ROLI'S WISHES 

"Hey, I'm ARNAV BHARDWAJ ..siddhant's father' he introduced himself to rahul. Rahul chuckled out,

"oh you have brought your father? for what? to threaten me?..' laughed rahul calling his friends near him. Sid gave a look at arnav who had a smirk in his face. 

"guys see, choti bachha of the year' rahul said tapping siddhant's cheek. He wrapped his hand around sid's shoulder,

"Tomorrow bring feeding bottle, don't worry about milk I'll take the responsibility, I will tell our canteen master to give you warm milk daily...money? we will pay for you beta' mocked rahul winking at arnav and riled sid. 

Arnav crossed his arms against his chest and smiles,

"if you don't take your hands off my sid, then...'

"what you will do?..' shouted rahul flinching sid. Rahul went near arnav and grabbed his collar,

"leave him' exasperated sid. Arnav raised his eyebrows,

"don't make me to lose my temper'

"lose, just lose! you mor..' rahul gasped as he felt something metal like in his abdomen. He looks down and widened his eyes. 

"speak now' whispers arnav giving a contempt look while sid watches rahul's pale face scrunching his eyebrows. Sid's jaw dropped as his eyes fell on the gun which had pressed against rahul's stomach. 

"you too naa' thinks sid shaking his head with a breath. 

Rahul raised his hands in the air,

"ss-sir-sir-so-sorry sir..' stammers him holding his breath. 

"open your bloody mouth' arnav sneered pressing his gun tip more inside his skin. Rahul's friends got confused seeing his trembling body. They saw pistol and took a step back. 

"he's prince of our house, we have never spoken a single word to hurt him, but you...'  racking the pistol slide startling rahul. 

"so-sorry sir' a dreadful tear fell down from rahul's eyes. 

"you made my kid cry..' arnav spat out clenching his jaw. 

"just take my two bullets, then only my anger will subside' said arnav and scoffed. 

"No-No sir..please sir leave me.. i-i-won't cross siddhant's path hereafter' implored rahul controlling his tears. Sid felt really bad for rahul but somewhere in his heart he dances like anything. 

"I'm not convinced..' arnav rolled his eyes. 

"sir-sir-what do you want me to do sir?...I'll do anything whatever you say..promise' assured rahul to save him precious life. Arnav saw sid was smiling at the poor rahul. He pinched sid's cheek as he felt him so cute and making sid smile. He turned on rahul's side,

"well, go and tell each and every students that siddhant bhardwaj is the best' demanded arnav giving smug look. Rahul and his friends shocked. 

"don't do this yaar' mumbles sid nodded no at arnav. 

Arnav winked at sid before turning on rahul's side. 

"what? Won't you..' he tries to press the trigger. 

"sir-sir, I will...now itself' he said and saw his friends,

"Guys, siddhant bhardwaj is the best' says him closing his eyes. His friends opened their mouth wide as their gang leader who always used to tell himself as the best now telling someone..his junior as the best. 

Rahul  ran near a group of students and told them exactly what arnav had taught him. 

Arnav inserted his gun in his jeans.

"are you happy now?' 

"you naa..too much' laughs sid hugged arnav. 

"come let's meet mathew' says him pulled himself back from sid. 

"before that you have to meet my friends' 

"sid, I'm getting late yaar' says arnav glancing his watch. 

"no..you have to' sid pulled arnav towards his classroom. 

SID'S CLASSROOM:

Sid entered into the classroom, 

"faizu, ani' called him looking at his friends who were sitting in the bench looking their mobile screen. They waved their hands at sid while he signals them to come out. With a confusion they followed sid. 

"where is roli?..'

"she haven't came yet' replied anish. 

faiza's jaw dropped down after spotting arnav beside sid while the boys gave a confused look at her. 

"guys this is my papa' introduced him shocking faiza. 

"papa?' queries faiza to clarify the things. 

"haan..' sid shrugged his shoulders. 

"how's it possible?' shouted faiza shocking them. 

