sharon are bestof friends, and Swayam and Kriya are best of friends, that also includes Sharonand Kriya best friends and Rey and Swayam best friends, and including Antara,swayam's cousin makes them 13. Kriya, likes Rey a lot and she knows Rey toolikes her, whereas Swayam and Sharon are coples, their gang knows very wellabout Rey and Kriya's feeling for each other, but both of them had not made anymove to confess.

After a little chit chat, and pulling legs of each other,Sharon tells Kriya she had forgot to call Swayam and she needs to do itimmediately before going to college, Kriya only nods at her, sitting in thebed. Sharon leaves and Kriya goes to washroom to take a bath, to get ready forthe college.

Somewhere, in a field.

A boy on a bike with a helmet (his eyes r only seen) istrying to drive very fast moving his accelerator. There are many boys and girlsin two parallel rows with nearly 2 meter distance between them. All arecheering "Reyaansh...Reyaansh"

He drives very fast and jumps from a gap of mountain havinga 5 m distance to the other side of the mountain. Then he removes his helmetand looks smiling to everyone. Boys come and hold him on their shoulders. Whenthey put him on the ground girls come and hug him

Then he hears a voice "Rey". He looks and gets stunned tosee Swayam. He comes to him with an angry look and Rey lower his eyes.

"Come with me" swayam drags him, holding his wrist to theparking lot.

Both goes towards the car and swayam freed his wrist. Andcrossing her arms stare at Rey. Rey lowered his eyes feeling guilty. As manytimes swayam had warned him not do such things. Swayam knows his best friendand so the way he react when he is upset. So he warned him to share hisfeelings with him but no after all Rey is Rey. And Swayam is Swayam. Rey verywell know him he is now ready to face him. Of course it was the 3rdtime after his straight warning.

"Swayam" Rey tries to say, but swayam stops him.

"Stop it Rey, I don't want to hear anything, why are yourisking your life, now stop, it is enough"

Rey feels guilty for making swayam angry, he knows Swayamcares for him a lot, but what will he do, the reason he is doing this only tomake his mind cool, from thinking Kriya. Wherever he goes he hallucinates her,and to forget it, only he do this. After a lot of sorry, swayam at last forgavehim, and they both rush to the college, where Kriya and Sharon should bewaiting for them.

College

Gang is sitting inside the class, When Kriya and Sharonenters. Everyone looks at them.

"Hey Sharon. Hi Kriya" gang greeted them.

"Hi guys" Kriya and Sharon said in unison, but their eyeswere searching for the person they want to see. Gang noticed it and giggles.

A girl came running in a speed and dashed into Kriya. Shewas about to fall when a strong arm catches her holding her waist and she hastightly held his collar.

"Universe ji! Save me please." Kriya pray closing her eyes.

"You are saved Kriya, but not by Universe but by your linecutter" vishakha replied, and the gang snickers.

Kriya slowly opens her eyes and see Rey holding her and islooking at her with so much love. Both are now lost in their dream world. Bothwere having an eye lock. When someone "ahem ahem" they didn't came out of theirdreamland. Again ,"ahem ahem" still no response. "Mr. Reyaansh?" no response."Miss Kriya" no response. The person shook them. Rey gave a disturbing elementlook' to the person and again look at Kriya but but wait oh god. The professorhas entered the class and both are still in the same postures. Rey make herstand straight. She too makes her frock straight. And both of them took their seat.

After the class over, the gang looks at the girl who had bumpedinto Kriya before the class. She gave them a confusing look.

"What? Why are you all staring" she asked in confusion.

"What was the reason behind your running race?" vishakhaasked looking at her foot to face in disgust.

No one, in the group likes Antara, though she is Swayam'scousin he too doesn't like her. They get annoyed with her, she always chattersabout Rey and they hate her for that to the core of their heart. Except Vicky,he had a crush on her. And that's also another reason of hating her.

"Uh, actually I wanted to meet Rey" she said blushing.

As soon as she took Rey's name everyone looks at Kriya. Shelooks at everyone and then left the place. Swayam goes behind her and Reyglares a look at Antara including the gang. Antara gave them whatever look andleave.

"Rey! Are you ok?" Sharon asked with concern.

"Yes, I am fine"

"Gosh! I am dying for that Antara, and she chatting Reymantra"

Everyone looks at him and the hurting look given to him isNeha. She is really hurt. She likes him a lot and doesn't wanted to see Vickywith other girl especially Antara.

Kriya sitting on the bench, thinks about Antara having crushon Rey, maybe she should leave Antara and Rey to be happy, maybe she is notmuch good for Rey, she never said or confess him about her feeling and Antarais smart enough to do that, maybe she is perfect for Rey.

