Chapter 25B

"Mujhe kuch batana tha aapko", Asad stammered with shivering lips.

"Main bhi sunna chahti hoon ...", Zoya retorted back in shivering voice.

He looked into her eyes that were flowing tears which she wiped roughly but they couldn't stop.

"Aseemah kaun hai?", she whispered and held his hand in hers and took him inside in front of Najma and  Dilshad who were amazed.

"Asli toofan to ab ayega", someone hiding behind a tree outside the nearby laughed.

"Toofan aa gaya!!", Dilshad whispered and both the Khan Ladies follow Asad- Zoya.

Zoya being inattentive of the presence of ladies in the house dragged Asad to his room and again asked, "Who is Aseemah? I want to know it today aur main janke rahungi mujhe jaanna--", she was kept saying stubbornly when he interrupted, "Aseemah! Mera pagalpan zidd jo kabhi poori nahi hogi aur mai---", before he could completed she turned her back to him and tears rolled down from her cheeks, and the reason of those tears was unaware by herself.

And she interrupted in stammered voice, "To ph-phir ye kyon"

She asked showing Aseemah's photograph as if she was asking about herself for which he answered, "Aseemah hai!!"

"Bilkul tumhare jesi...", he stopped himself and first time this was when he called her TUM.

"Mere jese? Mere jesi dikhne wali e-e-eek ladki hai aur", she asked as if she has gone mad clutching her hairs in fists.

Dilshad stopped Najma who was going to concern her but Assad couldn't control himself, he tried console her but she snapped his hand.

"Mujhe apki koi Jhooti tasalli nahi chahiye Mr. Khan. Apne mujhse - mujhse judi itni badi chupayi ke mere jese bhi koi dikhti hai", she completed but he immediately retorted shrugging her shoulders, "Dikhti THI", he emphasized the word THI.

"Ab nahi hai wo. Wo chali gayi us raat meri wajah se aur is guilt mein main aajtak jee ---", he cut himself and shut down his eye lids tightly and said, "Ek aur guilt ke sath nahi jina chahta tha"

"GUILT??", she asked.

"Hmm... agar us rat mene use nahi bulaya hota milne to wo kabhi nahi jati", a lone tear droplet fell from both the pair of eyes.

Zoya closed her eyes tightly and asked, "You loved her?"

"May be", he immediately answered which amazed Zoya.

"Par wo mere jese kyu lagti thi?", she screamed in chocked throat.

Asad cupped her face, wiped the tears and consoled, "I don't know. It might be a coincident"

"Mera dil kehta ye ittefaq nahi ho sakta", she replied, "Aur is baat ko chupane ke lie main aap se humesha nafrat karungi Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan", she was broken that to whom loved was someone else's and on the top of that, he was her look alike's .

"Aur is ghar mein I can't breathe now. Thank you so much apne ghar mein rehne ki ijazat dene ke liye aur...dhokha bhi", she uttered in hatred.

"What do you think? I'm Aseemah? No I'm not I'm Zoya Farooqui suna apne", she broke in tears.

She wanted to run from there far away from the world of Asad but she couldn't, even she didn't know why and on the other side he was broken but wanted to collect her all happiness.

She ran away to her room along with the photograph and threw herself on the bed and cried as much she could to the eternity.

Whereas Asad was numb, he knelt down as the real storm has arrival and senselessly remained as it is in tears, rooted.

"Asli toofan to ab ayega", someone hiding behind a tree outside the nearby laughed.

He came forward without hiding and grinned reminding the hour back, when Zoya secretly ordered Pizza.

The pizza boy was about to ask reach the Khan Villa for the delivery of pizza when he tapped the pizza boy's back who turned and witness a man in his early 50's.

"Ummm. Are you a pizza boy", he asked him.

"Yes but why are you asking?", the boy replied.

"Wo sab chodo. Do you want to earn your whole month's salary in a day?", he asked.

"Who doesn't want?", he replied again.

"To thik hai keep this in the box and deliver", he gave the letter in which Zoya got in the pizza box.

"Thik hai but what is this", he confirmed.

"apne kaam se matlab rakho and keep this", he offered the money to pizza and he agreed to deliver the pizza.

The pizza boy latered deliver the pizza and ran from Khan Villa and the man called him, "Done?"

"Done", he replied.

"Kissi ko bata na..."

"My lips are zipped Mr. ...?"

"What is in the name", he grinned and winked

But when he came to the present he proudly said, "Mr. Rashid Ahmed Khan", and laughed out loud.

The same time his phone buzzed and he picked, "To aa hi gaye wo purane khandar mein?"

"Haan", Rashid heard on the phone.

"To thik hai hum bhi aate hain", Rashid replied.

Whereas in the Khan Villa it was indeed a storm Assad was numb and Zoya was broken.

Zoya locked herself in her room and dragged herself on the floor hugging her legs and cried.

"Jane anjane hi sahi py-pyaar kiya tha mene ...kyu kiya...kyu", Zoya cursed herself hardly.

"this is all my fault maine kyu aap se pyaa--", she stopped herself in between and the tears kept rolling down her cheeks.

"Meri galti hai maine aap ko apna maan liya aur aapne mujhse related itni badi sacchai chupayi uske lie kabhi maaf nahi kar sakti main aapko ...kabhi nahi", she cried and cried.

She pressed her lips in thin line, "Aap kisi aur ke the -mere nahi", a tear droplet fell on the floor.

Asad was broken and realized the last words of his heart when Aseemah told her to let her go for Zoya and he did the same.

He let her go as he wasn't in love with Aseemah ever it was the first love but Zoya was his eternal love who was going away from him, but he couldn't forget the hatred in her eyes for him.

 "Ya allah mere bacchho ke bich ki in dooriyon ko door kar ...", Dilshad offered the namaz and prayed to allah to somehow stop Zoya and grab all the hatred away from her heart which was for Asad.

And the same time doctor arrived with Dilshad.