"what happened sid? is she alright?..' puzzled arnav scanning faiza from head to toes. 

"I'm perfectly alright only, but how could you become his father? you are looking so young and handsome! how-how..mashallah' she covered her face. Sid widened his eyes,

"I'm gonna kill you faiza, don't dare to droll at my pa' warned sid came in front of arnav. 

"hey move' she pushed sid away while anish and arnav laughed at her antic. 

"pa you go...otherwise this girl will eat you alive' sid hauled arnav away from faiza upsetting her. 

Sid and arnav reached the parking lot. 

"naughty girl'

"very naughty' sighed sid with a smile. 

"OK pa..drive carefully! call me after reaching office ok?..' 

"OK my darling' smiled him cupping sid's face. 

"take care yourself bachha..don't roam around, you know right? you are our everything' he kissed his forehead. Sid smiled,

"My dear..you are getting late' reminded sid. 

"oh yeah' smiled him occupied his driving seat. 

"pa..' called sid peeping his head inside the car before arnav ignite his car. 

"what?..' asked arnav. 

"I-I-want to come to our house' 

"No No No..I can't take you there' rejected arnav with a tensed face. 

"Pa?..'

"topic closed sid..' arnav gave a curt reply. Sid pouted his lips! Arnav felt bad, 

"sidd..you know the reason very well why I'm not ready to take you there, don't you?.' enquires him. 

"I know, but..' 

"when you know, then why are you insisting to go there?' inquires arnav softly. 

"because I want to meet my pop and mona...I'm dying to see' his eyes filled with tears. 

"oh my goddd' arnav got down from the car. He hugged his little boy,

"stupid boy, crying for this simple thing?..'

"OK' arnav took a deep breath. 

"I have to talk about this to your mona and your so called pop..then will tell' 

"really?...love you pa' sid kissed his cheek. 

"thank god you smiled, otherwise I can't concentrate on my work' 

"but I hate you sid, I hate you for your adamancy' muttered arnav rolling his eyes. Sid laughed,

"got it from my father' 

"that's true' accepted arnav sat in the driving seat. 

"bye'

"bye' sid waved his hand. 

Arnav drove his car away. Sid smiles then walked back to his classroom preparing himself to kill faiza. 

Arnav saw sid's retreated back through side mirror. He found him walking out of the parking lot before got down from his car. He moved near sid's car,

"Saab..' sid's driver came out from his car after spotting his boss. 

"come with me' he said coldly then took steps somewhere. 

PRINCIPAL'S ROOM:

Arnav with his driver came inside the room. Mathew raised his head and spotted his friend. 

"arnav when..' he halted after seeing arnav's angry face. 

"damn you mat, didn't we tell you to take care of our siddhant?..'

"I'm doing arnav, I'm watching him each and every seconds!' says mathew grabbing his arm. 

"really?'  asks arnav incredulously pushed mathew's hand from his arm 

"then how that rahul made him cry?' 

"that happened before I reach arnav' huffed mathew. Arnav saw his driver and he nodded his head as it's true. Arnav runs his fingers in his hairs,

"sorry mat, I was..'

"I can understand' smiles mathew and ushering arnav to the sofa. They occupied the sofa,

"once again sorry buddy, you very well know what is siddhant to us...'

"I know more than others, That’s why I follow his car every evening until he reaches his flat and I gave a strict order to our men to keep an eye on sid' informed mathew. Arnav smiled thankfully, 

"thank you mat..'

"you don't have rights to thank me understand? my daughter is alive because of you people and I owe you guys' mathew pressed arnav's hand. 

"OK mat, I'm getting late! will see you later' arnav got up from his place. Mathew nodded his head. 

PARKING LOT:

"take care siddhant well raj..don't let him go anywhere alone'

"ji saab!' he opened the door for his owner. Arnav revved his car then moved out. 

SID'S CLASSROOM. 

"how dare you Ms. faiza?..'

"siddhant beta, you came? come beta sit sit' she pulled him near her. 

