Part 16

St. Louis clears Zonals as well as Quarters. The judges are impressed by seeing their variety in choosing the dance forms and dancing exceptionally well. The audience is mesmerized by their performance. Two days before the Semis.

*Tring Tring*

Taani: Hello.

Rey: Hi kya kar rahi ho?

Taani: Raat ke baara baj rahe hai. Sone jaa rahi hoon.

Rey: Tum apna laptop leke soti ho?

Taani: [(Thinking: inhe kaise pata chala ki mein laptop leke baithi hu..kahi yeh) starts looking here and there.]

Rey: Yaha waha kya dhundh rahi ho? Mein toh yahi hu tumhare saamne. (Saying this he comes in through her window.)

Taani: Aap yaha kya kar rahe ho?

Rey: Tumse milne ka mann kiya toh mein aa gaya.

Taani: Kal college mein bhi toh mil sakte the.

Rey: College mein? Mein pura din rehearsals mein busy rehta hun aur tum tumhare kaam mein. Aur jab thoda free time milta hai tabi tumhe VP sir bula lete hai ya Shivam aa jata hai. (makes a disgusting face while saying Shivam)

Taani: Rey aap.. chodo.

Rey: Kya hua? Bolo mujhe.

Taani: Kya aap Shivam ko ek chance nahi de sakte?

Rey: Kya hum Shivam ke baare mein baate nahi kar sakte hai?

Taani: Aap hi ne shuruwat ki.

Rey: Meine? (starts walking towards her)

Taani: Haan. (moves two steps back)

Rey: Really? (moves two steps forward)

Taani: Haa..aan. (moves back and hits the wall)

Rey: Atcha? (Keeps moving forward and grabs her by her waist.)

Taani starts blushing by this action of Rey. She tries to free herself from his grip, but all her efforts in vain.

Taani: Rey chodiye mujhe.

Rey: Chodne ke liye thodi pakda hai! (and winks at her making her blush even more)

Taani: Rey!

Rey: Taani!

Taani: Rey!

Rey: Taani!

Taani: Rey!

Swayam: Taani!

Taani: Rey, bhai aa gaye. Aap chup jao. Yaha pillar ke peeche. Nahi aap dikh jaoge. Bed ke neeche. Nahi aap ghus nahi sakte..

Rey: Ghus nahi sakte matlab? Mein kya mota hun?

Taani: Haan..

Rey: Haan?

Taani: Aap cupboard mein chup jao! (and pushes him inside her cupboard.)

Taani goes and opens the door.

Swayam: Kya hua itna time kyu laga door open karne mein?

Taani: Wo.. mein.. wo mein washroom mein thi. Aap yaha?

Swayam: Haan vo mera pen drive tumhare room mein reh gaya tha wahi lene aaya hoon.

Taani: Yeh rahi. (Hands it to him quickly so that he leave.)

Swayam: Kya hua? Tum itni weird kyun behave kar rahi ho?

Taani: Weird? Nahi to.

Rey: (form inside the cupboard) Aaaccchhooo..

Swayam: Yeh awaaz kaisi thi?

Taani: Awaaz? Kaunsi awaaz?

Swayam: Meine abhi kisike cheekne ki awaaj suni.

Taani: Cheekne ki?

Rey sneezes again due to some irritation.

Swayam: Dekho firse sunai di. Shayad cupboard mein se aayi.

Taani: Nahi!

Swayam: Kya nahi?

Taani: I mean.. Voh mera new message notification hai. Voh messages aa rahe hai.

Swayam: Oh, but itni raat ko kaun message kar raha hai?

Taani: (absent-mindedly) Rey.

Swayam: Rey?

Taani: Haan bhai vo actually.

Swayam: Rey itni raat ko message kyun kar raha hai iska explanation nahi chahiye. I can understand. But please tum yeh notification tone change kar dena. Bohot real sound kar raha hai.

Taani: Haan OK kar dungi. Good night.

Swayam: Thanks and good night. Ab so jao.

As soon as Swayam goes out of her room Rey comes out of the cupboard.

Taani: Rey aap cheenk kyun rahe the?

Rey: Kuch irritation ho rahi thi. Voh chodo, tum mere saath rehke bohot smart ho gayi ho.

Taani: Excuse me? Aapka matlab hai mein pehle smart nahi thi?

Rey: Pehle toh thi hi ab aur bhi ho gayi ho. Notification tune haan? (starts laughing)

Taani: Rey stop laughing aur abh jayiye please. Kal rehearsals pe late hona hai kya?

Rey: Mein yahan kuch lene aaya tha, voh liye bagair nahi jaunga.

Taani: Kya?

Rey: Meri 'Good Night Kiss'!

Taani: KYA?

Rey: Abhi toh bola meri good night kiss.

Taani: Rey mazak band karo aur jao.

Rey: Meri kiss do fir mein chala jaunga.

Taani: Rey agar aap chahate ho ki kal mein college aau toh abhi aap jaayenge bina kuch maange. Warna mein kal nahi aaungi. Waise bhi VP sir ne kaha tha ki mein one day off le sakti hoon. (smirks)

Rey: Okay. Bye. (makes a sad face)

Taani can't resist seeing him like this and gives a short peck on his cheek.

Taani: Good Night Rey. Embarrassed
