Part 4: Haunted Highway

The headlights casted a strange glow over the pitch-dark highway, making unusual patterns. 

In a blinding flash, the windows of the car were smashed into smithereens, with an accompanying loud bang. 

With a screeching halt, the car was brought to a standstill. With a heavy breath, Antara got down to inspect the probable landslide. 

The roof of the car had a two-inch-wide dent. Even the front screen was completely damaged. 

But through the cracked rear view, in the faint shadow of the flickering light, all that one could see was the smooth concrete road.
