Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Irritated of Armaan's constant nagging, Ruhi ESCAPES the Poddar house

In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan stops Kaveri from giving regular sweets to Ruhi during a family event. Ruhi tries to explain that they have always eaten such sweets and sees no issue. Arman disagrees and says he has arranged something else for the baby. Ruhi eats the sweets that were prepared without sugar. Aryan explains that they are made with health in mind. Other family members begin offering those sweets to Ruhi, which bothers her. Kiara, Abhir, and Charu observe quietly. Arman notices that Abhira is not present and begins asking about her.

Ruhi tells him that Abhira has gone to meet a client. Arman questions why a work-related meeting is more important than a family function. Ruhi waits for Abhira to return. When Abhira arrives, Ruhi quickly asks her to speak to Arman. Arman confronts her about not attending the event. He chooses not to argue further and instead announces that he has already selected a name for the baby. Abhira is not expecting this and does not respond. Arman tells everyone they can join the naming process, but Abhira feels excluded.

Later, Abhira brings up the topic of sending Ruhi to the Goenka house. Arman does not agree. Abhira speaks to Ruhi and tells her she will try again. At a restaurant, Kajal joins Krish and Charu and asks why she was called. Sanjay supports Krish in the conversation. Krish says that he wants to discuss Charu and Abhir’s marriage. Kajal is surprised. Abhir brings the Goenka family to continue the conversation, but Manish says he does not agree with the proposal and supports Kaveri’s view.

Abhira later speaks to Arman and asks why he didn’t ask her before deciding the baby’s name. Arman says he had asked for her suggestions. Abhira tells him she felt like an outsider during the process. She questions what would happen if she dislikes the names that are picked. Arman replies that he would have discussed them with her later. Abhira hopes that things might change once the baby is born. Arman feels that the matter has been handled.

Ruhi, meanwhile, plans to leave the house. Arman tries to stop her but fails. Ruhi reaches the Goenka house. Manish suggests that Ruhi should stay there until the baby is born. Arman later visits and asks Ruhi to return home, but she refuses.