"beta?..' anish and sid baffled. Faiza nudged her index finger sid's left arm,

"Is there any chance of your father remarrying?..' 

"what the hell?..' groaned sid slapping her head. 

"I'll nurture you like my son sid, accept me as your mother' 

"Goddd' anish covered his face with his palm while sid gave an unbelievable look at faiza who was blinking her eyelids innocently. 

"I'm gonna kil...'

"hey roli' interrupted her making the boys to see the pale roli. Sid furred his eyebrows. Roli forced a smile at them before sitting beside sid. 

"what happened?..' queries sid wrapping his hand around her shoulder. Roli who was waiting for this caring tone burst into tears,

"roli?..' flustered them. faiza hugged her. 

"why my mother is doing like this?...' she clutched her top and wetting it. 

"what happened dear?..' anish caressed her hairs. 

"mor-morning..'

FLASHBACK:

Roli descends the stairs humming a song skipping the steps as she is so happy to go to her college. She reached the living room and found her mother was glaring at her crossing her legs. 

"Good morning Amma' 

"what is this?..' asked brindha pointing roli's simple cotton chudi. Roli shivered in her hot glare,

"amma, I don't like to wear those jewels and sarees'

"Shut up' shouted brindha flinching roli. Brindha came near roli,

"How dare you disobey my order?' irked her grabbing roli's right arm. 

"amma...'

"stop it' brindha slapped roli. 

"I'm telling you to wear those clothes to show my wealth to others and..I don't care if you like it or not, understand?...' growled shuddering roli. 

"Ji amma' roli cries rubbing her cheek then ran towards her room. 

END OF FLASHBACK:

"what nonsense is this?..' annoyed sid removed roli from faiza. He checked her cheek and saw finger prints in roli's cheek. 

"oh baby' he caressed it. Roli weeped closing her eyes. 

"you father didn't say anything?'

"my parents got divorced when i was 12, my papa is a commissioner of police in Delhi! Amma won't allow me to meet papa, yearly once or twice that's all..I want to meet my papa siddhant' she circled her hands around his neck and whined her heart out. Sid strokes her back,

"ok ok..don't cry' says him consoling her. 

JAIPUR: 

ARYAN'S ROOM:

Aryan was getting ready to go somewhere. 

"where is it?..' mumbles him searching something in his side table. 

"Grr..' irritated him trying to find his missing watch. 

"it's in second draw' he heard a voice. He opened the draw and found his watch. 

"thank you shona' thanked him rushing near the door but halted in a place before walk out. He turned his head,

"enough..don't hurt me more! I'm dying here without you shona' thinks him watching his empty room. He exhaled a breath then moved out. 

Aryan descends the stairs and spotted a woman was arranging plates in the dining table. 

"Good morning ishita' greeted him sat in his place. 

"Good morning bhaiya' smiled her pouring water in his glass. 

"where is arjun?..' 

"He went to thakur's place' informed her. 

"hmm...have he ea..'

"yeah, He finished his breakfast because he knew very well how you would scold him if he did not have his food on time' smiles her. Aryan shared a smile. 

He took a bite to have but suddenly someone covered his eyes with their palm. His lips curled,

"my ladli...' said him removing the hands from his eyes. 

"how did you find me bade papa?..' she pouted her lips. 

"don't I know about my ladli's presence' he tapped her nose. She smiled then sat beside him. 

"how was your journey?..' he queried and fed her a bite. 

"it was lovely! but felt like a bird in cage because of your men' 

"it's all for your safety only dear' he answered. 

"ruhi, let him eat! stop your nonsense talk' 

"maa..I saw my bade papa after a long time, many things are there to share to him..so, stay out of us' she showed her tongue at her mother. Ishita took a breath making ruhi giggle. Aryan smiled at his little girl.. 

"and maa why chapati always, I want dosa' 

Ishita shocked, she saw aryan who was washing his hand in the plate before he finish the food. Ruhi got confused because of aryan's act while ishita glared at her.  

