Dev is a talented dancer and also a man of girl's dreams. Along with his best friend Laura, he has set up a dance club in Mumbai and aims to grow it. As soon as he meet Sonakshi, he falls in love with her personality as she is very calm, balanced and active. They share a lot of similarities. Despite being a colorful personality, Sonakshi currently carries a feeling that friends are not reliable. How will her interaction with Dev change her perspective towards it and how she will change Dev's negative notion towards college lecturers? Will this change help the love grow between them?

It is a remake of 90's Bollywood movie Dil to Pagal Hai with Karishma Kapoor's character move on with another guy with a happy heart. It is an adaptation of a Bollywood movie Zameer where the ending is not depressing.
