Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri agrees to Abhir and Charu's marriage under a SHOCKING condition

In tonight’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan gathers the Poddar family to make an important revelation, leaving everyone stunned. He announces that Abhir and Charu love each other. However, Kiara, believing that Armaan is about to discuss her own relationship with Abhir, interrupts him and insists that the conversation should be about her and Abhir. But Armaan firmly states that Charu and Abhir have feelings for each other. This revelation leaves Kaveri displeased, and she declares that Abhir cannot marry either Kiara or Charu.

Kiara is devastated upon learning the truth. Overcome with emotions, she breaks down, and Armaan comforts her, trying to make her understand that one-sided love is not enough. He assures her that she deserves someone better, but her man is not Abhir.

Meanwhile, at the Goenka house, Abhira gathers her family to discuss Abhir and Charu’s relationship. However, Manish immediately rejects the idea of their alliance. Abhira tries to reassure him, saying that if he is concerned about how the Poddars will react, Armaan will handle them. Seeing Manish’s hesitation, Abhir directly asks if his issue is with Charu or the marriage itself. Swarna steps in, denying any such concerns. Surekha, however, reminds everyone that Charu is Sanjay’s daughter and questions whether Abhir truly wishes to become Sanjay’s son-in-law. Manish and Swarna firmly oppose Abhir and Charu’s marriage. Abhira then asks Swarna what Akshara would have done in this situation. Swarna admits that Akshara would have supported Abhir.

Elsewhere, Kiara struggles to cope with her heartbreak. Charu decides to talk to her, but Sanjay insists that Charu is lying and refuses to accept her relationship with Abhir. Madhav advises Charu to speak to Kiara directly. Charu tells Kiara that she had tried to suppress her feelings for Abhir but ultimately failed. She assures Kiara that if she still loves Abhir, she will step aside.

Meanwhile, Abhir tries to convince Manish not to worry about the Poddars’ reaction. Just then, Kiara calls Abhir and tells him that she is letting go of her love for him. She releases him from any obligation towards her and asks him to ensure Charu’s happiness. Charu, witnessing Kiara’s pain, feels guilty. Kiara regrets not recognising Charu’s feelings earlier.

Abhira points out that Charu has finally acknowledged her love for Abhir in front of the Poddars and urges Manish to give his approval. However, Manish states that his problem is not just with the marriage but with the Poddar family itself. Abhira assures him that she will speak to Kajal about the matter.

Kaveri, frustrated with the situation, declares that both Charu and Kiara have lost their senses. Sanjay remains adamant about not accepting Abhir into the family. Meanwhile, Kajal reflects on Charu’s request for help.

Abhira, through a text message, encourages Kajal to take a stand for Charu. Krish and Aryan also urge Sanjay not to interfere in Abhir and Charu’s relationship. Ruhi, in support of Abhir, remarks that he is far better than Neeraj, which angers Sanjay, who warns her to stay silent. Rohit steps in to back Ruhi.

Determined to address the situation, Kaveri decides to meet Manish and asks Sanjay to accompany her. Armaan advises her to handle the matter with calmness. Meanwhile, Kajal gathers her courage and finally speaks up against Kaveri’s controlling nature. She accuses Kaveri of suppressing her since childhood and asserts that she will no longer remain silent. Taking a stand for Charu, she supports Abhira and acknowledges that Abhira has given her the strength to fight back.

Kajal urges Kaveri to accept Abhir and Charu’s marriage. After much contemplation, Kaveri agrees but imposes a strict condition—if Charu faces any trouble in her marriage, she must deal with them on her own and will not be permitted to return to the Poddar house. She firmly states that coming back will not be an option. This declaration stuns everyone, especially Charu. Kaveri then turns to Kajal, asking if she accepts the condition. Kajal agrees, giving Charu a renewed sense of strength and support.