"bhaiya'

"I'm getting late Ishita' he said then walked out. 

"can't you think before talk a word?..' yelled ishita. 

"maa, what happened? why are you scolding me like this?..'

"dosa was her favourite food ruhi..' ishita sat in the chair with an upset face. Ruhi shocked and her eyes got moist,

"maa..I forgot maa! I hurt my bade papa, I'm sorry maa' she felt bad. 

THAKUR'S HOUSE:

"Mr. thakur we don't want you to start a rubber factor' spoke a person removing his sunglasses. 

"who the hell are you ordering me?...' thakur slammed the table. The person chuckled out,

"your shout won't change anything Mr...we don't want the rubber factor in the middle our people's  house'

"and what you will do if I starts it?..' roared thakur while the person dialled someone's number in his mobile. 

"It's your time' said him disconnected the call. 

"call anyone...I don't care! sanjeev beta arrange the paper'

"arrange your death certificate' a cold tone reached thakur's ears. He didn't show the shiver which had created by the voice out but inside his heart throbbed a second. Thakur lifted his eyes and found a guy is coming near him covering his face with a kerchief. 

The person who was sitting in front of thakur got up from his place and gave the place to the guy. 

"now who are you?..' thakur nettled. 

"People call me ARYAN BHAI..' smirks aryan inside the kerchief. Thakur gulped his saliva..,

"aa-ary-aryan bhai?..'

"Mr. thakur, we don't want you to start the rubber factor in our town' said aryan. 

"but bhai, it will give more jobs to your people' says thakur trying not to shiver infront of everyone. 

"I don't want such a job for my people as you very well know how harmful the rubber dust and fumes to the surrounding...' 

"bhai it's a 100 crores project...' thakur tries to make him understand. 

"Arjun' calls aryan looking behind the person who gave him place to sit. Arjun nodded his head understanding his brother's mind and took his gun out. 

"is your 100 crores more important than your son?..' aryan raised his eyebrows. Thakur was shocked to find several guns pointed at his one and only son. 

"dad?..' sanjeev's lips began to tremble. 

"bhai..bhai..leave him! I'll do what you say' thakur came to aryan's way. Aryan got up from his place followed by his men on either side. 

"Papa who is he?..why we..."

"we can't do anything against him sanjeev' thakur clutched his fist. 

"Arjun' 

"bhai?..' arjun reached his brother without wasting a second. 

"Ruhi has come home after a long time, you go home and be with her' aryan said removing the kerchief. 

"it's ok bhai, I will be with you' arjun put his head down while saying this. 

"arjun, I said you to go' he ordered him. 

"OK bhaiya' arjun said then walked near his car after aryan's car leaving the place. 

DELHI:

AFTERNOON: 

"ideaaa..' shouts faiza flinching her friends who were lying in the bench resting after lunch. 

"what??...' groaned anish rubbing his eyes.

"why don't we fulfil roli's every wishes?..' 

"woww! super idea' sid jumps enthusiastically. 

"no need guys' roli gave a soft reply. 

"shut up sweetheart, now here write each and every wishes' faiza pushed a note in front of roli. 

"yaarrr..' 

"just do dear' sid gave a pen to roli. Roli took a deep breath before start to write her small and big wishes....

...

.....

.......

"that's all'

"give' faiza pulled the note from roli receiving others glare. She started reading loudly,

1. Wanna roam the whole Delhi freely 

2. A long drive in rain

3. A peaceful boat ride in the ocean in full moon day. 

4. Spend a day with many kids 

5. Wanna catch butterflies 

6. Want to see srk's film at first day first show

7. Wanna take selfie with ar-aryan jai singh 

Faiza and anish dazed hearing the name while sid got perplexed seeing their face. 

"honey, you want to take a selfie with aryan jai singh?..' anish asked to clarify the Sentence. Roli nodded yes with a big smile. 

"roli?...you want us to die' faiza's body shivered. 

"aryan jai singh?..' sid confused more resting his chin in his palm.