"Kriya never think of leaving Rey with Antara"

Kriya turns her head to see Swayam, sitting beside her, shewas so engross that she didn't notice any one approaching her. Of course herbest friend knows her better, she doesn't need to speak aloud and her thoughtsreach him, doesn't it should be with lovers? Oh right lovers never can be bestfriends and best friends can never be lovers.

"But swayam, I guess she is perfect"

"No Kriya, she isn't but you are, can't you see how lovinglyhe looks at you"

"I know Swayam but it hurts when you know that someone likesthe same person you does"

"Kriya you love him, not like him and Antara has only crushon him"

"But, swayam, I don't want to take her happiness"

"Oh, kriya, shut up, she is taking your happiness not you"

"swayam but"

"No more ifs and buts, you love him only that matters don'tthink about the world, understand"

"Yes"

"And I am sorry for what she blurted out"

Kriya was about to speak when Sharon snaps

"Great! Sister does mistakes and brother ask for pardon"

"Sharon..!" Kriya asked her to stop

"Kriya let her speak." Swayam replied in a calm voice.

"Oh, hello! What do you mean by let her speak" she saidputting her hand on her hips. "you"

"Me what?" swayam asked, crossing his arms.

"Excuse me! I am leaving. You carry on!" kriya left, leavingboth to argue.

"Look, Mr., makes your sister's mind clear and put somebrain. Dare she said anything to hurt my best friend" Sharon said in an angrytone.

"Firstly, everyone knows Antara is a dumb girl and no onecan make her understand. Secondly, Kriya is not only your friend but my also"swayam said pointing out the fact.

"Don't try to be smart"

"Not needed, I am already smart"

"swayam" she glares

"Sharon" he too glare

Both looks at each other for some while and then laughsloudly.

"Oh my god! We couldn't do this time also" Sharon saidshaking her head with a smile.

"Right, how lovers fight for silly reasons I can'tunderstand, we couldn't argue for any some reasons also" swayam said.

"Yes, right. But swayam, seriously, you need to put somebrain on your sister"

"I understand Sharon, but what to do? she is stubborn childof her only parents and enough rich, so she is proud of it"

"I guess you must have done some terrible mistake in yourpast birth, so Antara is your cousin in present birth" Sharon said.

"I am also thinking the same"

"What?"

"Just kidding" swayam laughed.

Sharon then decided to teach a lesson to Antara.

Kriya is walking through the corridor and bumps withsomeone. Her books fall on the floor.

"Sorry I was in a hurry, extremely, sorry" she said pickingthe books, but not looking at the person bumped with her, the person helps herpicking the books. She looks at the book in the hand, and then her eyes go tothe one's shoulder and then at last the face. "Rey" she whispers. Kriya tellsRey about the small meeting with VP, about the tour they are going. Both ofthem left to VP office.

The next day a bus is hired for their tour. Everyone entersincluding Antara. Yes of course. She will go because she has the permissionfrom the college though she is not included in the dance team. And after a lotsof request by Antara VP sir agrees for it. Everyone take their seats. Waitsomeone is missing. Yes where is Kriya. She hasn't come yet. Rey asks Sharonbut she too don't know about Kriya as yesterday Kriya told her that she will beon time. They wait for Kriya at least for 20 minutes. Swayam call her but shedidn't pick her phone. And the driver irritated has just started the bus whenshe gets into the bus. Rey relief a sigh, so as swaron and the rest, except Antaraof course. She comes and looks everyone is sitting with their respective.Except, Rey and Antara. Her face had a curve smile looking at Rey who issignaling her to seat near her. She is about to go when Antara came and sit.Her smile faded she went and sits near the adjacent seat. Throughout the journeyRey tries to catch a glimpse of her and vice versa. Rey is looking at her whenthe bus stops as everyone in deep sleep due to the sudden jerk they woke up.The driver tells them that the bus got some problem and is need to repairperhaps. They all got down the bus. The time is around 5:30 pm. everyone iswandering when the driver tells that they need to find a guesthouse here as thebus couldn't repair. He needs to go to call mechanic and the nigh journeywouldn't be safe for them. So everyone agreed and takeout their luggage fromthe bus and walks to find a guest house or cottage. After walking some distancethey saw a cottage.

When they reach at the entrance the main gate opened.Everyone get shocked but didn't take it seriously as no one believes in anysupernatural spirits and ghost. So they have no fear of it. Gang headed insidethey were amazed by looking the inside view. The cottage must belong to highsociety family. They reached the door and knock it. No one came out. Swayamagain tries to knock when the door opens. They enter inside and find no one. Assoon as they had entered the doors shut automatically. They jerk and turn andfind the door shut.

Kriya and Sharon felt something different, something theyhad never felt before so hard, they feel that someone was willing them to comehere, someone so close to them. They also discussed about the door closeautomatically, but again they thought that it must be more the strong windblowing.

Everyone left in finding rooms and a shadow is seen in the staircase.
