Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Ruhi and Abhir give Abhira a nickname, bringing back the old days

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Armaan asks if Abhira has something to share, urging her to speak her heart out. Before she can respond, Abhir steps in and interrupts their conversation. Meanwhile, Swarna surprises the Goenka family with her arrival at Jaipur. Curious about the upcoming wedding, Abhira questions Swarna, who, in turn, seeks updates from Surekha regarding Manish and Abhir. Surekha gives a cryptic reply.

Abhira reflects deeply on her feelings for Armaan and waits for him. During this time, Rohit and Ruhi pay her a visit. When she sees Daksh, an emotional Abhira advises Rohit and Ruhi to show Daksh affection, assuring them that he will eventually accept their love. Ruhi then suggests to Rohit that Abhira shouldn't forgive Armaan, arguing that it might lead him to repeat his mistakes without ever realising their gravity. Rohit, on the other hand, defends Armaan and asks Abhira to consider the good things Armaan has done. The two get into a heated argument over whether Abhira should forgive Armaan. Rohit urges Abhira to reconsider her decision.

Elsewhere, Kiara, Charu, and Krish tease Aryan, playfully questioning him about his studies. Aryan seeks Armaan's help to escape their teasing. Armaan laughs, saying they have missed pulling Aryan's leg. Kiara brings up Abhir in their conversation and introduces Sera to Aryan. When Sera accidentally drops her card, Armaan tells Krish to hand it back, but Sera avoids him.

Meanwhile, Manish offers help to Abhir, but Abhir responds rudely. Manish, along with Swarna and Surekha, tease Abhir in return. Abhir later crosses paths with Kiara, who invites him to join her live session. However, Abhir hides to avoid her. Charu advises Kiara to avoid discussing Abhir, but Armaan tells Abhir not to hurt Kiara's feelings. Abhir assures Armaan but asserts that he doesn't need lessons on how to treat girls. Their conversation is overheard by Vidya.

The Goenka family gathers to celebrate Christmas with festive cheer. Rohit, noticing Ruhi's longing to spend time with the Goenkas, steps up to fulfil his fatherly role by encouraging her to enjoy the evening with her family. Delighted by his gesture, Ruhi happily joins the Goenkas.

Ruhi's outfit catches Abhir's eye, prompting him to make a playful comment that sparks a lighthearted exchange between the two. Amid the laughter, Manish and Swarna suggest that Abhira should also have a nickname, just like Ruhi Chuhi and Birla Boy. While Abhira protests against the idea, Ruhi and Abhir enthusiastically come up with the nickname "Chamki Chamgadar" for her, sending the family into fits of laughter.

Though Abhira pretends to scold them and insists they stop using the name, Ruhi and Abhir continue teasing her, drawing her into a playful banter that leaves everyone in high spirits. Seeing their bond, Manish grows emotional and admits to Swarna that he had lost hope of ever seeing his family united again.

As the party progresses, Charu tells Armaan that Santa Claus is missing, a remark overheard by Abhir. Abhira surprises everyone with her entrance, earning Charu's praise. Sanjay remarks that Abhira is likely to return soon, while Kaveri speculates that this will only happen if Armaan manages to win her back within eight days. She also points out that Armaan has been neglecting his responsibilities because of Abhira.

Manisha and Manoj urge Abhira to forgive Armaan, while Charu questions Krish about his relationship with Sera. Krish brushes off Charu's concerns, asking her not to interfere.

Later, during the celebration, Abhira faces an awkward wardrobe malfunction, and Armaan quickly steps in to assist her. His gesture of hugging her from behind to shield her catches the family's attention. He then gently leads her to a private corner. When they reach the secluded spot, Abhira insists that she can fix the issue herself and asks Armaan to leave. Despite her protests, Armaan affectionately helps zip up her dress, creating a tender moment between them.

Taking advantage of the moment, Armaan reminds Abhira about something she wanted to share with him after the game. His words leave her at a loss for words. Playfully, he challenges her, saying that if she cannot express it openly, she should find another way to communicate without words. As the emotions intensify, Abhira moves closer, and the two share a heartfelt moment, touching their foreheads and closing their eyes, lost in the depth of their feelings.
