Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Dadi sa curses Shivani and blows off the diya as she attempts to perform Aarti

Star Plus's show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has always kept viewers hooked with its captivating storyline and entertainment. The series stars Samridhii Shukla as Abhira and Rohit Purohit as Armaan. Their love story, which seemed to be on the right track, faced a tragic turn due to an accident involving Armaan's mother, Vidya. This incident led to a chain of events that put a strain on Armaan and Abhira's relationship, ultimately resulting in partying ways. Current track focuses on Armaan’s real Shivani.

Upcoming Track

In the upcoming track, Vidya will plead with Abhira, folding her hands, to make Armaan understand that she is his mother and that Shivani cannot live with them. Abhira will try to explain to Vidya that they both are his mothers, but Vidya will refuse to accept Shivani in the house. Dadi sa will also express her hatred for Shivani and will not want her there. However, Armaan will decide to keep his mother with him.

It will be shown that Shivani enters the house and picks up a thal of Aaarti to perform the ritual, but Dadi sa will come and blow out the diya from her plate. Dadi sa will curse Shivani, saying she won’t find happiness, and will order her not to touch anything in her house.

Highlight from Tonight’s episode

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan is troubled by Kaveri's words, and Abhira comforts him, stressing the importance of standing up for what's right. They both worry about Charu, and Madhav calls with alarming news—Charu is missing. Armaan rushes to meet him, asking Abhira to wait.

Meanwhile, Shivani arrives at the Poddar house and panics upon seeing Kaveri, running away. Kaveri realizes Armaan's mother has returned and is determined to stop her. Abhira, suspicious of Kaveri, decides to follow her to uncover the truth.

At home, Armaan notices Shivani's bag and wonders about it, but Vidya interrupts, urging him to eat. She reassures him about Kaveri's false accusations and reminds him that Abhira defended him. When he asks if she has forgiven Abhira, she firmly says no and expresses frustration over Ruhi and Kiara's actions.

Meanwhile, Abhira considers revealing the truth about Armaan's mother but decides to gather more information first. Kaveri is trying to stop Shivani from reuniting with Madhav and Armaan. Vidya tries to turn Armaan against Abhira, claiming she's manipulating him, but he ignores her, thinking Abhira might be in trouble and enlists Madhav's help.

Abhira hides in Kaveri's car to uncover the truth and unexpectedly witnesses Kaveri warning Shivani to leave before Madhav and Armaan find out about her.

Shivani, shocked that Madhav and Armaan are alive, pleads with Kaveri to let her meet them. Kaveri, however, is firm and threatens extreme actions if Shivani doesn't leave. Abhira, hiding nearby, can't see Shivani's face clearly. As Kaveri gives a final warning, Shivani collapses from the emotional strain, but Roop arrives to help her. This scene makes Abhira suspect that Shivani might be Armaan's biological mother.
