Ooo they are dating but think noone knows but the Raizadas and Payal do! How did they find out??And i am intrigued as to how the plan backfires. NK either does want to marry khushi or the Guptas push for it once the Raizadas start dropping hints...or both!

So, only Payal knows among Gupta’s about Khushi and Arnav’s dating.... Nani’s plan has a very high risk of failing... it might just creat a massive misunderstanding and hurt all three of them...
