Yukti Kapoor on Maddam Sir going off-air: Every good thing come to an end

Sony Sab TV's popular show Maddam Sir starring Yukti Kapoor and Gulki Joshi is all set to go off air. While the show had witnessed rave reviews, the news of its end left the fans in shock. However, Yukti, who plays the character of SI Karishma Singh isn’t upset with the end of the show. Instead, she is happy that it is ending on a good note and emphasises that the show will always remain very close to her heart.

She says, We had a really good run but every single thing in the world has a life span and so has the show. And it’s good when things end on a good note. I also feel that it's not good to stretch a rubber band so far that it loses its elasticity. So, I believe that we are ending at the right time. She also mentioned my journey on the show was a roller coaster ride and I enjoyed each and every moment on the set. 

Yukti adds, I have mixed emotions. But I truly believe that every single thing has to come to an good end. We ran the course of our beloved show with grace. I feel proud and happy to have been part of a story that touched the hearts of the viewers. I am taking back a lot of memories with me from this show. I have explored spaces I didn't even know existed in me and that's going to help me a lot in my future endeavours.

Yukti revealed, I am going to miss all the characters of Maddam Sir. The actress said, 'The people that played those characters are always going to be there. I know that they're all just a call away. But the characters? that's going to be difficult not to miss out.

Lastly she says, I am looking forward to do more interesting projects like this and keep my fans entertained
